Love how passionate and honest your reviews are but you still care about the business. Even though service was extremely poor here you still give them a fair review. If they didn’t have a dish they should have let you know and given u a option to choose something else. Also by not asking and assuming that is terrible as a person could have an allergy to a product!
Good review. The food looks great and reflects my own experience. I Have tried Glasgow and Cheltenham and the food is incredible. I have to say though, that the staff could be better trained . The front of house supervisor at Cheltenham looked really scruffy, exposed midriff, really unprofessional. The other staff all where mowgli Ts but their supervisor looked way over casual. A few glitches with the order too. My brother had a similar experience at a london restaurant too. I have to say the staff at Glasgow were excellent and the restaurants are lovely places to eat.
