    Also want to add that you are not restricted to putting your mind in a healing state only during practice sessions. The goal is to train your mind to remember and go into these healing states at a moments notice whenever your mind is slipping into an old negative pattern. You want these states to become the dominant state/pattern.

I also appreciate when you add that your body feels strong 5:10 - this is what makes DNRS different from generic relaxing vizualizations. 😀 I love that you end with Today is going to be a great day. And the extra effort of adding ambience sounds (what program do you use for that?)

    Hi rachel,thanks for sharing this video . Im recently doing a brain retraining program,just about stopping the negative thoughts ,but im not sure negative thoughts about the illness or just any negative thoughts i should be stopping do u know?

    hi dear .. who are you i would like to ask you about pots i had been diagnosed with it 4 monts ago my heart rate goes to 150 when im standing and keep like that until i sit .. how os your pots doing 5 years after 💔 i hope you replay .. thanks

    How long are rounds normally?

      I used to do around 15-20 minute past/future combo rounds 4x daily. 😊 It’s been almost 2 years and now I just do visualizations more “free form” as I feel necessary.

      I think what you're referring to is the rain sounds added in. It's supposed to help bring you into the visualization better. I'm sorry it didn't work well for you!

      No, It's voice fry. I don't mind the rain sounds. @@HealingWithRachael There are many videos about this subject.

      I agree, a vocal fry or you can call it a glottal scrape is very tiresome to listen to because it is not the natural phonation of anyone's voice and always sounds "put on". This speaker actually has a friendly natural voice but she uses a croaky voice at the end of every sentence. It's probably a habit she has acquired over the years. Too bad!
