Oh thats such a shame. I'm glad people like you and your son have the heart to save these lovely old houses, I wish you both success in your adventure.😊
Hi, just caught up with all your videos, well done and I look forward to more updates on your progress, in an earlier video you mentioned you were in Worcester uk are you based there?
Hi , it's great what your doing & so funny seeing you lads climb them gates 😂 cant you just go through the gates ? I'm in between VT & Lovech region, if you've got any fig trees to trade that would be great ! Looking forward to the next video 😊
It was difficult for one of us getting over the gate as I forgot the key. I am sure we can work something out as that’s near us. You got any Walnuts to Trade?
Just watched all your videos, you're tackling quite a lot lol, no wonder your son is so quiet, he sees what's ahead lol. I can also see the potential, there are loads of potential and hard work but what a great way to retire. At 52 I'm also looking at doing something similar, Will enjoy watching your journey.👍
Thanks for watching. Go for it, very cheap properties in Bulgaria. Lots of potential with the properties. Think Chris is still in Shock with my ideas if I’m honest lol.
The younger generation want to be in the Cities or move abroad to make more money. These are usually the Older Generation homes that have passed away and the family doesn’t want it.
Can i ask what are you going to do to these properties once they are renovated, sell or rent out? If renting, is the market there for Bulgarians or Europeans wanting to rent them? Do not know much about Bulgaria or if its popular with Europeans. I have purchased a detatched property in the Spanish countryside to start up a b and b one day. I would also consider buying to renovate in Spain as there is a good tourist market. Anyway, good luck on your journey in Bulgaria 😊
Renovate them and rent out is the plan. Already had an offer for one of them. Maybe sell if the right offer comes in Bulgaria is becoming more popular and prices are starting to rise from what I can see. The neighbours around me are locals or from Norway, Italy and UK. I looked at Spain, Portugal and Italy a few years ago but it’s still an option on the table. Have a look at www.ukangroup.co.uk

So many abandoned properties in the one country, do you have any idea why?
