Quick update on this! The tip at number 1 can be done even easier! Just pick up the polearm, CROUCH, then follow the steps by equipping torch, THEN the shield, and exit out of your inventory. The repair step doesn't have to be done! Let me know if this works for you!
Wolflin carries a unique shield that can only be looted off his body so if you're a collector you'll want to choose violence. It's a red shield with a flaming heart. One of the better designs. He also carries a stinger which is one of the best short swords in the game.
That's true enough, and you're right, for collectors it's worth killing Wolfin. I guess I was trying to show that there's multiple ways to do this one and I figures most people would have chosen the duel option, myself included lol
Only Bernard can give you the *Oleshnitz Waffenrock.* You can also obtain this *Heavy Shield* by _peaceful_ means. After a successful negotiation, stand behind Wolflin, strike him down with the Takedown perk (don’t kill him), empty his inventory and run for your life. When you talk to Captain Bernard afterwards, the quest is completed without any problems and the achievement appears.

I tried this in 2019 but stopped pretty quickly like a lot do. I seen the new one coming out so tried again and I'm about 30 hours in and I'm loving it!!
Try setting the controls to simplified lockpicking in the menu (makes it similar to PC). If you're still struggling watch this and skip to tip #2 ua-cam.com/video/AI8uBy-uiT8/v-deo.htmlsi=AlV-pjbwIDWP2nBZ
You can use the “surrender” option when being harassed by a guard to incapacitate him long enough to sneak kill/knock him out. Hit surrender once he stands still to talk, run behind him, crouch and hit the corresponding control for whichever option you choose. Saves on jail debuffs and losing Groschen
I first started playing Kingdom Come Deliverance last year and Griff really helped me out. I watched many of his videos. I definitely reccomend subscribing to his channel.
I also love that if you're having trouble winning the tourney as a new player (i struggled at first) you can just sneak into the competitors sleeping quarters the night before, knock them out and steal all their gear. (Credit to Squire Dale). Dirty tactic but its hilarious fighting a bunch of guys in pajamas as well as making a ton of money easy from the fence.

Kills made by mutt also don't count against you. Did my merciful run fighting bare handed the whole time. Where you can, you stealth knockout and remove their weapons and armor. Otherwise, Fight them until their knocked out, and just have mutt assist you. Little more fun imo than war horsing it

I have a tip. Almost any potion can be applied to 5 stacks of water. So 1 Aqua Vitalis and 1 Lazarus can be turned into 5 Aqua Vitalis and 5 Lazarus when applied to 10 Drinking water. The only difference is double the weight of water compared to potions.
@@Griff_Gaming Didn't know that. Noy sure if you covered that leveling Alchemy by making Marigold potion is fastest since you need to only add water, 1 nettle, 2 marigold, phial and viola. No need to heat and cool at all.
@@Griff_Gaming Sorry about that. Had I known you covered that I wouldn't have commented at all. Haven't played KCD for years and the only reason I watched your video was because UA-cam algorithm suggested it after I watched some showcase videos of KCD2. All the best to you.

You'd be surprised. I actually have full House of Zoul armor on for that battle with chainmail, 100 noise, the whole bit. @@Griff_Gaming I just almost finished the mission where you have to investigate this brutal attack on that farmer village, this may be the most immersive mission I ever played in a video game something about it is just different. @@grapeguymc Hey so I've put around 15hrs into the game and I'm honestly loving it so far. Like you mentioned the combat is janky and not fun at times and it feels like it'll be a grind to get good at it but I guess it makes all the more fitting to Henry's character. Some of the bugs and little errors are a bit annoying from time to time but some of them make the experience funny as well. And yeah obviously after coming from rdr2s massive interactive world, the world in kcd2 is lackluster to say the least. But that aside the missions like you mentioned, are fantastic. One thing I really appreciate is there's no constant hand holding in kcd which plagues rdr2. Like I could go about a mission a lot of different ways and it's so much more fun to mess around and then to back to a previous save and try a different method. It's honestly a breath of fresh air from rdr2s cinematic go here, do exactly that, and then go there shoot up 30 people etc etc. Also I'm loving the characters and the dynamic between them. Also medieval being my favourite setting certainly does help make the experience better. I've been looking up some kcd2 videos and that has me excited cuz it looks like the way more polished and grander version of kcd 1. Overall it's a steal for the price I got it for tbh
And here I am attacking Wolflin and is Gang at his camp like a goon. And all I had to do was show up to Hans capon in my underwear and get high Charisma clothing. And do it the Diplomatic way
It can be done I think 3 or 4 diff ways. You can attack the camp with Bernard, challenge Wolfin to a duel, or the diplomatic approach and still get a positive result. Reason I said this way was easiest is you can lose the battle w/ Bernard and after you kill Wolfin in the duel, the camp attacks you all at once. Still doable but a little risky
Holy fuck, #2 would’ve been sooooooooo good to know in my current playthrough! Normally I fight him like you’re supposed to, but in my current playthrough I’m doing a Pacifist, No Bi- I mean, no Maidens, barely literate Henry for the last achievements in my 9 debuff hardcore run, and I learned master strikes for the axe, but goddamn it took me 30 minutes to kill him because I wasn’t high enough level for any of the stats needed to use it effectively, the axe was broken probably about halfway through the fight, and I was starting to starve it took me so long Luckily I got him but that would’ve been a great way for me to cheese it 😅
Yeah, it's by far the best way to do it speed run wise because of consitancy. You can also use the pillar but if he hits you, you're toast. This way you know you get a similar interaction each time. You'll need to lockpick a very hard chest (level 6 lockpicking, alcohol, and luck of the drunk perk) but has all that same stuff along with the noble saddle in the same chest :)
the horse armour is actually pretty useless cus it slows down the horse and u never need armour for ur horse, its only for the looks. for the saddle and horseshoes, u can go to zora's chest. its in one of the 2 rooms in the courtyard. there is a very hard door in front of the chest and the chest is at hard level. but during the raid the door should be unlocked and u can sneak in when the courtyard is empty and just drink some beer or wine if u have luck of the drunk then u should be able to crack the chest. good loot and everything u need for ur horse is there.
It's more just cool and looks good, Zora's stuff I typically use as my loot farm, take everything and drop it in Pesheks chest for passive wealth. Plus her stuff respawns like every 3 days so it's avaliable very frequently
