One would expect it to be measured in some sort of standard size, you can't expect to know that the cake is portioned that way. What if you're feeding 5 year olds, or 8 year olds? Plenty of teenagers and even some adults would love a Spiderman cake. What I would personally expect is that it's 22 standard portions, and if I have a party for 4 year olds, I would expect it to feed say 60-80 of them.
