"Qualify her" meaning to set a specific condition ("I like girls who"). If she relates, agree or react positively ("Yes, I agree" , "Yes, I'm that kind of person" "Yes, I totally have that mind set) to what conditions you've laid out she has agreed to that mindset, she has qualified to your conditions. That's a small investment she's made to you--she's a bit closer, a bit open to you. Women like man who knows who he is and what he wants. If you're bold enough to say what you want its a plus. If she "qualifies" herself and fits that mold, its a major plus.

Hey Todd, I gotta quite important question. I can get dozens of numbers by daygaming but like 50% of meetings I set up with girls are never happening. I usually get number and call/text her and after setting up the meeting, let's say in four days, i'm done with conversation. In 4 days she has plenty of time to forget you, meet someone new and even go to a date with someone she’s been talking before meeting you. Open: Approach, make a comment about her that teases or some shit.
Premise: indirectly communicate that this is a man to woman interaction. “Make it known that you have a dick”
Evaluate: judge her in a tongue-in-cheek. Make the interaction about her qualifying herself as a partner.
Narrative: build some type of frame or story between you two that could allow for sex to happen in a none judgmental way. For example, if you’re a good artist you can comment that she has a striking face unlike most and you want to study it, you draw her on a few dates and eventually you could turn I into “dawning her like a French girl.” You don’t have to be that specific, this is just my thing. Maybe pretend that a girl is stocking you and tell your pick up that you need to look like you’re having a fun conversation so the stalker goes away. It can be pure bullshit, but it shows that you’re a fun guy.
Close: after you’ve done the rest right, go in for the kill in what ever way seems appropriate.
