CO2 Laser Firing Rings // What does it mean?!

Is your CO2 laser not performing well? Is it shooting a ring instead of a dot? Check out this video to see what it could mean!
Aeon Laser US did send this to me about a year ago for review. This video was not required in any way, but I wanted to show off the customer service you could expect from them. This was a blind troubleshooting request and the Aeon employees did not know I'm Myers Woodshop or I was recording this. My intent is to really test how good their customer service is for everyday customers. I want my viewers to get the best bang for their buck, so I only stand behind companies and products I believe in!

What video did they send you to show the tube was bad? We are having the same Ring/Circle pulse issue and the laser cutter is not performing as it should. It's a brand new laser cutter we bought from china with a RECI W6 laser. This is not our only laser cutter, we also have a Boss Laser HP3655 with a 150w laasser tube. I've contacted RECI directly to help with the warranty issue along with Aeon to see if they sell laser tubes so we can move forward with another american company. Cheers

I'm having this same issue at the moment. I'm curious about what tube you had. Was it maybe Reci W6? Also, at what percentage power did you pulse to see the O ring? I'm doing it at 15-30% in power and see it there. Anything above that will just burn a hole that doesn't say anything.

He didn't. He only had to replace 3/4's of it.
