Amazing is a stretch, but I appreciate your kindness. It’s a never ending work in progress just like playing an instrument. You should check out some of my series’ videos on my channel if you have a chance. Thanks for learning with me! - Kevin

Hey Dante - here's a link to some ukuleles I'd recommend. www.allforuke.com/amazonshop. Check out my kickstart series once you get a ukulele and play a little every day. Take your time and enjoy the process. It's lifelong fun! - Kevin
Bernadette, this is very cool but you didn't finish it after the rise up this morning... I'm trying to figure out the rest you stopped at but I can't see it.
Thank you! I had a lot of fun making this tutorial and really love reggae. What kind of ukulele do you play? Have you checked out any of the song tutorials on my channel? Thanks again for watching ~kp
Excuse me, isn't reggae Rhythm on string instruments always begin with the downstroke strumming? I heard it does, and the upstroke part is for calypso.
Heyhihello -- thanks for dropping a line. My uke is tuned GCEA however I have a D'Addario Titanium monofilament Low G string. It gives the sound more body and bass which I really like when I'm performing. It does sound a bit different than high G. So, since you like strumming videos, you should check out my new series dedicated entirely to strumming. Link: bit.ly/2ySFlFW. What's your uke story? Ie. How long have you been playing? What enticed you about ukulele? Thanks again for being part of the community ~Kevin
@@AllForUke I´ve been playing since 1 year (..sorry for my bad english grammar, I didn´t use it for a long time..so i loose it) I learnd it by youtube teacher..so, thanks so so much for your passion, work, your time to teach strange people all over the world! :-)
You're welcome - thank you for checking it out. Have you checked out my tutorial for 3 Little Birds yet? It's a good one to practice this strum with. Keep in touch :)
Your tutorials have made learning Ukulele so easy. More power to you! Love from India!
I’ve really enjoyed Day 1, and 2. As a beginner you’ve gradually eased me in- thank you! Cant wait to continue.
I really like your videos because you take the time, and the play alongs REALLY help.
Thanks so much! I really need a long 10 min rhythm play along to go with this.

Excuse me, isn't reggae Rhythm on string instruments always begin with the downstroke strumming? I heard it does, and the upstroke part is for calypso.
It seems there’s also more emphasis on the second down strum
👍👍
Great sounding technique.
But, I am afraid as a beginner of 1 year, I can't do it.
Indonesia like
soprano o concerto?
Great Job !thank you so much!..one question..how is your uke tune? is it not G C E A? your Uke sounds great!

@ 3.47 did anyone else use the pause to sing "....about a thing, 'cause every little thing, gonna be......"?
Oops, sorry.....I meant " gonna be alright". It's a short-term memory thing🙈
A for apple
B for ball
...
C for “cacophonous”
