I had always been reluctant to try Yoga, but...after an ankle injury that was preventing me from running and didn't seem to ever want to heal properly, I thought I'd try it. I discovered your videos about 6 weeks ago and have been primarily watching your standing Yoga videos. And, I have started running again! The combination of focusing on balance and strength and also breathing and mindfulness have worked and I can't thank you enough!!!
I don't always want to be on the floor and I prefer to do a variety of poses that aren't always the same (or feel that way) so this is great. I have a lot of practice to do.😂

I did this after a quick cardio + kettlebell sess. It gave a nice balance challenge, and also some great stretches. I love finishing with your yoga even on days where I am doing other types of workouts. Thank u!

Thank you! That was great. I go to a studio a few times a week and have been trying to practice every day atleast 10 minutes at home when i cant go to a full class, this was perfect as a quick mindful practice. I subscribed and will be using this video again as well as checking out some new ones.
