Bought this bed in medium after watching lots of reviews did not like it had to send it back wayyyyy to firm and the return was a hassle 🙄 good quality mattress tho if u like plush better off with the soft version

My experience with Brooklyn bedding hybrid has not been good. Been a year and sleep has been ok but the edges of the matress started sinking in and I only weigh 130. I reached out to customer support and got an automated response promising future contact but never heard anything. Will not do business with them again.
Try them again. I've contacted them and got pretty fast responses. I even just switched to a different bed under the 120 night trial since the one I had was a little too firm and they responded pretty quickly to resolve.
