    This is such a fun but challenging practice!!! I am so glad I rediscovered this :) I wasn’t feeling up to getting my mat out today so this was perfect.

    I really love your standing sequences! They are so great when I am too lazy to roll out my mat, but still want to do something. Now I feel refreshed and peaceful in the middle of my workday 🍀

    Uliana, thank you for your videos. I had always been reluctant to try Yoga, but...after an ankle injury that was preventing me from running and didn't seem to ever want to heal properly, I thought I'd try it. I discovered your videos about 6 weeks ago and have been primarily watching your standing Yoga videos. And, I have started running again! The combination of focusing on balance and strength and also breathing and mindfulness have worked and I can't thank you enough!!!

    I don't always want to be on the floor and I prefer to do a variety of poses that aren't always the same (or feel that way) so this is great. I have a lot of practice to do.😂

    Thank you Uliana ❤ I have a wrist fracture so no hands yoga is perfect for me. I also like very much your soft voice and the no music, which help me to focus and relax. Keep on the great videos!

    I did this after a quick cardio + kettlebell sess. It gave a nice balance challenge, and also some great stretches. I love finishing with your yoga even on days where I am doing other types of workouts. Thank u!

      Glad you enjoyed it! I remember you asked for a longer standing yoga video - 20 min standing yoga flow is coming on Monday🤗 that one will be a bit more “intermediate” but if it does well, I’m going to film more longer “beginner-friendly” sequences later)

    Thank you! That was great. I go to a studio a few times a week and have been trying to practice every day atleast 10 minutes at home when i cant go to a full class, this was perfect as a quick mindful practice. I subscribed and will be using this video again as well as checking out some new ones.
