Thank you from Oregon! Huge fan and so much thanks and love for all your help making the ukulele so special to me. Been a fan for a couple years now and learned it all from your kind videos. So much fun!!! Thanks again!!!
Thanks! Glad to hear it! I miss my travels out to Oregon and the Pacific NW...perhaps our paths crossed at one of my workshops or festival appearences? Wishing you all the best and much fun with your music making :-D
Thanks ! I'm quite ok now with pinky mute, practice, practice, practice... At 5'05", a little mistake in the A barré chord diagram : it's showned 1 fret lower.
Hi, just to make you aware that your video just hijacked another Ukulele tuition video before it had finished :( I find this really frustrating, it’s not just yours doing it but I’m notifying you in the hope that you can stop this. Thanks
@@UkuleleZen Possibly, it was a different video doing it last week. I notified you tube about it & it’s just changed to yours. Advertising is one thing but using other tutors videos is another, it’s not just advertising your video it actually carries on playing the full episode. Very strange hey! But anyway, not your fault it’s You tube who need to address this as it’s not fair on other tutors. Thanks for replying 🙏❤
I tested positive for the Reggae and the only cure is more ukulele!
Thank you.
Nice one!! Thanks for jamming along 😊🎶
You are a great teacher! Thank you for so carefully taking us through the steps to sound groovy playing these reggae strums!
Thanks for being my teacher!
My pleasure Jordan! All the best and happy jamming 😃🎶🤙
I love this lesson I’m going to the Bahamas
June and I want to do that reggae strum
Excellent , well organized tutorial. I found the bar chords easiest to mute. A big thank you, Stu.
I agree… Chop chords played with bar formations allow for a nice precise muting 🤙
The e+a way of counting is something that i never heard of before and is definetly a big help in my practice👏
Great. Yes, that is a standard way to subdivide the beat into 16th notes- four sounds on each beat 😊🤙🎶Thanks for watching!
Love all your lessons. Thank you for sharing your talents!!
You are so welcome Robin! Thank you for joining in and playing your uke 😃🎶
Here I am again. I can't believe I'm doing this, Stu. My 1st gig is the 17th.

That's what I want to learn :)

Glad you dig it! Look closely- the frets are closer together but the E bar chord starts at the 4th feet 😊 Only the best for you!
@@UkuleleZen I was talking about the A bar chord Stu but may be I'm wrong... Have à good day from à small Pacific island...
Here in Brazil it is difficult to find a Ukulele with the same quality and sound as yours.
I hear you Celeso. In the same way, there are no 7 string classical guitars here for people who want to learn to play Choro!
👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you Lynda!

I use my middle finger to strum
Would be nice to talk less and just show the rhythm. No?
Thanks for the advice 😊🎶🤙
