Just made this last night & it was a hit! Whole family loved it and instantly finished the entire dish! Easy recipe to follow. For reference I baked my salmon for 20 min in 400 degree Fahrenheit. It was perfectly cooked! Just in case anyone was wondering!
I tried this honey garlic glazed salmon recipe recently and the taste was incredible. Was a bit skeptical about the ingredients, but it was perfect. Highly recommend 5/5.
Finally made this yesterday for Mother’s Day dinner. I didn’t have Dijon mustard but it still came out great. Served it with sautéed veggies and rice. My parents are begging me to make it again. Thanks for this easy to follow recipe.
I made this recipe but cut some things to make it for calorie friendly and lower the sugar content and it was still amazing. I skipped the butter completely, used one tbsp of avocado oil and one tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tbsps of low sodium soy sauce, kepts honey the same but skipped adding the brown sugar, garlic and Dijon same as recipe and then a tbsp of siracha sauce for a nice kick. You cut over ~200 calories and it still tastes great. Hope this helps!
I make this every occasion/holiday for my in laws and its always a hit! I play around with the oven time every time and I think tonight I nailed it. I set my oven to 400 and let it bake for 10 mins, take it out to baste, then broil for 5. I turn off the oven and let it sit in there for another couple of minutes and it came out perfectly juicy and cooked through and through! I love love love your recipes!
I just made this and it was so good. I can't even explain how tasty this was. I'm from the Caribbean and all the Salmon recipes i came across was so bland. This did it for me. I also threw in sweet onions, carrots and sweet peppers 5mins before i took it out. Thank you.

So I had leftover, lightly seasoned, baked Salmon from dinner last night. I mixed the sauce ingredients in a mug and microwaved it for about 5 minutes, stopping twice to stir. I took it out then added freshly sliced green onions. I poured some of this sauce over my reheated salmon. I made rice and broccoli as a side and MY OH MY!!!! If I wasn't full, I'd make it again but in the oven this time! This was soooo good! I can't stop licking my lips and teeth for that delicious flavor! Two thumbs up!! 😋
Really great recipe. I cooked a 3.5 lb salmon, adjusted the marinate to work with the size of the salmon, didn’t have lemon but lime worked well. Also, I baked at 400 for a while then set on broil. Loved the salmon and I would make again.
Just tried your recipe and it was fantastic! Used Lo Broil on medium rack for 10 min, basted, and then Lo Broil on lower rack for about another 8 minutes. The lemon on the underside is a great addition ... will put lemon underneath from now on. Looking forward to trying your other recipes!
I made this for the first time and it was the best salmon I have ever tasted! Trying to bake more for my son and it was easy. I marinated overnight, made salad greens with citrus and strawberries and asparagus. Easy meal and many compliments.

I made this just now and it came out sooo good. I used 2 pieces of salmon because I wasn’t sure how it would turn out and cut the ingredients in half. Also, I didn’t broil it but put it in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. It came out great. Thx for sharing the recipe!!!

Just made it with Parmesan risotto. It was pretty amazing! I wasn’t able to marinade for the hour but gave it 40 minutes because the fish was partially frozen. I just let it sit out and basted it until I was ready to cook it. Gave it 2 extra minutes on low broil to make sure it cooked all the way. The fish had a nice crust on it too.
I made the salmon today and it was really good! Changes I made: I used salmon with skin, seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides, then sprinkled potato starch and pan-fried it in a tiny bit of olive oil (skin side first: about 3 minutes each side, depending on the thickness). In the meantime I brought the sauce to a boil (omitted butter and sugar, replaced oilve oil with half sesame oil/half avocado oil) and let it simmer to thicken it a bit, then just put the salmon into the sauce. This way the skin got crispy but the salmon still had the nice sauce flavor.

Sooo so good I’ve made this twice once without the mustard (i didn’t have any on hand) and once with it. It came out great both times this is one of the only ways I enjoy salmon. Thank you for the recipe beautiful 💜
Well. I'm making a version of this tonight! Salt, butter, sweetness, ooooo. It's all there just with an asian twist. Broiled salmon is so amazing just WATCH IT it can burn in seconds not minutes. But for s newbie cook it's failproof if you watch and don't overcook!
This recipe is amazinggggggg !!! I didn't use the Dijon mustard but it was still good . Salmon is my favorite to eat so I make this like 3 times a week 😂
CK Luxe the Dijon adds a great tang to the sauce you don’t even taste the mustard .. it’s hard to detect it in the sauce but I taste tested before the Dijon and then added it and WOW! I recommend you at least try it once
I have made this twice and it is absolutely delicious but today I marinated some chicken with the same marinade and then put it on the BBQ and my husband and son loved it. It's such a great marinade, thank you Claudia. 😊🌹

Did you broil on high or low?
Love this recipe....Can I use the same recipe for Tuna Steak also?
Yes, absolutely
Sooo so good I’ve made this twice once without the mustard (i didn’t have any on hand) and once with it. It came out great both times this is one of the only ways I enjoy salmon. Thank you for the recipe beautiful 💜
I made this last night. I had everything I needed right in the kitchen and Oh man! This came out bomb! It is so delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

This was amazing!!!! I will keep this as a go to Salmon recipe.
Well. I'm making a version of this tonight! Salt, butter, sweetness, ooooo. It's all there just with an asian twist. Broiled salmon is so amazing just WATCH IT it can burn in seconds not minutes. But for s newbie cook it's failproof if you watch and don't overcook!
I made this tonight and ohhh my it was delicious!!!!! Best salmon marinade
Your voice is like that of crisp beauty that soothes the soul.
simp
This sauce imagined seems to be delicious
I will try this way
Thank you
This recipe is amazinggggggg !!!
How long are you suppose to cook Salmon for? My first time making it tonight.
I just wanna thank you so very much. I’ve added this to my arsenal and everyone I’ve let taste this is in love with the recipe as well
Great to hear! I'm glad you enjoyed it
This was very good, thanks. 10 minutes under the broiler was a little too long in my oven.
Do you flip the fillets at all?
On high or low
I have made this twice and it is absolutely delicious but today I marinated some chicken with the same marinade and then put it on the BBQ and my husband and son loved it. It's such a great marinade, thank you Claudia. 😊🌹
Wonderful! glad u enjoy the marinade
OMG! That was delicious! I am not a huge fan of salmon, and that recipe was so easy to make and so tasty. Thank you, Claudia.
