Those landlords were a nightmare, especially the woman. Yes, she owns the property(yet she doesn’t know where the outlets are), but the tenant has a legally binding lease. The tenant has rights. That was unauthorized entry and she can’t just start touching his stuff. Landlords usually have to provide notice before entering leased property.
I know someone who pays a lot more for insurance for that reason. After they got caught and got a case they are considered very high risk now.
He's in the wrong obviously... But that line " I have insurance so I can run people over" was pretty hilarious.

Its neither funny or hilarious at all. The driver in the first car threatened to run over the pedestrian if he didn't get out of his way. Pedestrians should have the right of way but many drivers dont see it like this. I cant tell you how many times I have almost been hit while I was walking to and from a grocery store from the parking lot. To many drivers are selfish and it only takes a few seconds of kindness to let pedestrians cross in front of your car. I let pedestrians cross in front of me in this situation all the time. Its the law and the right thing to do. Wish more drivers felt this way. Also I got honked at by an impatient driver as I was letting a pedestrian cross the street when I was about to make a right hand turn. The pedestrian has the right of way in this situation and the driver behind me had not right to honk at me for stopping to let this walker cross the street. Another selfish, disrespectful driver. SMDH!

I wish that it really mattered. The filmer was told "no comments from the peanut gallery" by the cops and spent 3 FUCKING HOURS in their house with her just allowing her to stay. okay so i hope yall read this because this will help you in the future for sure. when renting or entering a lease you are the owner of that property for as long as the lease or rent is. so when landlords want to do a checkup a 24 HOUR NOTICE IS TO BE SENT OUT TO THE TENANTS. When landlords dont respect that LAW and CONTRACT which cannot be changed, it is considered breaking and entering. So these landlords have made themselves into felons just like the video taker mentions. A termination of the lease in your favor is very possible if the judge and you proved that youve been doing what youre supposed to like paying the lease/rent. Any damage she has done will be paid back to you in one way or another plus possible sue money you might want (could literally just tell the judge youve been traumatized and need money to pay for a psych)

That landlord Karen will likely learn the hard way when a judge starts awarding the rent back to the tenant and even possibly declaring the lease void because SHE broke the lease. Judges can do that and I've seen people learn that the hard way.
Thought I'd let u know this happened near me and there is another video where she informed tulsa pd that she was enacting the cares act and moving in, she kept saying it was a civil matter and the cop said if she tried to it would be a criminal matter

Slumlord is right! She has a right to come into this property if she gives ample warning to the tenants she is going to do so. Also she cant rummage through any of the tenants personal items and property while in their home they rent from her. This is against the law. They can only enter without notice if there's an emergency, such as a burst pipe.
