*BTW* The Footage recorded for this documentary will gradually be released for everyone to watch and use on this channel: ua-cam.com/channels/b85YTropweN7mA0qh8x6EQ.html *Q&A!* *What is this?* This is a complete compilation of my "Nature of Monster Hunter World". Think of it as a Collectors edition, I guess. *Why is the editing/audio so inconsistent?* This is a compilation of eight separate videos that were produced over the course of around 16 months. I grew and evolved as a creator in that time and as such, the editing and quality continously improved. For this compilation, I fixed a few things here and there but ultimately left them mostly as they were, making them snapshots of my skills at certain moments in time. *Some of the music is different here compared to the single episodes, how come?* In the early episodes, I used a few pieces of music that continously caused me grief with UA-cams Copyright System. In order to not have to go through that whole spiel again, I replaced all problematic songs in this complete edition. *What happened to Kulve, Zorah and Shara?* In the end, I could not find a way to make them fit into any episode organically. At best, I might've been able to shove them into the Bonus Episode, but considering how long that segment was with only four monsters to cover, I didn't really want to extend it to almost double. *Why is the Bonus Episode so different from the rest?* The Black Dragons are mysterious beings that have very little known about them... literally. Ecology regarding them is almost non-existent, and while the Iceborne Artbook does give some info, it hasn't been officially translated yet. I didn't feel that I could do them justice in the normal Documentary format, nor did it make sense for a Documentary to exist on these supposedly mysterious creatures. So I decided to stretch my creative wings a little, I guess. *Okay but why is your Voice Acting so hammy?* I'm doing my best. *Will you do any more MHW Docus?* No. I am done with MHW for the foreseeable future. *Will you do a similar series on MH Rise?* Maybe! It really depends on the modding scene - if good freecam/freeze frame tools become available, I will definetly consider it. *Will you do it with older games too?* Much less likely. Not only are mods almost non-existent there, but there wouldn't be that much to show - MHW was the first game to really go hard on the ecology angle, whereas Old MonHun mostly just has Monsters idling until the Hunter enters their Arena. *What did you use to collect Footage?* I used MHWCC Studio for freecam shots in the first few episodes and then switched Otis_Inf Mod for Freecam and Freeze Frame functions. I recorded with NVIDIA GeForce. *What did you use to edit?* Premiere Pro.
It’s okay, oceaniz. We know teostra and lunastra rule the deserts with their blazing heat and fire.😉 it’s still a neat thing to learn about the two royal flame dragons.

Patterns of Blessing Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever. -Psalm 23:6 As he wrote the words of Psalm 23, David was able to look back on his life and say, “Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever” (Psalm 23:6) In the same way, as we look back on our lives as Christians, we are able see a pattern of God’s blessing over the years. As the results of sin catch up with those who have had no time for God, we find that God’s goodness and unfailing love have followed us all the days of our lives. Of course, when we’re going through certain situations, we might not be able to see God’s goodness or mercy. We might even question Him on occasion. But as we look backward, we’re able to see God’s hand in a way that we perhaps could not see it before. We see this illustrated in the tumultuous life of young Joseph, who had so many setbacks. Yet so many wonderful things happened in his life. And in the end, he said to his brothers who betrayed him, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good” (Genesis 50:20) Even if you have wandered from God, He will put goodness and mercy on your trail. The Bible says, “Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?” (Romans 2:4) Maybe you haven’t walked as closely with the Lord as you ought to, and you’re not happy doing what you’re doing. Come back to the Shepherd. He loves you and will welcome you with His goodness and mercy. And really, it’s the greatest life there is. Even if there wasn’t a Heaven, the Christian life on earth alone is better than anything this world has to offer. But there is a Heaven. And it isn’t an afterthought or a fringe benefit. It’s our ultimate destination. That is why we can say with David, “And I will live in the house of the Lord forever.” It is certain. Nothing is going to change that. And it has a way of putting everything else in perspective. When the disciples were discouraged, stressed out, and afraid for their future, Jesus told them, “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am” (John 14:1-3) Jesus is coming again. It may be in our lifetime. It could even be today. And ultimately as Christians, we all are going to go to Heaven. That is our great hope.
"The Banbaro is a fairly relaxed herbivore" I call bullshit, that bastard always invaded my fights infinitely more than Bazel, Devil, and Ebony Odogaron COMBINED
My brother in rivalry, you merely have bad luck. I find it preposterously improbable that anything could outcompete Bazelgeuse in interrupting hunts, let alone all three of Bazelgeuse, Deviljho and Ebony Odogaron.
"Here we see the Plesioth in its natural habitat. This creature has the odd ability to break into the code of the video game we live in and expand its own hitbox, this allows it to cause many hunters to rage quit, turn off their video game systems, and go outside."
This is too funny, but on a serious note, I must be built different or something, I remember fighting Plesioth in MH3U(my 1st MH game), I had a blast! Or maybe I was so traumatized by the fight I subconsciously recreated the fight into a happy memory as a coping mechanism.
@@_fire_fox_1152 The Plesioth was mostly terrible in the original monster hunter, as it was programmed to spend 80% of the fight in the water spamming water beams at you, and also had really broken hitboxes when it finally came out of the water. It was fixed in later games when they added the ability to swim, which allowed you to fight it in the water, and also when they programmed it to come out of the water more often so you could actually fight it.
I like how I watched the end of the forbidden episode and immediately tried to Google for another entry and then remembering that those entries were just for this series. That shows just how immersive this documentary was. Cudos to you my man, you did an amazing job on this
I am DMing for a DnD group for two years now, the setting being based on Monster Hunter, and every singe week some information or detail from this video is used. Thank you so very much for this high quality documentary. Due to you the Monsters arent just prey, but have personality and a history. Fantastic video, named a shoolar after your channel...
So good. Thank you for all of this. Listening to this while swapping out lights was so nice. Easy work made easier when you have something to listen to.
It's a shame we never got to visit the caverns of elderado but you have done a excellent job of exploring these creatures as animals especially as it feels like what a wyverian Reasercher would say about these creatures in universe, we need more people like you in the community well done especially on your work on the black dragons
I thought it was awfully weird i didnt recognize any of the dodogama's attacks. Just now realizing despite my thousands of hours i have never actually killed one. He is friend shaped
My friend, you are a genius. You manage to give a magnitude to these video games that can't leave anyone indifferent. Especially the last part, about the forgotten episode. The intensity felt during the fights, the sadness when learning the death of fellow hunters and the incomprehension at the brutal end and this unpleasant feeling of sadness that invades us ... just thinking about it gives me chills. This video is simply a work of art without equal. I would certainly watch again and again that video. In memory of all the Monster Hunters who died to ensure us a better world.
Honestly these videos are so underrated. It’s so interesting to see the detail of the new world, and seeing it explored in a mocumentary format is genius. Excellently done work, can’t wait to see how you continue to grow!

That was amazing. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the shift in tone in the forbidden episode, but after hearing the way you describe Alatreon's powers and how it massacred a man in probably the most gruesome way you can describe, I was hooked the whole way through. Fantastic job, I'm definitely returning to this video again in the future for another interesting deep dive in MH ecology, its always a great listen.
Monster Hunter is arguably my favorite video game series of all time. Seeing this truly makes me happy and I enjoyed every minute of the 5+ hours of watching. The blood sweat and tears you put into this is clear to see so know that we all see and appreciate that. Here is a meager offering compared to what this video is actually worth. I just found this channel through this video and I look forward to your future works. Also, I know I'm 8 months behind but I still wanted send this. Keep up the amazing work!
The emotion and level of story craft you put into this is captivating. I would love to see more like the journal entry you written at the end of this documentary. It was fantastic, again, the emotion is top notch that you put into it. I really thought you had started crying at parts. Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic.
My nephew is at an age where I would be showing him games like Monster Hunter so we could enjoy them together. He's huge into dinos, learning about nature, animals and geology, etc. Also loves Pokemon. I know he would love the adventure, immersion, and charm that this game has to offer. The problem I face is he is losing motor function, and has gotten to a point where unfortunately, a lot of things we take for granted are becoming increasingly difficult for him to partake in and enjoy. But I will show him this, you did a fantastic job of painting a picture of what makes Monster Hunter so special. I know this is right up his alley, and it's a great way for me to share something I enjoy with him. Great work man, truly!
Having already sunk hundreds of hours into mhw iceborne I didn't really think I would have learned anything but BOY was this a treat. You made an excellent documentary and pure showcase of just how incredible the world building of monster hunter is. There's things here I've learned about monsters that will even help me avoid and fight them better! It's amazing! The journal entries too were wholeheartedly magnificent. I was grinning throughout the entire xeno & safi'jiva entries (favorite monster and fight) and honestly it's inspiring. The entire section is inspiring from a purely story telling and voice acting level, finding myself wanting to do something similar.. The games definitely don't emphasize just how dangerous these monsters are and putting the game world into a different form like a journal can make that level of severity truly be felt. So many more words to say but not enough time or not in the correct space. This, is absolutely magnificent.
This... this might just be it. To produce content so engaging through solid editing and creative writing and narration that it can keep me engaged for over five hours is truly monumental. This is absolutely in my top 3 favorite videos ever and is a serious contender for number 1. Thank you for producing such a masterpiece and sharing it with us, you deserve much more. c:
Given how gripping that last episode was, I can only imagine what you might make for the Archdemon of the Abyss, should you ever do something like this for Rise and Sunbreak. Considering the characters often treat it as a literal demon trying to crawl out of the depths of hell, it’ll be a blast to write, I’m sure. In other news, this may be my favourite UA-cam video of all time. It really is a testament to the sheer level of worldbuilding (incredibly obvious pun not intended) present in World. You did an incredible job compiling it all and adding your own flair to it all, and the last episode is sensational. Mad props to ya, and I can’t wait to watch more of your stuff! (considering this was my introduction to your channel)
Oh Yeah, a Rise video would be awesome! While some Monsters are less grounded than usual (cough Magnamalo cough) I would Love to see Gaisma and gang in a more fairy tale esque style of ecology video!
you all know that feeling when watching/reading a story that you really loved then see it end. That feeling of satisfaction, happines yet somber and empty. I'm feeling that now. this was extremely well made.
This is absolutely incredible to watch, it really feels like a documentary and especially the last part is unbelievably emotional. I'm currently playing MHW for the first time and I've just entered MR and it's so interesting to learn ACTUAL BIOLOGY of the monsters in the game! Absolutely incredible, great job!
I’m speechless. This is amazing. After hundreds of hours, I love this world so much and you frame it perfectly. Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together.
This makes me feel like all the monsters that I've captured had contributed to all the data that was presented here lol. I know he did all the background data and all that but he states in such a way that he makes it feel like he's examined all the monsters that were captured. Very well done!
Your work on this series has been incredible to behold. The passion you've shown for this game and its ecosystem is unrivalled. From the beta of base MHW i was obsessed with the world they created, it was so incredibly immersive and nostalgic at the same time for me. The only MH game I had played was MH Tri years before MHW came out. I knew from the first moment I saw that reveal trailer that this would be my return to the series, never to live without it again. I love your work on this series because of how incredibly detailed and realistic you are about the monsters, how you logically and fantasticly you explain all of the absurd moves and powers of every monster in every locales with just enough fantasy to make me think "of course it works that way!". These videos must have been the most draining thing you've done on this channel, and I just want to say that where I'm standing from it has not been wasted time. I thoroughly loved every second of every video. Thank you so much for sharing your insight into this absolute piece of art. Though some monsters weren't covered, you've more then earned your rest on this series. And leaving me wanting for more is not a bad sign from your angle I suppose :p Thank you so much again for making this, it has changed my opinion and lookout on already one of my favourite games for the better. I honestly thought that was an impossible task, and yet here we are.
As someone who has spent hours in this game with cheats on just to look at and admire the fauna this is one of the single greatest videos I’ve ever watched. Your delivery, clear passion of the subject, and amazing vocabulary all mix to make a five hour long nature documentary of one of my favorite video games. I can do no justice to my thanks in just words.
As a long-time monster hunter fan, this is the best video I have ever seen on it. World is my favorite game of the series, and I've put in nearly 2,000 hours and reached MR 999. I have spent a lot of time exploring and researching environments while making connections between some of the more niche details. That being said, this video was eye-opening. Everything that you presented was incredibly logical and made perfect sense in the grand scheme of World's ecology. Even for the information I did know, it was displayed in such a way I was thoroughly entertained by it. I never expected to sit and watch a 5-hour video, but I was enraptured the entire time. I was constantly rewinding to properly analyze and ponder the points made. The presentation felt very official, and the information was incredibly well-informed and believable, with strong evidence to prove it. Thank you for making an absolutely incredible video that puts together so many of the little details Monster Hunter leaves us in their games and allowing us to further our understanding of the intricate and beautiful world of Monster Hunter.
Whats the appeal of the game? I enjoy seeing those massive beasts and how they interact...it feels fucked up to basiclly genocide the hell out of them because "humans know what the ecosystem needs best"
@@silverscalederg8632 The appeal of the game is killing big monsters with big weapons to make cool armour and bigger weapons. If you feel bad about killing said monsters, it really isn't for you and I won't blame you for that
@@hazeltree7738 Issue I have is all the games you get to "play" the monsters they're so shitily done because the only games like that are indie games. there has yet to be a 3d monster hunter quality game where you get to be the monster...why not add being able to control the monsters to hunt the hunters in monster hunter? it'd fuck up the sweaty "but the moveset" sweats and that'd be outright hilarious

this really taught me the difference about these monsters, mhw was my first mh, and i always thought that black dragons is the same as elder dragons, i can never be more wrong, the elder dragons are a force of nature, while the black dragons laughs at that force of nature
after some readings, they did classified them as elders, but a whole different tier as "dangerous first class monsters" i wonder why they didn't classify them as their own tier

I basically never have the desire to comment on anything, but, I this is one of my favorite youtube videos in recent memory. The amount of effort that just went into compiling the information and fact checking it must have been ridiculous. And then after that you poured so much effort into making it really well presented and professional. The editing alone would have been so time consuming, not to mention going through the effort to get all the relevant footage for the accompanying parts. Making it feel very realistic and believable in the documentary sense. Seeing the appreciation people (like myself) have for the developers for going the extra mile to flesh out these creatures and make them seem like they could almost exist is one of the qualities that makes me enjoy these games as much as I do. Even being someone who looks into a lot of this sort of information, I learnt so much. I write this as soon as I finished watching for the first time knowing I will watch it more than once. This is one of the most impressive videos/series of videos I have seen period. All I'm failing to say, if you do see this, is thank you. And now I shall go on to watch some more of your videos :)
An amazing labor of love and beautiful adoration. I am beyond impressed and beyond glad. A testament to loyalty for a world made deserving by its own fans
I don’t normally comment on videos but this was one of the most well done videos I’ve seen. As a long time veteran this is probably the best piece of work I’ve seen done on the series. Amazing work
Let's be honest, it is the BEST EVER Monster Hunter World video I have ever watched, the amount of effort put in is unreal, this is single handedly better than the movie Monster Hunter team made themselves. This documentry expressed a hunter's true apperication to the ecosystem, it comprehensively expressed the details the game had to offer, although MHW is not active anymore, the memories of finally beating Fatalis, the music, the details put into the fasinating ecosystem will keep MHW as the best game in my heart. I seldom comment on youtube videos but I just have to express my deep apperciation to you, this documentry deserves the most love from the community. Thank you for letting me apperciate the game even more :)))
Finished in 2 days, I can say the reading at the end was amazing. The video as a whole is incredible well put together, definitely a favorite now. Thank you for your hard work
I love how this simple 5 hour long documentary took a while day for me to finish. Not because I had stuff to do or because I didn't hear some things, no. Rather, it was because of the amount of detail put into it that made me replay some parts over and over to get a better understanding of every monster. I loved the forbidden episode a lot! That kept me rewinding more than all the other episodes combined. And the ending where the unamed hunter goes back into the fray and not write another entry gave me chills. I know how terrifying Fatalis is, in lore and in game, but hearing everything from the point of view of someone actually experiencing it was incredible. First video I've seen and I'm already hooked on this channel 😂
This isn't a video, it's a MH ecology class! As a lover of the series, I'm so, so happy it can inspire so much love and care that would lead to this. Congratulations!
This comment may be a bit late, but I can say that I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. The effort for this must have been astronomical, so you have earned yourself a subscriber.
These videos are some of the best things to watch if you want to play a game or have already played it they are always so interesting and bring to light things I barely noticed
Bro! This video was amazing!! The way the notebook entries at the end come from a first person pov.. makes you think of the game as the character.. absolutely amazing 10 stars!!!
This is probably one of my favorite mh video it’s long but also really entertaining which isn’t normal because long usually mean’s boring but your commentary really makes it feel real

What a fantastically written piece of work. I used to watch nature documentaries all of the time (Planet Earth, Blue Planet etc), and used to get a dopamine rush when I correctly guessed the next animal that was coming up. I forgot what that felt like, but piece together bits of lore that I didn't know and thinking "Oh, its Pukei Pukei!" and being right was amazing. This is art, and has such fantastic cinematography and writing that this deserves far more recognition.
Bravo. This...was incredible. The whole documentary was incredible, but... That forbidden episode? I am stunned beyond belief. It was visceral, and raw, and i was hooked. I wish i could have taken part in that story because even tho it tells a horrible tale, it was so...real. Amazing work. And please, be very sure of this: The honor is all yours.
You probably won’t see this comment, but man, you pulled it off perfectly. Especially Safi and ancient dragons section. THIS is now canon to me. The tension, the description of their struggle, everything was top notch. Also, how do you think, who is the strongest monster? Personally, despite Fatalis’ presence I think it is Safi.
This was feck'n awesome. Clear over the top effort on this. Great job on it. Some of the descriptions for these just give me so much more respect for the monsters, and the team that made the games with so much detail that it can legitimately feel like a living, breathing ecosystem with only a few fantasy aspects making it more over-the-top.
There's just one innacuracy I'd like to point out in the intro: the new world was NOT newly discovered, its existence had been theorized for a long time due to the elder crossing. It's just newly EXPLORED by the hunters guild. Aside from that, absolutely incredible video. The transitions from one monster to another are really clever, and I like how the first few monsters of each area were presented in the order you meet them in-game before diverging from that order as you introduced the master-rank monsters
Best UA-cam video I’ve ever seen: so much creativity, care, love and research must have gone into this absolute masterpiece of a video series. Thank you so much
Monster Hunter World is the perfect game to make a documentary on! The maps feels so alive and are like actual ecosystems. A feeling not felt in the later entry Monster Hunter Rise.
I finally finished it! I have now watched every second of this video from start to finish and I can say this is my favourite video of all time, genuinely insanely impressive, informative and immersive. The forbidden episode at the end was very unexpected and so, SO welcome. You’re incredible my friend.
I was looking for comments talki8ng about it. Oh my god, that was... I froze, and knew: he probably died. Wow... Never fought Fatalis in World, but am getting close. Fighting Fatalis won't feel the same after hearing this!

You're literally Chief Ecologist of all Monster Hunter in my opinion. You deserve so much more attention, I'll let this video run on repeat in the background for a few days while I dive back into MHW from the start. I hope you're monetized, because I'll let all the ads run through too. It's not much, but it's the least I can do for this masterpiece you've blessed the world with. You're quite the inspiration, keep up the excellent work.
Man this was so well done and entertaining. I can tell how much work and effort you put into this and it's amazing stuff. Having this on while I hunt in Rise gives me an urge to boot up World again lol. Love this content! Keep it up man!
This was a brilliant watch, especially the last section, you did an amazing job portraying the emotions these hunters would feel after facing these living calamities
Fantastic compilation, something I can share to friends as a "in a nutshell to mhworld" haha, loved this, learnt loads. All I will say is with sapphire of the emperor, I believe the rocks keep us safe because of the shedded skin that is most likely resistant to the explosion. Besides that, incredible coverage and flow!
This entire thing is just amazing, the transition from Documentary to a sort of Biography in the last chapter was amazing, and those final few moments left me speechless.
Others have said this but the fact that the design of a game can fit into a 5 hour long (and concise) video with realistic validity is really damn cool.
Holy shit am I glad this showed up in my recomended! I love Monster Hunter Ecology stuff, and the Bonus episode at the end was fantastic to watch in particular! I'd love to see some for Rise eventually, particularly with the special endemic life creatures in every map!
I had to watch this in a span of a few days, but this is probably one of the most phenomenal monster hunter videos I have ever seen. The timing of me coming across this couldn't have been better. At this point in time, MH Wilds will be coming out in the next year and I've been replaying MH World again, still loving the game and the, no pun intended, world. This only gave me and my friend even more appreciation of this gem of a game. Thank you for your time and dedication and for everyone who assisted on this beautiful work of educational media. And thank you to the brave hunters that have worked tooth and nail, death's door always insight, to keep us safe fr9m this calamaties that would have surely brought an end to our world.
When you said “the black dragon” i actually lost my shit this video is utterly amazing id love to see something like this for other games mh or otherwise
Thanks for doing this, I really needed it! I've always searched for a Monster Hunter Documentary and this one is PERFECT! Thank You Really Much! +1 Sub!
i mean no offense by this, but hearing you go from sort of awkward in the beginning with the ancient forest but then start to get into it over time, and then sounding like an actual documentary narrator by the coral highlands point was amazing. this was clearly a passion project and hearing that passion bloom over time in confident narration was amazing. youve actually taught me stuff about the monsters i didnt know yet! edit: also the inclusion of those high res snapshots of monsters in the middle of combat?? those were REALLY cool.
I have watched this over the course of three days and I am glad I have watched through it all. The pure fear in the last entries were delivered wonderfully and captured the sheer panic that was envoked in the text. I foresee the series covering MH:rise 👏👏
I wish I had seen this sooner. Not only was it captivating from start to end. Especially the forbidden episode is a masterwork itself. I don't regret spending 5 hours of my life watching a video about a game. Well done!
I love this series!! I hope that, maybe one day, you might go over some of the locations from rise, or maybe even some of the older games. Theyre not as pretty as world, but theyre wonderful and full of life all the same.
What an incredible task to take on and actually execute! As a brand new player coming into the series, and someone who also enjoys the beauty of the natural world, this video is like a beautiful marriage of imagination and reality! Thank you so much for all the incredible hard work that must’ve went into this. I feel like I can now learn about the game in such a cool way
The Diary feels real… like it was truly Happening. I had goose bumbs at the end. Great Tanks for the 5 Hours of joy and especially for the Bonus Material.
I like to listen to long videos while I'm working to keep my brain occupied. Instead of watching I'm listening to the video, and the visual I had in my head at 4:46:52 was chilling! This was a fantastic and well documented video, well done.
When I close my eyes, I feel like I'm watching a documentary about real life animals ! This is incredible, the writing is awesome. I'm enjoyed every second of it, thank you for this masterpiece 💜💜💜💜💜💜
I am at a loss for words at how mesmerizing and truly amazing this documentary was. I lack the proper vocabulary to express just how much i adored this but i was enraptured not only but the commentary but the details that were put into it. The ending made me drop everything else just to listen to the recounting of the dragons. The amount of energy that went into showing just how devastating these monsters can be made me fall in love even more.
Y'see this right here? (Chef kiss) This right here is some Good Shit! I haven't played a Monster Hunter game (Dauntless and 2-3 hours in the MH Rise demo don't count) but you decided to create a 5 hour long video series talking about what I love about Monster Hunter and I thank you for that. Although I am a bit sad we didn't get to see/visit Kulve Taroth, I completely understand as to why you didn't and I can't imagine the bonus episode not being the way it is. Speaking of, I Love the bonus episode, I feel like you perfectly encapsulated how it feels to fight Elder Dragons of that scale. In short, I love this series and every time you released a new episode I questioned why I took MHW off my wishlist. Thank you again for bringing this series to life.

*Q&A!*
*What is this?*
This is a complete compilation of my "Nature of Monster Hunter World". Think of it as a Collectors edition, I guess.
*Why is the editing/audio so inconsistent?*
This is a compilation of eight separate videos that were produced over the course of around 16 months. I grew and evolved as a creator in that time and as such, the editing and quality continously improved. For this compilation, I fixed a few things here and there but ultimately left them mostly as they were, making them snapshots of my skills at certain moments in time.
*Some of the music is different here compared to the single episodes, how come?*
In the early episodes, I used a few pieces of music that continously caused me grief with UA-cams Copyright System. In order to not have to go through that whole spiel again, I replaced all problematic songs in this complete edition.
*What happened to Kulve, Zorah and Shara?*
In the end, I could not find a way to make them fit into any episode organically. At best, I might've been able to shove them into the Bonus Episode, but considering how long that segment was with only four monsters to cover, I didn't really want to extend it to almost double.
*Why is the Bonus Episode so different from the rest?*
The Black Dragons are mysterious beings that have very little known about them...
*Okay but why is your Voice Acting so hammy?*
I'm doing my best.
*Will you do any more MHW Docus?*
No. I am done with MHW for the foreseeable future.
*Will you do a similar series on MH Rise?*
Maybe! It really depends on the modding scene - if good freecam/freeze frame tools become available, I will definetly consider it.
*Will you do it with older games too?*
Much less likely. Not only are mods almost non-existent there, but there wouldn't be that much to show - MHW was the first game to really go hard on the ecology angle, whereas Old MonHun mostly just has Monsters idling until the Hunter enters their Arena.
*What did you use to collect Footage?*
I used MHWCC Studio for freecam shots in the first few episodes and then switched Otis_Inf Mod for Freecam and Freeze Frame functions. I recorded with NVIDIA GeForce.
*What did you use to edit?*
Premiere Pro.
What happend to the live streams?
Just imagine the hunter talking about how they basically chased and striped a female dragon after the fd up shit he has wrote.
It’s okay, oceaniz. We know teostra and lunastra rule the deserts with their blazing heat and fire.😉 it’s still a neat thing to learn about the two royal flame dragons.

The entire journey was incredible, man. Faults and all, it still delivers a great journey through the new world.
The fact that one can talk about a game for more that 5 hours and make it sound like a semi realistic thing of another world is something else...

Patterns of Blessing
Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.
-Psalm 23:6
As he wrote the words of Psalm 23, David was able to look back on his life and say, “Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever”
(Psalm 23:6)
In the same way, as we look back on our lives as Christians, we are able see a pattern of God’s blessing over the years.
And in the end, he said to his brothers who betrayed him, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good”
(Genesis 50:20)
Even if you have wandered from God, He will put goodness and mercy on your trail. The Bible says, “Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?”
(Romans 2:4)
Maybe you haven’t walked as closely with the Lord as you ought to, and you’re not happy doing what you’re doing.
When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am” (John 14:1-3)
Jesus is coming again. It may be in our lifetime. It could even be today. And ultimately as Christians, we all are going to go to Heaven. That is our great hope.

This is literally what happened to me when I was a kid. Then I played MH portable 3rd instead lmao.
For some reason I read this in attenboroughs voice
Perhaps its hipcheck creates air pressure around it.

There will never be a MHW2. It will be MH6, just as World was MH5.
”I was looking at my natural predator!” Bruh that line was sick!
So glad you decided to make a full documentary!

Thanks! This was awesome thank you great work
The emotion and level of story craft you put into this is captivating. I would love to see more like the journal entry you written at the end of this documentary. It was fantastic, again, the emotion is top notch that you put into it. I really thought you had started crying at parts.
Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic.
OK this is amazing! This is the type of video I did not know I needed in my life.

And leaving me wanting for more is not a bad sign from your angle I suppose :p
Thank you so much again for making this, it has changed my opinion and lookout on already one of my favourite games for the better. I honestly thought that was an impossible task, and yet here we are.
This is the exact reason I'm stoaked for monster hunter wilds
Thanks!
The effort that went into this, DAMN. I love this biology talk about my favourite monsters. Keep it up!
@@silverscalederg8632 what are you talking about, furry? We kill milions of Animals Daily, us humans. Those Monsters are big like mountains of course Hunters kill them. Thank you for making this. Back when the Monster Hunter movie was announced I prayed it would be a nature documentary because there's so much to show - but instead we got another subpar video game movie. This is awesome.
Man, I did not expect this to transform from NatGeo Monster to an audio log from All's Quiet at Castle Schrade. Absolutely phenomenal!
Patterns of Blessing.
When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am” (John 14:1-3)
Jesus is coming again. It may be in our lifetime. It could even be today. And ultimately as Christians, we all are going to go to Heaven. That is our great hope.
this really taught me the difference about these monsters, mhw was my first mh, and i always thought that black dragons is the same as elder dragons, i can never be more wrong, the elder dragons are a force of nature, while the black dragons laughs at that force of nature
after some readings, they did classified them as elders, but a whole different tier as "dangerous first class monsters" i wonder why they didn't classify them as their own tier

I see them as Gods

Amazing work
Holy shit the final episode gave me an unreal feeling of dread, this is awesome and you are awesome.
I love how professional and real this sounds so much! I can’t wait to hear about the malfeatio someday!!
Dude this is fantastic. I'm watching this now for the third time. This deserves so much more attention
This is probably one of my favorite mh video it’s long but also really entertaining which isn’t normal because long usually mean’s boring but your commentary really makes it feel real
It felt like I was watching a real nature documentary I love this game so I enjoyed every minute of this

I can't even imagine the amount of work there's behind this documentary. Thank you!
Honestly an incredible vid, I can’t even count the times I’ve used this to help me relax as I go to sleep, thanks Oceaniz!
One of the best monster hunter videos I have ever watched. Really great but so underrated
Thank you!
I think White Fatalis is the obvious answer, but Safi is also a solid pick, controlling life energy itself is pretty busted :D
@@Oceaniz Depends on how you categorize strength. In sheer force, Fatalis dominates, but in abilities, Safi'Jiiva is the ruler.
There's just one innacuracy I'd like to point out in the intro:
the new world was NOT newly discovered, its existence had been theorized for a long time due to the elder crossing.
The chills I get with the last transition alluding to his final fate.

This was very entertaining!! Great job!
These are literally some of my favorite videos, they're literally what got me into Monster Hunter world. more people need to watch these.
I'm falling in love with MH World all over again
This is some incredible work. Look forward to all the other 5 hour documentaries by this channel.
