The stitch line was a definite learning curve!
Getting geared up for a ride and saw you uploaded so the ride can wait
You did change my view about 360 cams. It's really fun thing with them. You won't get bored, neither your viewers. Thanks for the video man 👍🏻
Been using the Insta 360 One X2 for a good few months now and have to say I've still got mixed feelings.
Sometimes I'm going WOW! Sometimes I'm quite disappointed. It all comes down to the lighting. On a nice bright day all is well. Once things darken off it's game over.
Editing is also a fair amount of work so expect a big learning curve if you're new to video editing. You'll also want a decent PC to process the footage!
Thanks man, I just got it and did first edit on my pc. It's a learning curve. Your video is probably the most simplistic yet most informative from all videos on YT. I can't wait to mount it on my Rebel 1100 DCT to shoot some footage and edit it. Peace. Subscribed.
Great video, mate. A tip, though: you should NEVER, EVER increase the exposure compensation, especially in these small sensor cameras! You should always expose to the highlights, which on these cameras usually means decreasing the exposure compensation (-0.5 to -1.5EV). That way you can then lift the shadows in post without clipping the highlights. The way you're suggesting the highlights get clipped and then you can't do anything to bring them down - you've basically ruined your footage.
Moto-Vlogger *Attorney That RIDES* here but brother........you killed me when you grabbed the PC screen to find the editing shot HA! I laughed so loud out loud!! TY! 🤪🤪🤪
HELL YEA!! Great video. I'm halfway through it and it already tells me everything I need.
Great video. Thankyou, I've been looking at 360 cameras and this has been alot of help. Keep up the good work
Glad you have returned to a more concise and technical format - great video (and I have no intention of buying a 360 camera!)
Awesome! Thank You for ALL your input/advice. Keep up the Great Work!
I'm not a biker but this video has enlightened me enormously about 360 cameras, which hitherto was a bit of a mystery to me, so thanks for the I tetesting & informative video👍
Looks like that camera can capture an amazing amount of angles 💪👍
Really wanting 1 of these but the editing looks quite daunting. Great video really informative thanks for that
I've watched so many videos recycling the same "most unique 360 video ideas", finally this is one that had some useful information. Thanks!
Nice presentation on the 360 amigo! Thanks
I have a One R and for the best audio on a bike the mic must be near the exhaust with a deadcat on. If you mount the camera on the bike and run a cable to the mic ,the cable needs to be electrically shielded .If you are using the camera Helmet mounted you can get the same results running the wire down inside the back of your jacket and clip the mic to the bottom of your jacket in the middle ,no wind noise and no shielding needed.
Thanks for this brilliant video I've just got an Insta360 myself and just getting into video editing
Great video as always
Excellent video, thanks for sharing!!
very good sharing on the use of this camera.... thx bro...
Nice vid bro. Love it.
It was the PC Viewfinder for me😂.
Great vid thank you.
Great video! Thanks!
Good tutorial. I'm looking forward to taking mine around Shanghai.
great video and tips, thanks good job do you have it for the X3?
Great info..for a moment I thought I was looking at Kimi Raikkonen telling us how to set up camera
OMG GREAT video. Best so far on 360 motorcycle tutorial
owwwwww, complete information. Thankss!!!
Cool thanks, this will help me make a choice👍🏻
Nice video. About how much battery life do you get when you ride your motorcycle? Do you take more than one battery? How big of a memory card do you use and which would you recommend?
Great video mate, I would go for the Insta One X2 with the research I've done....but the sound is awful, limit non-usable. Hope they can fix it someday
Glad to come home from a chaos causes video after mid term tests
Great video buddy 🥰♥️
Always a leader appreciate you bro 🙏
Nice video. Thank you very much for that. I have one question, Can you somehow hide your licence plate in video?
Beautiful video 👍🏽👏🏽
Awesome work
GREAT tips! I just ordered a Go 2 but am looking at a One RS in the future.
GoPro completely lost me as a customer. My gopro hero 4 always froze and was kinda crappy. My hero 8 overheated and froze and I always had to pull the battery and reset it. My hero 9 had the same issues. The hero 10 seems just as bad. And my gopro max 360 also froze and glitched.
This camera is all about the angles it can capture, awesome little toy!
Amazing Video!
Thank you 🙏
This is a great camera for bikers. I use it and love it.
Combined with a standard POV camera, my choice a Osmo Action, it’s an awesome bit of kit. The editing can be a steep leaning curve but I enjoy the process now and I still hate the ‘tiny planet’ effect😆. Great video by the way👍
Thanks bro very usefull
Very informative video 👍
👍😀👌great video, thank you for your help 🤙
Awesome video, i always wanted to have a youtube channel for my bikes, and just like you i have a 390 Duke (it's my second one by the way) and i have that exactly 360 camera on the way, maybe next week it will arrive, after that i'll use those tips you gave on the video and try to start my own channel here in Brazil, really like your channel, great work!
By the way, i'm already used to edit on Adobre Premiere and i'm starting to use Davinci Resolve, and seen your video you have removed your licence to shot the video, i'll try to figure out a way to blur the licence but i've never edited 360 video before, so i don't know if it would be as simple to blur as it is on a normal video, if you already have would be really nice to share. Thank you.
I had all of the mounts but eventually it's too tiring to setup, now my go to mount is the two ball mount clamp.
Where can I get all these different mounts you featured in your vid? Thanks bro!!
On the note of editing, there's a plug in that let's you edit the 360 video in Premiere or Final Cut
Gr8 vid. Ride safe, god bless u.
Can you please tell me what are the mounts you are using for the gameplay view?
Also, how exactly are you mounting them?
Hey chaos, I'm hinking of starting to make videos again but I want to give motovlogging a try. But since I am a beginner, I can't afford to spend so much money on a go pro. So, can you please make a video on cheap go pro alternatives? It would be really helpful
Do you use lense protectors when using them on a bike ?
What about a camera for safety? What would be the best camera for getting license plates or somethin in case of accidents
We have been using the One X2 for about 6 months now and we think it might become our A roll at some point. We still need the action camera, we us the Osmo Action, but it might just be our audio and talking face camera.
what about sj 360 cam? please let me know your thoughts man. thanks in advance😊 I am a motovlogger so your answer will be too helpful
What rear mount is everyone using for the extended rod view out the back
The pull away affect you did at in 5 seconds ISH, how do you do that or what's that called?
Gran bel video, complimenti !
GREETINGS FROM SOUTH ITALY !
Hello should I buy the One X2 or wait for the new One X3 maybe with higher resolution ?
These cameras are amazing.
Excelente, vivo en Colombia y me comprare una!
There is also the Ricoh Theta that is a 360 camera, albeit a little different from the action cams.
Which accessories are you using with the Insta360 One X2
Where'd you get that backpack mount🤔
Good tutorial 👍 Love From India 🇮🇳
What LS2 helmet is that?
Like it?
True.. i appreciate, so i bought gopro for motovlogging
what's your backpack pole set up??
What about battery? Something nobody talks about, can you keep it always plugged in on your bike like a dashcam?
Wow i never think at this level
How about editing on Apple devices? Is is it supported on macOS?
Can you please link that GoPro helmet clip?
How many cameras use to 360 4 camera around 2grand cost hmmm for videos
Thanks for your great information on 360 cameras.
I Just got the GoPro Max to start out with 360 videos. Only reason - My Android 4G phone is not compatible with the insta360 app, so I went with the GoPro for now even though features are fewer. So now i can get my feet wet learning/using the GoPro Max and creating 360 videos.
People: Make sure the phone you have can download the Insta360 app before buying the camera, so you can then activate any Insta360 camera. There is no other way to activate this camera to work.
I do plan to get an insta360 camera in the future, but will probably need to get an IPAD Pro to make the Insta360 app to download and work on the IPAD and to talk to the camera.
Another topic is how hot do these cameras get. I like doing 20-30 minute videos and action cameras are notorious for getting hot. So i will see how my GoPro Max does in doing long video shoots up to 20-30 continuous minutes. I am not a 30 second video creator. That is absurd. I assume the Insta360 cameras also get hot.
Thanks again for your video and take care.
Great and informative . I want one .
how many minutes can you record without stopping recording? how many minutes does the battery last
I bought one too, but I have to admit the video editing is too slow, specially since the 360 studio app doesn't allow to make a sequence with multiple clips.
THWNK U
price ?
All I know is that they are Flippin awesome! 👊🏼
Is this 360 camera capatable with android phones ?seems go pro 360 max was having issues with android phones?? Not sure if issues have been resolved???
I have to say it even if it doesn't add anything but there is no love for the 'Pentax Theta' the OG 360 camera.
Bro love from India
Where can i order one of these 360 cameras
Was just thinking about you 😉
would recommend using a raw/flat profile if you know how to do colour grading. There's a lot more data in a flat profile than one that already has a slight grade however not all cameras have good colour science, DJI probably has the best despite it looking not completely flat when using a log format/profile.
Good
My only problem with 360 has been running out of space on my 64gb memory card, the 360 files are huge, just ordered a 500gb card which should solve the issue.
Is this thing made out of chinesium?
Looks like I’m buying one for Christmas 🥺
Any Christmas sale expected?
I got GoPro max…. No complaints there it’s the best wide angle camera is better than hero 9 and 10
Hey, great video! I am doing research on getting one for myself as well. I was wondering how do you manage the battery consumption of insta360? i heard that it would normally last for an hour max?
Yes. Investing in extra batteries is a must.
Just be aware that an hour of 360 video will produce a HUGE file. Batteries work really well for filming and editing for smaller clips though.
@@mjwoner Indeed, or get USB port attached to charge while using it might be ideal too?
@@moorepower13 That's first time knowing this. Thank you for the info!
What I struggle the most is the fear of damaging the camera. I fell Insta360 accessories are not very sturdy. Do you have the same feeling?
just use whatever gopro or sturdy accessory you like, either get the ulanzi quick release thing or a gopro to 1/4 adapter.
🔥
O my god i am here
"FEEL THE RUSH!!!!"
That price has to come down for me, it's cool though
