Refuses to leave, insults her, behaves in a threatening unhinged manner indicating a possible mental issue putting them at risk. If I remember correctly, the stranger also touched the child and attempted to grab him at one point in the longer video....Ahh heck naw, she needed a solid right hook. As a white older woman, these people make me cringe....you see, she took her child to a mainly white populated eatery full of white middle aged people who think THEY are always right....they saw no issue with some strange ranting woman approaching a youngish stranger and a toddler and ranting, attempting to take and making herself at home, cause 'she was right cause the kid cried'. Only 2 middle aged white folks stood up for her. At one point one of them straight got into the face of and called out the whackjob. This woman was coming off as threatening, aggressive and having the backing of others AGAINST a young Mother and child and YOU think spitting at an invading aggressive douche was too much....Tazer would have been better. PS., there is a pesky law about being aggressive and invading space = you become the criminal and your victim has a right to defend herself and child from you within reason...spit and a slap are within reason.

Everyone has a different perspective.. I would never ever allow my children to be disrespectful to older people. I think it has a lot to do with the character of the parents.. Now this video only showed the part where she was frustrated . I think that the lady was enjoying the peaceful atmosphere then this lady came around her with hollering and noises children. People are so inconsiderate and entitled. She doesn’t consider that maybe I should take my brood of children down further away and allow this lady to enjoy the park. The lady with the children has entitlement issues . Most of the time people who have a bunch of loud and noisy children are used to all of the chaos and so they do not think that others should have the right to some peach and quite at a park. The respectful way to handle that situation is to say I’m sorry hey children show some respect for the lady and let’s go further down and enjoy ourselves. In my opinion The Karen is the lady who is allowing her children to be obnoxious and antagonize the older woman. 😮

Courts have long held that in public there is no expectation of privacy and its legal to record in public. However, a business is not owned by government it's private.. they may be open to public, but they are private. That gives them the right to say no camara in the store.

Here is the thing, I can get why people are mad when kids scream. And honestly the parents of this day and age have no backbone when it comes to discipline because they are afraid of getting in trouble. It's not being a bad parent just to tell your kid "Hey would you mind toning it down a little bit, if you don't we will go home." Or something along those lines. You don't have to be mean just put your foot down and stick with it. I'm just saying people don't understand there is a difference between discipline and abuse and getting onto your kid for something that needs to be dealt with is far from abuse. It's teaching them respect.

In the clip in this video, they were all outside in a park, where using "inside voices" were not required. Some restaurants/fast-food establishments have play areas where children can go to play and have fun.
