    I've met Theresa Kamper in Sweden at a Viking event.
    She told me ( a Tourist) about a tool I had seen infront of historic swedish houses.
    It's a curved piece wood with triangles on the inner side.
    It's for stretching the leather after tanning.

    Just watching Season 8 Alone. She talks about how British she is (with her contrived Irish accent) all the time, then as soon a she cuts her finger she instantly turns Wyoming again. 🙄🙄 Never rooted for someone to wash out on Alone until she came along with her obsession of trying to be something she’s not.

She's going to be here in a few months doing training though. Anyway go check out my journey to primitive play list and the other Rabitstick videos I've done. Feel free to reach out to me on FB or over on Insta any time. Your videos are inspirational. If you come over here to Rabbit stick PM me as I'd love to come say hello. I understand that you are making assumptions about my understanding of what it takes to get a PHD, or to convince a school to invent one. If she said she had a PHD in Archeology, or something similar, and did here research on prehistoric tanning of animal skins, well maybe. But to have a PHD in prehistoric animal skin tanning, seems a bit,,,,, I don't know how to say this,,,,,, silly. Couldn't that value be brought as specific study within the larger picture of Archeology? To me it seems to cheapen the title of PHD when colleges start handing them out for animal skin tanning, lesbian studies, and male fornication.

    PhD in Prehistoric Animal Skin Tanning Technology? Excuse me little lady, for sure & certain I'm not the fastest pony in the barn, but aren't prehistoric animal skins a might hard to come by?

    • @TJackSurvival

      Grandpa the Grey depends on your definition of prehistoric

    • @nerblebun
      @nerblebun 5 років тому

      @@TJackSurvival: Sir, the subject of my comment does not pertain to the definition of "prehistoric." It's solely related to the young lady's PhD for which there's only one definition. "Prehistoric Animals"= Covers animals in the hundreds of millions years before the first Hominids existed. Hence my query as to the difficulty of locating prehistoric animal skins for tanning.

      It is like a boomerang that was used by native tribes everywhere except Austrailia. Because of course, they had boomerangs. LOL

    • @TJackSurvival
      @TJackSurvival  5 років тому +1

      I honestly believe that you fundamentally don't understand the research nature of what a PhD is and what it entails. Why not this? I mean after all, if you read PhD Theseus's on biology topics it makes perfect sense. They are as focused as you can be on the most random of topics. Like, hide tanning.

      Dr degrees can be in anything specialized. Like the wings if an African fruit fly. Or prehistoric brain tanning
