Love the live version of this so much more... and that's saying a lot since the studio version is an absolute epic. I love the standout riff that Adam plays in the breakdown at around the 7 minute mark. Gives me chills every time.
Voodoo 2001 was my first Tool show and my life has never been the same! I also saw them later on the tour in Baton Rouge with Meshuggah. They played the holy trinity - Disposition-Reflection-Triad , and they brought out Meshuggah's drummer on Triad, man it was so awesome. Seen them ten times since and each show has it's own special place in my pneuma, yamean?
@@jimreed6835 seen them in Houston then New Orleans on the last tour I remember back in the day spending 300 bucks for like 5 floor tickets now paying close to a grand for 2 floor seats we had it made back then lol
@@derekperkins4141 I was at both of those shows too lol! Houston show was the first time I got to see The Pot live, and when they played part of me, I lost my got-damn mind :)
Laterals is genius in every form. The music, the art, the message.
We are fucked once they are gone.
What a time to be alive to witness danny
Not being alive, I never saw Zepplin on Queen in their prime, but I saw this tour twice and took more times than I can count on one hand. It helps.
Wow I’d give almost anything to see Reflection live
Man that feedback justin is creating at 5:08 is perfectly haunting.
Maynard coming in at 3:20 with that middle eastern vibe is hypnotically divine. Every layer of this song caresses my soul
There's so much layers in live gig...which buried in album mix....
8:18 that flourish on “the”…. Fuck yeah
This is simply fucking beautiful.

A masterpiece..... that`s all that needs to be said.

Tool in their prime. Unmatched artistery. Gods.
Beautiful sound job. Sooooooo clear. Thankyou. Lateralus was my introduction to Tool and still intrigues me 2o years on.
