This post is just on time. I’ve thought of using a whitish puddinglike frosting, the opposite of chocolate pudding like frosting. I will try the vanilla, later the caramel in Fall for Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing!

Depende po sa heat ng stove. You need to wait hanggang sa magbrown po ung melted sugar para maging caramel po 😊
3 large yoke of egg
1/2 milk
Mix
3tbs corn flour
Mix
3/4 sugar on medium heat till it melts
Add 1/4 cup hot water
1 cup fresh milk
Turn the heat down and add the egg and cornflour mixture
Simmer down if you like it thicker..
1/4 cup salted butter
1tsp vanilla extract

These recipes look delicious. I want to try them, but I'm a bit concerned. Are these recipes only to be used as a filling? They seem too soft to actually frost a 2 layer round cake.
If you are making a caramel sauce never, ever, EVER stir it.
Why?
Don't eat yellow snow... Harry stylesssss
Only if you have water (wet caramel)you dont stir to stop the crystallisation but dry caramel is ok . Also she added it to custard so the no stirring doesn't apply anymore 😊
