I missed something, I never saw you tighten the miter gage in the T slot. No wonder it was loose. I was also watching for your square test to be finished. If you make 5 cuts the way you were doing, then on the fifth time cut off an 1/8 " break it half and see if the 2 pieces are the same thickness.
Great video. But it underscores the bigger issue: this is a terrible design by Harvey. I don’t have the time or patience or skills that you do. So, I’m dumping my turd sliding table. You are a true master man.
