Ma'am these excerise are really effective... From last year I'm following ur excerise... Though I'm not consistent.. but still able see some visible results.. It does not only reduce our weight.. but also strengthens our muscles.. I don't know how well it works for others... But it's doing me great. Thank you ma'am..

Every thing is awesome however 15 sec brk is required to catch the breath.. My personal opinion. Big fan of cult and swetha and suguni😘
