I ran red LED strips full length under the gunnels from rear to front except for the section immediately behind the driver. Adhered to the carpet under the gunnels with 3M adhesive tape. Ran wires up the starboard side and across the bow behind the bow panel to feed the port side LEDs. Also added white LED strips to all 4 sides of every compartment, except the 2 small compartments in the rear, and under the center seats. Installed blue LEDs in the live well. I get lots of compliments on the lights. Having lights inside the storage compartments is really helpful.
Thanks for info!!! I noticed that you have Troll Motor Blade marks on your paint in front and on your Foot Mat on front from the blade rubbing and hitting the body of the boat. Mine does the same thing with my factory trolling motor that came on my 175 TXW They should have mounted it farther out from the front of the boat to help prevent that. It’s a manufacturer design flaw in my opinion. They need to also stop using Wood Flooring under the Carpet. The wood and or where the flooring mounts is already making a popping sound and moves in and out in certain areas. I got a great deal on mine several years ago so we’ll worth the money. Thanks again for the video
Love the looks & room of the 190, however my favorite bass lake has a 25 HP limit. It sucks, but there are no jet ski's, water skiers, sail boats, houseboats, beaches, swimmers, or over the top runabouts. Plus its a power plant lake and seldom freezes. Due to the HP limit my plan is to go with the 175 since it is lighter. Wife is very adamant about getting a second console for her. She talked me into getting a bimini for our current (2008 model) 175 and it does a pretty fair job of keeping the sun off while tooling across the lake. They make Tournament versions of both the 190 and the 175 which adds stuff like a 24v troller, extra battery, bow sonar, bigger charger, etc. The difference in price they list on there website sounds fairly reasonable. Like I said my current Tracker is pushing 10 years old with a 50HP two stroke Merc and I have no complaints. I change the water pump every couple of years and had to have the bunks on the trailer replaced once. I also need to replace the pump-out motor in the live well. I have no complaints on the Tracker. I can pull the drain plug after a day of fishing and nothing comes out unless it rains. I have Boat Buckle tie-downs and consider them a very good investment. I did replace the Motor Guide troller with a new one last spring even thought the original still pushed the boat around OK. I looked at other tin boats and for my money the Tracker brand sets the standards. I do have one question for you Sir. Did you get the electronic brake option on your trailer? Do you think it is necessary on a boat this size? Thanks for taking time to post your video! Lots of helpful information!!!
John thanks for the comment! I definitely agree with everything you had to say, and I’m glad you’re liking your boat, makes me feel good to hear people say they’re still happy with theirs after 10+ years. I did not opt for the trailer braking option, and really don’t feel that it’s necessary on a boat like this. They are a light package. Second console is a must! Fished through a rainstorm yesterday and my co-angler was very thankful I had it while we were running haha.
Just bought a 175 TF in just about the same configuration. Did the same thing with the electronics but I put a Helix 7 on it with mapping. Pretty slick what you did with the lighting. Do yourself a favor, as an upgrade. Get a spare tire. My trolling motor is a 12 volt so I put a second deep cycle battery in. I[m thinking down the road of a 24 volt motor. Will see though. Nice boat. Oh, that second console is awesome. I might try that.
Tom Messimer I appreciate the view and comment! I do have a spare tire, but it’s from my old boat and I don’t have a mount for this trailer currently....just carry it in the truck bed with me for now. I agree, it’s one of the first things everyone should get. Enjoy your 175!
Nice rig. Buy a pair of E-locks for that graph. Best money I think for the security. I have six of them on my electronics and if you buy them at one time, they are all keyed to one key.
Great videos. Got a ?. I have a 2018 tracker 195TXW. Looking for a passenger console and cannot find one anywhere. Could you tell me where or where to order one please. Thanks
Thanks for the video. I've had my boat out 2x now and have really enjoyed it. I have the same boat as you and will probably upgrade to the port console also. Great idea. I have a bimini top that helps in the rain and sun. I'll check the water behind the engine next time i'm out. I didn't notice oil leak but I wasn't looking for one. What LED kit did you purchase?
David Cook I appreciate you watching! I have the blue water led kit, am very happy with it. Great idea with the Bimini top, I was looking into one, but I learned that my big SportBrella fits perfectly into the seat pedestal and covers the entire front deck for those lake days when we aren’t fishing. Enjoy the boat!
@@ZachC25 I have been in many and owned boats with transom mount transducers and I have never seen a transducer mounted under the hull. Why did you do it that way?
Mike Myers if I remember correctly the passenger console is about $475. A little on the expensive side I’ll admit, but the functional purpose for us outweighed the cost, and the glovebox is nice for some added storage.
@@ZachC25 just purchased a 2008 tracker PT 190 TX. Where did you get that port console from? Ya you loose some room but its nice for the passenger when your running, especially if that passenger is your wife.
Astros Champ for the added length, horsepower capability, and weight capacity, I would say the 190 is well worth the upgrade. In the spec sheet the differences may look minimal between the two, but a foot more of length makes a lot of difference on the water. That being said, if you don’t plan to fish 3 people often or carry a lot of gear, you should be plenty happy with a 175.
Astros Champ depends on how many years, % down, etc. but on this boat with the pro XS, freight/prep, taxes etc. on a 5 year note you’d be in the $400 dollar ballpark. 10 year would be $200 roughly. 10 years isn’t out of the ordinary for boats, although it is a really long time to stretch out payments.
417 fishing Tv I definitely think that this boat is smoother on rough water than my old stratos. It slides a bit more in a hard turn, but it is a more comfortable and drier ride. My stratos is smaller than the 190 though.
Tyler Thomas hey man, I’m back to school and am trying to finish strongly (graduating in December). To be honest the content will be sporadic going forward as I just don’t have the time to spend filming, editing, etc. I will be reviewing my buddy’s new RT188 this weekend, and fishing with him. So content will be coming soon. Thanks for your patience.

I live 20 minutes from Dale Hollow. It’s the reason I moved to Tennessee.
Great video. I'm in tn as well and fish priest primarily. Hoping to go to Dale hallow or Tim's ford soon
Nice set up 🎣, i would put on mercury spitfire propeller on her! Makes an unbeatable hole shot and handling!!

Nice boat, if it was me I would trash the passenger console, to each his own😊

can you do a video of that light install?
Cool I put in Tennessee ky border fish big bass

Looks good, Kool upgrades !!
Very nice. I noticed your transom transducer looked like it needed angling down a little more. Should help with your readings, especially at speed.
Tim Kelly To be honest, it probably was. It tends to pop up on rough days on the water. Thinking about getting a bracket to help with this, thanks!

check your volume very hard to hear
Up grade 400 r mercury put heavy duty jack plate make move😊
I just ran on to your video, do you have a part number for the port side console?
Just bustin’ balls, but how do you plan something spontaneous? Love the videos, keep ‘me coming!
Man you've gotta fix the wording
Booz could you tell me we’re you get your passenger console and price
I fish DHL often! That’s my hometown lake! How did the boat run on the lake? I’ve only been on some of my buddies glass boats.
Does the second console operate the boat - what is the function of the second one?
Enjoyed it . Hail State !
Where did you buy the console?
how did you get that portside pulpet? and were to bye it?
Do you think that passenger console would fit a 2019 xl classic?
How does the second console affect the co angled rod storage? Does it get in the way of that at all?
Thanks for the tip on the 2nd console. How much did it cost?
RiverRuns NC if I remember correctly, it was about $400.
Do you still have the part number for the port console by chance?
what do the letters stand for TX and TXW????
If you don't mind how much was the passenger console. I can't get a price anywhere. I love your setup by the way.
Mike Myers if I remember correctly the passenger console is about $475. A little on the expensive side I’ll admit, but the functional purpose for us outweighed the cost, and the glovebox is nice for some added storage.
Awesome. Thanks for the reply not to bad of a price really.
Nice video, I just purchased the 2020 175 tournament edition. How much was that 2nd console?
Vinny Cecchini congrats on the new boat! If I remember correctly it was about $400. Installed it myself, very easy to do.
@@ZachC25 just purchased a 2008 tracker PT 190 TX. Where did you get that port console from? Ya you loose some room but its nice for the passenger when your running, especially if that passenger is your wife.
Backpacker365 port console is from our local Tracker service department. They can order it up for you. Not sure what years this will fit.
@@ZachC25 what is the part number for the " dark grey " console
Looking for the dark grey pass console ,was told they only come in light grey ,what is the part number for the dark grey pass console
mark weinfurter not sure on the part number for the color. the interior on the 2018 is dark grey so I just asked for the 2018 console.
Ugrade means you get a Gator Trax
Nice boat!
Hail State!
How much was the passenger consul?
dude you should 100% get a jack plate
I'm not certain, but I believe adding a jackplate will void the warranty
Did you buy the console from tracker?
What did you pay for the port console?
Not get personal, but how much are you looking at paying monthly for this boat, how many months? Stuck between the 175 and 190.

You plan to show on the water?
Did the middle seat come with the boat or did you replace it with that one?
David Terry middle seat was standard from factory
How is the ride compared with your glass boat ?

Brad Boswell your tracker boats service center should be able to order one up for you!
Steelers nation
Is that a 175 or 195? If it’s a 175, that’s crazy of you have a 115 hp outboard on it.
Asian007 it’s a 190 - the 115 hp comes as a factory option engine upgrade. Thanks for watching!
Does the 115 burn a lot of gas or is it okay ?
Very good on gas. I’ve run it on weekend trips with many wide open runs and didn’t even use half a tank.
@@ZachC25 okay cool thanks I am debating between the 190 with 115hp or the 195 with the 150hp
Get the 115 over the 90 if you can swing it. My 115 sips gasoline. Good luck.
we did a TERROVA AND HELIX 7 upgrade this last week, awesome video!

Did you change your prop, or stay with what came with boat?
Wallace Velie original prop for now, performance is fine but I am looking to reprop by spring time. I would also rather have a stainless.

You downgraded your boat with the passenger console! They do nothing but get in the way and make landing fish twice as hard.
Ray Day33 agree
Yes but they make momma very happy returning late in the fall.something to hide behind and break that chill will make her smile.
Don’t put one on your boat
$50,000.00 ??? in it
Why not include the TXW 195 Tournament Edition??? Hater!!!
You need to talk louder you can hear yourself
