    Hi! i used your recipe for my mom's birthday. wala pa po kasi akong mixer kaya yema ang naisip kong possible na frosting. Indeed, super stable and pipeable ng naging outcome. Thank you!!!

    Na try ko tung recipe na to...masarap staka super stable. Ang nagustuhan ko pa sa video na tu eh nakalagay kung anong size ginamit na itlog. Sakto nmn Jumbo Egg lng meron sa ref namin kaya nasubukan ko. Thank you so much po.

    okay lang po ba if flour gamitin instead cornstarch? If yes, iddouble po ba yung amount?

      Hi po macy, hindi ko po maiaadvise ang flour, kc hindi po nya maipapathick ng maayos ung frosting compared po sa cornstarch, maaari po kasing mag buo buo lang ang outcome nito.

      Hi Adobo Plays, hindi po, saktong sakto lang po ung sukat ng cornstarch para maging thick and enough for piping/stable yung yema frosting, sundin lamang din po ang tamang sukat ng iba pang ingredients para maavoid po ang starchy result. Salamat po.☺️

      Hi ma’am, pwede naman po, kaso magiging magaspang po yung texture at hindi maganda ang pagka stable ng frosting po pag apf ang ginamit, kaya pinaka the best po ang cornstarch.

      Hi Maridel Ann Maximo, may 8 po na usual reasons kung bakit nagkakaroon ng lumps or rough ang outcome ng yema frosting:
      1. Cornstarch is unsifted.
      2. The egg yolks exposed in the air for too long.
      3. Adding evaporated milk first before the other ingredients.
      4. The ingredients aren't mixed well before cooking.
      5. Combining ingredients over heat.
      6. Cooked over high heat.
      7. Stop stirring for a long time while cooking.
      8. Removing from the heat even if it's not yet fully cooked/stable.
      Hindi na po maremedyohan pag completely cooked na po ang frosting. Pero kung ang texture po ng frosting ay medyo creamy palang, pwede nyo po salain ang mixture para mawala ang mga buo buo or lumps. Salamat po.😊

      Hi Stellen Joy Borja pwede naman po pero hindi lang po ito magiging smooth and soft ang texture pag ipapipe or isspread na sa cake, kc magiging super madikit na po ito sa spatula and pipping bag, mahirap n po ispread. Yung butter po kc ang dahilan kung bakit smooth and soft ung magiging texture. salamat po.😊
