I struggled with infertility for 4 1/2 years! Where I live, we have little to no choice when it comes to fertility doctors. So I went to the conventional fertility clinic but I was a pain in the butt for the staff there 😂. I asked a lot of questions, refused IVF from the beginning(which they recommend as a fix all), when I had a miscarriage, I wanted to look into why that happened right away (usually they wait for you to have two before looking into causes) and it paid off!
I had fibroids and other issues that were causing my infertility. I modified my diet, removed dairy and gluten which, for me, were really not good. Also, stress is such a huge variable! I quit my job and got pregnant two months later. I’m now 19 weeks pregnant with a little boy and I’m so grateful. Never lose hope! Always question everything! Don’t let the system treat you like a number! ❤

I’m 45 and naturally pregnant using holistic medicine.
I did blood work, got my results, everything was fine but I had low AMH (no surprise at 44,at the time).
Went off sugar, caffeine, lowered my carbs.
In 4 months I was pregnant and this boy is VERY healthy!!
Try it first!! It cost far less than IVF and was far less invasive.

My husband and I tried for over a year (in my hometown of Nashville, TN) and never could conceive because I was stressed to the max with work and how busy and overcrowded the city had gotten. We moved to a remote little town up north last year and literally conceived that month. We now have a four-month old daughter! I have always been a nutrition nut & love running/weight lifting so I just knew in my gut it was stress for us. If your gut is telling you to eradicate a stressful aspect of your life if you're trying to conceive, please listen to it!

My husband and I have been trying for nearly 3 years, I've done a lot of work on my health and tracking my hormones. I'm surprised just how sensitive hormones are to diet and sleep. Now, I'm trying to reduce stress. It's difficult though because I'm prone to stress easy. I'd love advice on how to reduce stress without having to quit my job. I feel like my community won't support, "I quit my job to focus on reducing stress to ttc." I cheer that on, but I'm expected to provide an income, and we rely on my income.

I've seen a lot of interviews with holistic doctors recently and the question I always want answered is this: "How can I find a doctor like you in my area? What are questions I should ask a new doctor to make sure I'm getting real holistic treatment and not being taken advantage of?"

Extremely relatable. Well-intentioned advice given to young girls on “how to do it right” (ie, wait until you have completed your education, have the ability to support yourself, and are married and have a stable living situation) has left many of us scrambling to suddenly build a family at the tail end of our fertile years, and it is very painful. It’s not that the advice is completely wrong, but those life milestones take many women longer to achieve than they ever wanted or expected.

Thankyou so much for making this video! I have suffered with pcos for over 10 years it can be so horrible for women to be spun around years and years from doctors just telling you to take medicine to bandaid this. I have literally went to my new primary care and told her what blood levels we are drawing and then we are going to draw them again in 3 months and continue that until i figure out what extra lifestyle changes more that i need to do to get rid of my last symtom hirsutism! It has been so hard because ive managed to get my cycles back to normal the last 4 years but this one lingers along with some little bit of weight left to lose. Doctors just dont seem to understand this really you have to be your own advocate for sure.I pray this video gets out for all the women suffering with infertility! We had 4 years ttc 2 losses and blessed with 3 children now 🙏 there is hope ❤

At 15 I was given a version of the pill that caused severe depression and anxiety, fatigue, nausea so severe that I vomited everytime I ate. I suffered through it for years and my doctor didn't bother looking into it. Instead she prescribed antidepressants for my symptoms. Hormones in birth control don't agree with some women. I suffered through my teenage years because of it and I don't think it should be handed out to young girls and women like a quick and easy solution to everything. I have never felt so light and happy being hormonal birth control free. Cycle syncing and tracking is easy for me and I feel so at home and safe in my body for once❤

There's a difference between synthetic hormones and compounded hormones. Progesterone is very calming, helps with pms and heavy bleeding and post partum depression. You can get natural Progesterone in low doses OTC as a cream or an oil. If you are having pms use magnesium glycinate, change your diet and add some progesterone on days 14-28. Women suffer with menopause symptoms when bioidentical hormones are available.
