Hey whenever I look at my crosshair I find it harder to flick on opponents but when I’m not looking at my crosshair just having it at head level near an angle I feel like if I look at the enemy peeking I can rely on my muscle memory and flick and instantly land a head shot rather then just staring at my crosshair and waiting for the person to peek and kind of lose out on speed of my flick if I was just relying on muscle memory should I stare at my crosshair or should I stare at enemies when I peek and let my muscle memory to the micro adjustment

That's pretty normal in fps games. I'd reccommend just visuallizing people holding each corners so you can get in a habit of clicking heads on reaction. All in All, it just gets better with experience tbh.

I'm currently immortal in valorant which means I'm a good player and yes me aim is so good, my edpi is 309 but I want to be even faster and do more flicks so I raised it to 350, will I get used to it as I got used to the old one and be good and even better again or I'm just messing up my muscle memory and wasting time

As someone who worked in the gaming industry, believe me 90% of you DONT want to work in this industry, you only think you want to. You get poorly paid, you have bad working conditions, you have a large competition and you rarely get a contract that lasts longer than a year or if you are lucky a project.

in which part of gaming industry did you work? i would realy like to work as concept artist and as i love games it would be dream job to be artist for a game

    • @calmsh0t
      @calmsh0t 3 роки тому

@@azrrrrrrrr I don't want to share too many details but some things I can say. I worked in the AAA industry for a studio under a big publisher. For gaming industry standarts it was a pretty good working place, but still not comparable to other industries when it comes to benefits and job security.
Artist is a very very very tough position. Especially concept artists have a very hard time since you don't need a lot of them and often even hire contractor studios to make concept arts for cheap. 3D Artists are in a slightly better position, but still the 2nd worst when it comes down to job security and payment, after QA. For concept art there are two routes to go, just like for 3D artists. You can do characters or environments. Character Artists earn a bit more, but studios also need way less of them. No matter which of these you are aiming for, keep in mind that your skill needs to be incredible. Not just okay, not good, I really mean INCREDIBLE. Therefore I can only advice you to take this route if you are 100% certain that this is absolutely the job you want to do and therefore work extremely hard on your artistic skills.
Just for completion, the highest paid position in a studio are programmers. And even they are only earning 60-70% of the wage that a regular programmer gets.
Also, don't let yourself get fooled by websites like Glassdoor and others. The wages they write on their site are almost always higher than what the studio really pays. If you want realistic opinions and numbers, try to connect with some people who are actually working there.
Hope I could give some insight. Good luck on your way :)

My Table height is 75cm and when i place my arm on the table, the angle between my abdomen and my arm(where biceps are at) is more than 45 degree. So it's almost like if i am laying on the table. Please tell me your table height so i can get a rough idea so the abdomen-arm angle is less than 20 degrees atleast, 0 is what i am aiming for.

"How to find a job in gaming":
    1. Take a chance and hope you'll be that 1 out of 100,000 gamer who makes it professionally, and even IF you make it your game/career/popularity will probably fizzle out in a few years.
    2. Learn a marketable skill that doesn't really use much of your previous gaming knowledge (it's a bonus - they won't care if you don't play games as long as you can code/design/produce)
Please don't become a QA tester. They're temp workers subject to massive layoffs, poor working conditions, expected overtime and have very little career mobility.
Sorry to burst your dreams everyone. Just get a real job. I was a signed professional gamer getting paid a full salary for 2 years and while it taught me some things, I didn't help me advance my life.

@@keenangsc8130 Not really, I'm just realistic. I play casual competitive now and have to go back to school to finish the degree I put on hold to pursue esports because it didn't work out. I'm not saying it won't work out for everyone, but I was already that 1 in 100k lucky enough to make it into the pro scene and look how it turned out for me.
A small minority make it to pro, an even smaller minority can stay relevant. See for yourself, go look at old posts from large orgs who have dropped players from their roster TL, 100T, TSM, NRG etc and see how many of those guys are still relevant today and didn't just drop off the internet after a year or two.
I don't want to see people making the same mistakes I did. Try and pursue your dreams but have a backup plan because it's going to be a real bitch being a 20-something with no life skills because you spent your youth pursuing gaming instead of building marketable skills, getting an education, and making connections.
