@SweetArtOfCake These recipes look delicious. I want to try them, but I'm a bit concerned. Are these recipes only to be used as a filling? They seem too soft to actually frost a 2 layer round cake.
Only if you have water (wet caramel)you dont stir to stop the crystallisation but dry caramel is ok . Also she added it to custard so the no stirring doesn't apply anymore 😊
