Keeper going!!
Do you plan to upload a summary of the first pirate counsil? I'm very interested in seeing how it went in practice :)
Do you make content?@@philosotree5876
I'm curious how one gets all the guild leaders together on the same server
Combat changes: fine for me. Haven't had issues
Servers: Rubberbanding very noticeable but still playable
Guilds: Problem is that everyone with a captained ship can make one so It's hard to find people to join a guild because most players already have their own. I think have they made creating a guild more expensive it would incentivise more people into joining guilds rather than making their own. That or have a option to search for guilds to join in game and have guild leader options to open up the guild to people. perhaps with certain criteria like, hours played, preferred playstyle, region, etc
And they want to add a boost to guild reputation to players which are alone in a guild :D .. they don't know what a guild word means.
1. Runners don't have issues with combat, check. 2. Playable as long as you're running and not fighting, check. 3. Can't find a crew in one of the most social games live today, well, that is a serious social issue you have there.
@@kikoac I don't think they should boost it. It's meant to be a slow grind for a large group of people, Boosting it for small groups kinda makes it pointless to try to grow a guild
@@duncanidaho5834 lol you made a lot of assumptions there and on 3 you missed the entire point i was making but whatever
@ShmickoGaming Those were deductions not assumptions, schmicko or schmuck or whatever
I'll save ya 7 minutes:
Max server size went back down to 5 boats.
Thanks. I could only get about half way through before his voice started making me nauseous.
I made it 10 seconds but figured I'd hit the comments instead of listen
@foxxtbe he never said 1500 people in a server, he said 1500 in a guild
7 minutes is all I can spare.
10 to 20 players, that's pretty pitiful since you might only see other player ships maybe once or twice in a server
No one can predict what rare is doing anymore
Not even rare can predict what rare is doing
Good no one suspects a thing
@@TheRealEvadesmy Man U predicted what I wanted to say
*Laughs in Insider*
Sure they can, they’re working on tall tales no one plays
Was never a double-gunner so I can't coment on that but I have noticed a significant improvement in the sword in that it actually does what you tell it to. I went from slashing at air and dying from slashes I never saw to having actual sword fights where the blocks and attacks worked as intended and were apparent and predictable. Enough so that they seem to last a little long too because you can black and slash back and forth forever the trick for me is to try to move to their side and slash from a more rear angle that they can't block. In general, I'm also experiencing lag all over the place and that wasn't a real problem before. Not relating the two just making those two observations.
As a double gunner sometimes swordlord if I'm bilge on Gally, it's fine there's more quickswap methods
If your whole pvp strat relys on an exploit you might not be as good as you think. Double gunning is fine but there should be a pass between shots. Quick swapping being removed is a good thing. Theres no argument. Exploits like this make the game harder to learn for new players. Exploits and glitches shouldn't be your whole play style.
Yo that’s true
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@user-wr6dj4ib9o what a unique and thought provoking comment.
*cough* sword dash jumping *cough* They made it a feature *cough*
I think a quote I read kinda sums it up. "The better player still wins, they are just having less fun doing so" It just feels clunky
I said it two years ago, and I'll say it again. The way Rare keeps adding things to the game just keeps breaking the game more and more. It's now a massive spaghetti ball that becomes more and more untameable with each update, and the forecast only sees it growing up. If we continue like this, eventually SoT will succumb into its own mass.
u say it 2 years ago and now? like u played the last 2 years? like it is a good game? ^^
Idk a single person trying to tame a spaghetti ball
This comment made me crave spaghetti so bad holyyyyy
Rare said it themselves too. They had many ideas but they cant fit them all into the game without massive performance and server issues
LOL try to look at Team Fortress 2 spaghetti source code. rare still got it under control.
The only "loopholes" that are being used only solve the clunkiness. Just keep the hard coded delay and let us sprint around between our shots, that's all we want, Rare.
That makes too much sense for them to implement
@_fire_fox_1152 frrrr
We got loop holes to hit back to back shots just as fast as the pre-season 10 quickswap. They are much harder to do, so all rare did was raise the skill ceiling and will continue to do so while breaking their game more and more.
@ALuca93 it's not possible to do it AS fast as old qs, it's really inconsistant AND it's very, very annoying. I'd be fine with it if it were consistant, but they'll remove it anyway with the next patch.
@@Ravenathormanipulating mechanics in an unintended way isn't a skill ceiling it's just people manipulating unintended mechanics for an unfair advantage.
They don't just change the Look of Hitmarkers, they change how they work - till now they worked via Clientside, you hit something on your Client, got a Hitmarker, but the delay made you not hit on the Server, they change it so now the Hitmarkers are completely Serverside, if that really works, you should always see a Hitmarker when you actually HIT someone and dont see one, if you missed
that's stupid. imagine not hitting anything but getting a hitmarker and getting rewarded. not only are you getting rewarded for not hittng, the game even tells you that you hit, eventhough you didn't. backtracks would only be MORE annoying that way. same for hitreg. imagine hitting 5 times in a row without getting any hitmarkers because the server didn't receive it.
@@Cqat1what are you talking about bro? Hit registration will never be clientside. That would allow for hacked clients to just obliterate everyone.
Hits will always be checked with the server.
@@madpancake9891 I am talking about displaying a hitmarker. Not the actual registration.
@@madpancake9891so what? Just have anti cheat. Client side hit detection is the ONLY way we will have 9/10 hit registration.
An option for audible hitmarkers would be quite nice when shooting. I often miss the visual ones, it took me a while to even notice they existed.

I will say, since the weapon changes, sword fights have been way more fun and less spammy. I actually feel threatened when my opponent attempts to start their combo and I have to choose whether to dodge and attack back or block if I don't trust my distance. I've really been enjoying pvp recently.
I still wish the game allowed me and a couple friends to log in and sail aimlessly around, enjoying the random events on the seas like Skeleton Ships and Megladons.
But it seems like they turned down the chance for that stuff to spawn so now we just sail around aimlessly for hours and nothing interesting ever happens.
Im not a sweatlord gamer who has time to be online all the time mastering and fully understanding the game.
Just looking for some easy access fun.
Very sad that it feels like it was taken away to instead focus on making PvPers happy. (Who are also SO sweaty that they make it very hard for a regular player to have any fun in the game.)
I would love if you earned some sort of pirate-score that determined what server you end up in. All the try hard PvPers can get grouped together, and then us shitty players can actually fight each other for fun since we would have a chance at winning.
Skill based match making would kill this game, like many others before.
If you think they want the pvp players to be happy. You are wrong. Me and many of my friends stopped playing in the last couple of months, because if you play pvp in this game you only get fucked over and over again from rare.
If you don't find something for easy access, then you are blind and your friends, too. It is way to easy to get loot anywhere on the map.
And the update in December is even better for people like you because they get safer seas.
Please inform yourself just a little bit if you have no clue at all.
And because of people like you, they nerf so much stuff which takes just a little bit of skill and time to learn.
Like earlier in the game it was a skill to hook the loot fast on your boat in solo, now you have automatic harpoon.
In some years the cannons will get aimassist because people don't wanna learn how shoot and it is way to hard against all the sweaty pvp players.
But guess what the sweaty pvp player had to learn it also.
@timeflow3305 bud, you sweaty players constantly going after others minding their own business is why the game keeps going down hill because of the changes. Hell many of you will cheat, so take some responsibility that your toxic game play is bringing about changes you don't want. What they should have done instead of the safer seas is give the option to buy one's own server
@@johnnyappleswope1821 cope and seethe, it's a pirate game. if anything it's the people in alliance servers hitting skeletons all day that have the hacks. its not a singleplayer game and never will be. safer seas isn't an alternative gamemode, it's an extended tutorial. if you want to kill skeletons and collect loot without any pvp play diablo. if you can't play with risk this game is not for you.
Appreciate everything you do man fr. Way to always step up and get ppl talking and offering solutions instead of just complaining. I don't even play SoT anymore really but still love the game the community wouldn't be the same without ya.
The fact that I haven't played SOT in over a year and hit reg is still as bad of an issue as it used to be is WILD.
It's literally not and you'd know that if you played recently 🤦♂️

Rare is right to remove the quick swapping. It's ok to double gun but it shouldn't be the meta. In a pirate game the meta should be to master both the sword and your favorite gun.
There are much more good sword duels since season 10. Rare did the right move.
However servers need to be improved, dying because of a backtrack is always very frustrating.
Did you try to board a brig or a gally with everyone on enemy crew having a sword? Try it see what happens then come back to tell me that quick swapping is bad.

@@duncanidaho5834 yeahhh, seas are pretty bare and when ever my crew and i try to start a fight we usually just end up having a chase instead

hey thats my friend and trusty crewmate in the skeleton curse! he was super happy he got to fight you. he was texting me over and over about it i thought it was hilarious! Il have to tell him he was right about being on your next video lmao
Sea of thieves is heading into a dark place. Being a player who played since the first month, I've seen sea of thieves in deep holes but this is much darker. I hope this game recovers so dearly.
Yeah, but have hope. Rare may not have earned that but as a community, if we want this game to live WE need to stick with it. We need to stay on Rare’s ass about updates too.
@@NoNameJ1622 yeah. They've been doing well for getting the game clout in the past 2 or 3 years but we have to make them not get complacent by delaying seasons. Rare are really good at hearing the voices of the community which is unheard of nowadays
@@locherz2643 they are good at listening, but not at answering. they only answer those who spend the most amount of money sadly.
how can it recover without double gun and with pve server
@@user-wr6dj4ib9o the pve server isn't an issue as nobody does them due to the rewards being very limited. They are mostly aimed at tall tales. I don't get what you mean by "without double gun"
I just don’t know why they can’t just give us sail alteration so that any sail can be any design with cuts if we want them.
Then you wouldn’t spend money on the special sails with cuts rare cares more about emporium profits than fixing the game
It’s all about money. That’s all rare is concerned about. That and turning the seas into snowflake factory.
@@SirGrogg yup they’ll cater to cry babies before they fix the game
It’s pointless to change every single sail and redesign them rather than change like 3. They also want to promote teamwork. The sail alteration idea would still just be everyone using the same design which is the one that gives the most viewing area so why bother with a whole sail alteration thing in the first place.
Outside of the cosmetic announcements, the Community Day announcement, and the reference to DA sails, none of what is in this video is actually new. Rare basically dropped the ship server limit on day 2 or 3 of season 10, and the improvement is significant. As for other changes, I have a few thoughts.
1) They're committed to removing quick swapping from the game. Every other animation cancel that gives a competitive advantage is long gone, so this shouldn't be a huge surprise. Also, the difference in time between old quick swap and a regular swap is a real one, but if you hit your shots, people still don't have the time to eat before being dead. It does, however, allow them to adjust their movement to try to dodge shots. I have several friends who double gun, and they still do it with similar success.
2) I've had a lot of fun with guilds. Some friends and I started one, recruited pirates on the seas and friends of friends, and it has improved the social experience even more than I thought it would. People who join a bunch of big community guilds and who are paired with what is essentially a permanent open crew can still expand the number of people they play with, but they're probably not going to enjoy it as much.
3) I think that the marginal difference between DA sails and other sails is so small that I don't care about it that much, but I am hoping that Rare realizes that allowing people the option to refund those sails is the right thing to do. I doubt I will because I run them on a guild brig as a meme.
4) I see a lot of UA-cam comments who think that making the game "equal" is somehow ruining it. I think this take completely misses the point. Successful games that are based on cosmetic models die if an advantage is given to people who have had more time in the game. The strength of Sea of Thieves is that a new player will probably get rolled by someone with more experience and knowledge, but they're not getting rolled by better weapons, better ships, or cosmetics that provide huge advantages. If that happens, you're going to have an even harder time keeping new and even existing players. Making sure that there is zero gap is a good thing. I would rather sail visibility was a bit more, but I suppose I could get off wheel for two seconds so I take a step or two forward and see better on the bigger boats.
Sounds like someone is employed by RARE.....
you're kinda missing the point with your thoughts on quickswitch removal.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Rare putting fixed hitreg in the patch notes is like when minecraft put removed herobrine in their patch notes
A neat little new bug this season is losing money. I just lost all my currency. Gold, doubloons, and ancient coins, all to 0. Sent a ticket in and they said “yeah we know it’s an issue”.
lets not forget the fact that the Sirens Song Skull segment of the trailer, the fucking game lagged, IN THE FUCKING TRAILER.
I can see the gust of the Solo Slooper fading away even more...
This game is going down hill and its depresssing as all hell
Grats on the shoutout for the Pirate Council!
today I went on an adventure, only to find I had ZERO GOLD, and recieved NOTHING but reputation for handing in loot... restarting PC, I still had the same issue, and apparantly others are having it too. I thought this was the panic button issue...
It hilarious how the devs were releasing documentaries about themselves last update, now they fucked up so bad because they didnt focus hard enough, and were too busy praising themselves.
If a tech exists, its going to be used all developera know this dont blame the community for using the tools that rare was too sloppy to clear up.
They just need to add more monsters and stuff its easy!
is there a way i can join friends like running 2 sloops on the same server without having to server hop for 2 hrs to try to find them?
Can’t wait to join the council even tho i will be new at the table at time i thing most and if not all of the ideas will have a impact on the seas we have been sailing for years
If Rare wants to do away with Double Gunning then just Add it to where Players can only use one gun at a time which means you have to carry a sword and gun but still able to swap guns out at the Amory for different situations
They didn't want to remove double gunning. They wanted to take out an exploit where people were swapping from EoR to Blunderbuss faster than intended and it had become the meta.

what was the sniper in the beginning of the video
What is the sword at 2:01, and how to get it?
Opinions on the fact that the devs actually mentioned your guild pirate council on their news video, must be pretty cool huh😊
Rare is probably the most in tune with the community out of all the devs out there. They aren't perfect but they care about the game and the players more than almost any game dev team out there.
@@danpuff9584what type of drugs are you taking 💀? rare is the most isolated game dev company I have ever seen. There’s 0 communication between the community and the devs. They don’t listen to us. Tried to do something similar with my 3 guilds. Made them right when the update was finished. Yet the guilds are still at level 1. I liked the idea of guilds in the game. But why 3?
The fact that the devs mentioned your guild is very impressive
I play SoT since 2018 and I can't remember to get a wrong hit registration. On season 10 I got it.
I would have been fine with the removal of quick swap if hitreg was actually fixed.
Now im encountering a bug where i sell and i dont get any profit, just pass reputation

Does anybody know what is up with the servers and guilds not being available, also I have zero of any currency
I know so many open crew sailors that are gonna be livid with the DA sails cutout remake
Waited so long for the same thing lol. Season 10 turning into a meme at this point.
My pet hate atm is going to bucket water and u can’t pick the water up then you randomly rubber band back to your ships helm and this happens in safe seas as well so it’s not due to the amount of players just poor stability
I’m grateful they have heard the feedback around quick swapping and want to try to fix the clunkiness, but I really wish they’d just admit they were wrong.
How can it possibly be worth the dev time to devise a fix that doesn’t work, then spend MORE dev time to try and fix what they broke?
Quick swap tech just wasn’t unbalancing fights.
You can't have working anti-cheat if there's a way that isn't modding to output damage with personal weapons faster than the design.
A GOOD anti-cheat will flag all successful quickswap kills. It DOES need to be fixed. If it's not unbalanced, buffs can happen after.
ikr? they are wasting precious dev time on something that barely impacts the people complaining about it. quickswitching makes the biggest dent when fighting actual competent players.
quickswitching literally allowed for the game to be played for thousands of hours without getting bored or hitting a skill ceiling. the only other thing in the game that allows for a similar thing is naval pvp. but some people just enjoy hand to hand more.
it feels like rare is too "proud" to admit they're wrong, knowing fully well the pvp community would clown on them for eternity if they did. but they apparently forgot that they're already being clowned on by anyone who has played this game for long enough. even sot partners are speaking up, although the severity differs.
@@KopperNeomanquick swapping isn’t cheating. It doesn’t need to be detected. Even the cheats that existed previously couldn’t shoot faster than a player’s quick swap. It was exactly the same. It’s a non-issue.
@@Cqat1I genuinely don’t think Rare is too proud to admit they’re wrong. They’ve done it in videos many times, or at least admitted fault. I do think they’re ignoring very relevant feedback on the matter though because they’ve made up their mind that it makes a difference despite the evidence saying otherwise. I suppose that could be interpreted as proud.
@@viiraxeor you’re on a high horse. The clunky gun wield animation has been that way for years. The people who didn’t quickswap have always had to deal with the clunky animation. Quick swap was a trick to bypass the animation. If Rare wanted to they could have made it so anybody could have bypassed the wield animation just by ads’ing no sprinting required. But instead they attempted to remove the ability to cancel the wield animation but only for double gunners and not sword + gun.
I bought the da sails today lol😂😂
While they’re at it they might as well take all the different shapes and sizes off of cannons, guns, and swords and just give them skins so there’s a more uniform experience
I remember when this game was being about actually being a pirate😢
Any change to even the playing field is a good change. I don't think it's a mistake at all. The double gunning animation cancel was an exploit that shouldn't have been in the game in the first place and removing this will make it so ppl tend to use the sword more, hence giving us more sword vs sword/longer battles. Also getting rid of the double gunning/boarding technique and increasing naval combat again, since with the animation cancel the meta had become double gunning with and endlessly boarding untill you can kill the players on the enemy ship and sink them that way as opposed to with cannons. So in my opinion this is a great change and i'm all for it😊
Just got enough gold for DA sails... what should i spend 9 mil gold on?
very epic shoutouts to the different guilds in the server :3
If they remove the cut from DA sails then I want my money back, just like double gunning I feel like that's been around for far too long to remove it now.
And what would you do with your money back? who cares about the gold, it's not real and if you had 8 million for sails you likely already have whatever gold can buy....
@MaximusBC1 I'd use it to buy different cosmetics, and no I don't have a lot of gold. It took me a long time to save for those sails.
Man, I wish I could play but my game keep saying the servers are unavailable. I have stable internet, a decent set up, it has just been a good little bit since i last played.
Safer C's seems like a move of desperation. It might pull some people back to the game but they'll be temporary and this is given some people the option they need to quit forever. They'll finish off whatever thing they can and say for season and then they'll just quit. Already logged in today. Not a single ship on the server. Guess it'll be really easy to finish those chests to fortunes now
the only thing that makes the DA sails worth the 8mil + is the cut out, i would love to fly other sails with the cutout for sure, but if they get rid of it, then they should refund anyone who bought them. IMO.
I won't or we won't have a seat at the table for the pirate council. The reason why? A lot of Japanese, Chinese or Korean players are very hard to come by. On top of that, when it comes to Japanese cosmetics there is none. Some of us have been begging Rare for Japanese cosmetics because the Wakou were very prevalent in Pirate history. They have Chinese and pseudo Korean cosmetics, but what pushed a lot of my fellow Japanese players away is.. they think Sea of Thieves is a Disney game because of the Pirates of the Caribbean and Jack Sparrow stuff and the (no hyperbole on this) lack of Japanese equipment and cosmetics. I have been petitioning and begging in forum, on Discord discussions for Japanese attire. Not weeb anime stuff, real Japanese / wakou cosmetics. I doubt my words will go anywhere and I am grateful to anyone who will read this - thank you... And that's awesome the council got traction, I am mighty impressed!
Got the game a few months ago, grinded super hard for the DA sails for the cut out, now it’s being changed before I’ve rebounded from the gold spent. So fun.
Rare hates us for playing their broken game and looks for every opportunity to punish us for grinding for anything.
Cheh
Bandaids ain’t gonna help when you’re on life support. I love this game, but it’s so damn broken and unfortunately I don’t ever see it being fixed properly.
the only new content added in the last year was basically a valuable chest and a siren song voyage let that sink in
I'm hoping that guilds will become the means for players to load 2 to 3 ships on one server that's all friends. Of course there will be some balancing issues with this but most of them seem easily fixed.
Sooo the point of sea of thieves is the spontaneity. And thievery. They will most likely NEVER allow players to join in on each other (outside of custom servers) they want everyone to actually play their game the way it's intended.. you want alliance servers join one
@@TheSheaWinter I'm not talking alliance servers. I'm talking about having a full ship but friends who want to sail with you. Allowing 2 ships from one guild to join the same server isn't going to break things. It just means that you're able to sail with more friends. I'm not talking about enough ships to take over the server. As it is right now you either need a lot of luck or some social engineering. The social engineering will end up putting someone on an uncaptained ship.
What the hell why would we want them to remove the DA sails cut out? That’s the perc for spending 10 million on a sail
I loaded up the game, realized double gunning was gone, decided to do a match and got 70% of my shots not registering. Uninstalled.
if you were/are a double gunner im glad you unninstalled, thnx for doing the community a favor
Pretty sad that the DA sails get changed.. it was my primary goal in SoT to grind the 8 million for those sails as it was one of the few "advantages" you could get. Hell, its also nice to actually see shit infront of you.. :D

How can you have such a meeting without hours of fannying about server hopping and buying ships? Would love a reliable way to meet and fight friends on the seas.
No way they should definitely leave the cut outs sails!!!!!! so what if everyone uses it it cost a have to grind for it you earned it
Honestly pirate council has been the only good thing Happening lately I gotta make a branch!
Watching other dedicated SwordLords consecutively block multiple People's M1-Spam makes Me want to try re-learn the cutlas after 3 years. GG Mate! I really Missed Skilled Sword fights but at this point I am 3 Year-Deep DoubleGunner and Yes, "fixing" quickswap had ruined it for people who never really even used it. People are just so dedicated to breaking games these days even if it involves a 69-input mouse bind.
I'm just waiting for Safer Seas so I can finally enjoy the game again.
Hey, I ran into someone in a guild called The Pirate Council once! I didn't know who they were, but they asked for my cursed stuff and I gave them all of my supplies instead because I thought it would be funny.
people bought the DA sail for the cut out. Thats an 8 million gold cut out. Will pirates get a refund?
I've had trouble since update with getting friends to join my crew. I've been having more players attacking me since update as well. Ridiculous. Ask to make alliance, they agree then kil l me and sink my ship. Frustrating. I feel like skeleton ships and megladons has increased since update as well.
I get not making guilds like 999,999 players, but 24 players is SO WEIRD. Some friend groups are only a bit smaller than this like wtf.
Used to be a double gun sweat and stopped playing after a while, moved onto other games. Was wondering about making a return.... XD nevermind. I'll miss double gun, seems silly to take to out after all these years after JUST BUFFING THE SWORD
THEY ARE ACTUALLY FUCIN REMOVING THE CUTOUT ?!?! LOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLL
thats the issue with sot, they just give us more and more framework without any more playability or affect on the game. there needs to be more sandbox in our SANDBOX. i want to get my name in the pirate legend bar, i want a shipwreck with my name on it, i want my skeleton to haunt an island, i want my own curse, i want more involvement. the game is not infinitely playable if theres no goal.
Did some of the devs quit their jobs or quit working on the game?
I said it before and i say it again. If they change the DA Sails i want my gold back. They did cost more than a third of what i made since i play and i only got them because of the cutout and the better view on a brig.
I'm loving it honestly
0:06 What is this?
This is probably because insiders just afk for an hour and log off when they’re supposed to give feedback
Safers seas is great. Glad I can play without worry of sweatlords, I'm already Pirate Legend so I couldn't care less about money.
I stopped playing almost a year ago, and uhhhhh. Glad I'm not missing anything
Gotta say, I also don't understand why they limited guilds so much. What did they have in mind?
How can we introduce something new, which is no content but we will sell it as content.
That was on their mind
@@timeflow3305 I fail to see how that'd change without the limitations xd
It's literally content, though. Something to work on for rewards, new functionalities that make us not rely on third-party platforms, etc. It may not be the type of content you wanted, but that's another thing.
so yesterday was in a 4 man sloop alliance that was naturally built, what make it sad knowing only 1 ship wasnt in it mean people trying to make alliance discords have an easier job now
Didn’t they do this, like, 2 weeks ago?
Won’t go back to game, they don’t listen to us. Rare has a gem but seems like they just want it to be lost at the bottom of the ocean.
I want to see Viking ships. Newer designs for the brig.
Rare will patch the new quick swap bugs 9/10 times
Arent u supposed to test ur game updates before releasing it?
Me and my friend had two individual ideas to improve the sea of thieves experience.
My idea: make safer seas not give any reputation/commendations at all, BUT be able to add friends not as in your crew, but as in an entire different ship. I really wanna have a full out war with my friends and have fun, you know?
Friend's idea: make guild battles. Guild battles would be a fight on two or three ships, and you can fight to the death with yet another guild of same ships. Now the loading time would really take long, as that's just hourglass time x3, as there are more ship options since it would be three ships max, and each ship can be different. But I think my friend had a good idea that would improve guilds. (Also you'd gain guild reputation from winning, or losing, just like hourglass)
maybe guild battles could bring back an arena type system so if you sink you can respawn and help bring up your guilds score! (of course removing all the issues arena had such as cannonball farming)
@@captainshelf7 i mean, i unfortunately don't know what arena is, as i never got to experience it, but i just think the guild battles thing sounds really cool. it would give guilds something actually new.
We really just need weapon unlocks, ala tf2.
Weapons that are good in certain situations, bad in others, but the stock sword, pistol, and blunderbuss should be good in every situation, ala TF2 sidegrades.
Tie them to challenges or let people buy them with gold, or whatever, but like, give us the ability to change how we play combat.
Also, being able to trade attributes of your character would be great. Like, imagine if you could choose to lower your max HP for faster cannon reloads. Or movement speed in water but slower ladder climbing. Just things to let us "build" characters without ever being objectively better than anyone else.
Not just that but in the video he says that they fixed rep against getting the same crew over and over again for the hg glitch ... does that mean your going to fix the matchmaking as a whole then so people will stop getting the same sweat 3-5 times in a row !?!?!?!? Because thats not fair either !
Sea of thieves news today was like rare shooting a shotgun at a corpse
