We recently had to put my dad in a home cuz he’s got dementia and he went out of it one day and beat the shit out of me and I was in the hospital for 2 months. We go see him everyday and he knows we did it because we love him, but we also want to protect ourselves
Pepper spraying someone who's cuffed in the back of a squad is not ok. There are other ways to get them back there. Also they screwed themselves because the spray dissipates throughout the car. 🤡

Think if I were bitten by a snake and even thought there was a chance it was poisonous, I would have 911 to an emergency room! I certainly wouldn't sit waiting 2.5 hours in an a doctors waiting room. Go in in an ambulance and you get seen right away.
The snake bite guy is totally correct. A snake bite could be poisonous; they should have attended to him immediately. Hope that he had no complications. If anything negative happened to him, I smell a lawsuit!
More then likely it was either a dry bite or non venomous because when you are envenomated it s VERY painful, you get edema, and the effects are pretty quick, he would not be up walking around like that.....even a copperhead bite or cottonmouth would leave him in ALOT of pain, any other venomous snake the effects would be life threatening by then without anti venom, a rattlesnake would cause him to bleed internally and causes necrosis, it wasn't that because he said snake, not rattle snake and he would have said rattlesnake to emphasize the fact it was venomous, or a coral snake which they are related to cobra's and the venom is a paralytic and fast acting, anything else is non venomous but can still bite, more then likely, a banded water snake or a bull snake, he probably stepped their tale and they bit him to get him to move.

If he had been envenomated he absolutely could sue, they have a LEGAL responsibility to make sure he was stable, certain types of venom can stop his breathing or cause him to bleed out, whomever told him to leave put that place at a huge liability.

Most times when I go into a supermarket or other type of store I don't care about the difference and buy the item regardless of the price. I wish all customers felt the same way as I do in these cases but sadly some don't.
