Magically delicious! I still can't get over the difference these classes make! On many levels beyond just the obvious. I've noticed that focusing on my breathing during mobility spills over into other classes, leading to higher cardio endurance and more effective strength training. It's helped me immensely in getting rid of that weird habit of holding my breath while lifting weights!!

This one is incredible for the hips! My quads were super tight today but I didn't realise how much my hips were holding it in until we started that floor work. Beautiful class! Thank-you!

This Californian, with super tight hips, did not think that was stupid! I really enjoyed stretching the arms behind the back- it helped me work out some soreness in my shoulder.
Between work, kids and their sports, and lambing I have had zero time to work out the past week. I am exhausted but this was perfect! So relaxing to stretch and breathe. Thank you, I really needed this.❤🐑

Ive recently become a gymnast and I am working muscles I didnt even know existed- mobility is going to have to be a part of my new routine. This felt FABULOUS

I did this after the 70/s/80s Cardio last night and it was good to see that I'm making progress in moves like when you come up from the lunge and step together. I never used to be able to do this, so the workout programs you are putting together (including strength and mobility) are really working for me. Thank you so much :)

Hi April! I pulled my left ham not long ago (behind my knee) and it really got in the way of a lot! I found a few of her stretch videos (I did the beach stretch one, the lower body stretch where she's outside, and another one that I think had 'deep stretch' in the title) and alternated them daily (just to have a variety). They were just stretch, no mobility. It helped so, so much! As it got better I kept on with an extra 5 or 10 mins of stretching before classes and doing so has made a world of difference. I don't know what I did but my back feels like it did two months ago, stiff and sore. Shin and foot tingling. I must have hit the nerve again, very frustrating. I planned on coming and finding one of your mobility classes and what????! You did one this morning! I just finished, we will see how I feel tomorrow morning. Sitting crossed leg I need to find a way to stretch those muscles that go over the side of the leg joint. I think they attach to the IT band but unsure. I can fire them up using the band standing straight up and stepping side to side. Anyways, great time for having this class!!
OH NO DAVE!!!!! Can you do the back stretch video I have in front of the fireplace? See how that one feels!! I hope you are ok!
@@CDornerFitness Today a bit better, but thank you for the suggestion. I have PT today and have asked for some Mobility/Flexibility moves if triggered again, but finding that back session would be good. Like I said I was going to do a search and laughed when I saw this class ready to go, fresh and new.

Do you think doing mobility once a week is adequate given all of the other types of workouts that are also done?
I would suggest doing mobility or stretching more often if you need it
