I’m the guitarist for a slam outfit called Infantectomy, and I’m about to hop onto a cover of this with one of the former guitar players of Devourement, Kevin Clark. Thanks for posting this, I’m going to learn the song now.
Hell yeah, dude. Kevin is the man! Sounds sick, I'll definitely keep an eye out for ya. Have fun learning the song. It's not too difficult to be honest.
Heavy stuff!!!! Have you heard of the band Embryectomy? Pretty similar name to your band, also an extremely heavy band. I’m going to check out your band too

@@lenol0315 Oh that's actually a good question. I honestly don't know. When I started playing guitar I learned Jungle Rot songs, because they're comparatively easy lmao. There definitely are easy to learn slam songs, but I can't really think of any right now. Maybe check out some early Epicardiectomy or Abominable Putridity and then go from there.
Thank you. I actually do have a band called "Divine Torment". I'm currently working on a first release sometime early next year. Keep your eyes out for that. \m/

@@Divine_Serpent_Geh Yea that's true. I used a Tab for this, and just made a couple changes as I saw fit. But overall pretty tough to figure it all out by ear. The production just makes it all sound so muddy. Love it, though.

I love the way slam sounds when the guitar is louder than anything else, hear the sliding on the chords and shit.

Not a particularly big fan of Devourment, but I really dig your pick-hand technique, real hard hitting, nice!
