  • Of the many ways you can make Jalapeno Poppers, this one is about the easiest, and, possibly, the tastiest. Wrapped with Prosciutto and bathed in Hickory Smoke, these turned out beyond amazing. Even my guest taster agreed.

Best cooking channel on UA-cam! But the advice of “don’t touch any other sensitive area” cracked me up because I have done that before! Lol. Too funny.

Those look great.! I did buy that Malory grate with your link. WOW I should’ve bought that years ago, what an amazing addition to my Weber. I also bought the Slow-N-Sear and that really was a game changer.!

Thanks a lot. My wife saw this so I now have another chore to do for the rest of my life! Try not cooking so many delicious hordevoirs. Had no canned pineapple so opened fruit cocktail to get it. Only half a cherry, two grapes and peaches. Peaches worked fine. THX RY.

Try Palmetto Pimento cheese with Jalapeno's for the spread mix in the poppers! It is great stuff!

I remember delivering some stuff to some coworkers and they offered a toothpick for this concentrated chili heat stuff. I didnt think anything of it and put a pick in and closed the lid. It had some heat. I went to the bathroom and did my business. Only to realize I should have washed before using the facilities......

whipped cream cheese works a lot better. A lot easier to mix and stuff the jalapenos. We smoke poppers all the time. I'm going to try these!

Great cook Ry I’m going have to try that method. I’m anxiously waiting for you to reach 200k. Come on people if you haven’t submitted what are you waiting for Ry doesn’t ask for subscribers I think his videos does it for him. I think that’s what’s special about your channel you’re more of a simple average guy that just enjoys backyard bbq. And you help others by using their products. 🙏🏽👍🏼😋

Ry, loving working through your videos from here in the UK! Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. Quick question, which Weber kettle do you recommend? I've been working with a cheap no brand kettle from Amazon and am looking to upgrade as I get more serious with BBQ'ing. One issue I have faced is maintaining temperature for low & slow cooks.

I like trying all your cooks but this one I need an answer to. After the seeds are gone what would you say the heat temp is on the peppers? I have always shied away from them. I'm willing to try though. Keep up the good work, always looking for new post.

I can understand that having to use two pieces of prosciutto per popper would be terrible.

  • @justind1770

Ive tried cooking prosciutto a few times. It basically turns into chipped beef. Super salty and not good. The only time it worked was in a porchetta. Hopefully this works.

@@CookingWithRy that inspired me to make some bacon wrapped armadillo eggs. They were insanely good. But to me they were salty as hell . I only used a little "the bbq rub". No added salt. I kept saying they needed a sweet glaze or something to balance them. Everyone disagreed and said they were perfect already. 6 people loving my cooking and i didnt like it. Lol. Maybe i dont like salt. Idk
