Rachael.. I'm just now starting the DNRS program, just got through the first DVD actually and it took me several days and I've been thinking to myself how on earth am I going to get through this program I'm one who dissects everything who has to highlight everything go back and forth and do everything over and over until I try to get it deep in my brain I don't know if that's because I'm 71, or because I have trouble memorizing things, or just because I've been sick for so long with five autoimmune disorders and I've been actually sick with chronic migraines and those other five disorders since I was in my '30s which my migraines did start when I was seven but the other thing started in my '30s and I have been so sick for so long and I'm so tired because of everything so I'm not sure I guess it's all of those things combined that's making me like second-guess myself? Like can I actually get through this program? When it took me like 3 days so just get through the first DVD and it seems so incredibly hard! I'm wondering if everyone feels that feeling of complete overwhelming ness when they first start, or is it just me? I was just on Instagram and was seeing what you had to say for today when I just followed you to see what your visualization was all about, of course I haven't gotten that far yet, holy moly I feel like I need to call the counselors right away before I even get to the second day of the program I don't know how everyone got through the seminar so fast in one day when it took me 3 days to complete the first dvd.. just wanted to say that I love visualization and when I do get to that part I am so thankful that you are doing this to help everyone because I for one know that I'm going to need all the help I can get and I know I'm going to be having to call on the counselors for help also because I am scared to death honestly, did you feel that way when you started?

Yes!! I’d say the majority of my visualizations are about the ocean so more to come soon :) My first example was at the beach!

As of right now, the Gupta Program & DNRS Program are $349 per year. I don't see why you would need it for longer than one year, even if you continue doing brain retraining, you'll know the tools really well by then. :)

Absolutely! I’ve gone through both & have used things I’ve learned from both. :) I’d recommend going through them one at a time though, as going through the videos for both at once may be overwhelming.

Honestly your absolutely right but I'm so sick and desperate at this point that I'll try anything and I assume that's the case for everyone else who's watching this aswell.
