This is best tutorial I've seen on this particular subject tbh. Shows you what you actually need to know instead of rushing, trying to look good like some others I've seen.

You are an outstanding teacher. Cut right to the chase for relaxing, yet very educational. Not to mention you have a very genuine kindness and hospitality about you that I really respect.
