This is a vise I just got and fixed up (video coming later on that). It has a Swiveling Jaw (note the caps!) It is totally amazing!!!! See for yourself!

(but the end of the slide IS busted off on one side, which the video does NOT show). I cobbled together a fix for it and no harm done, but . . . you gotta know vises if there is an issue. Let me know if you find a vise - I'll give you my Current-Spurt opinion (that's NOT an EX-Pert opinion, BTW)
I recently bought a bench vice by company ORCAN in India, believe me when I say it is a quality vice at much reasonable prices. I bought it after I spotted them in one of the advertisement of Ola electric in the background and some of my customers suggested that to me.
