I love Nordhavn boats and I came across to this video almost by accident , I have live for many years in New England USA , hope that one day I’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of the South of Chile again .. Bravo Zulú !!!
What a rare privilege to be able be able to escape the relentlessness of time! Those quiet coves and places of shelter where the fishes silently live ... It's a godsend! I'll enjoy that privedge at some point Meanwhile enjoy!
Southern Chile is like being at home on the West coast of the South Island New Zealand, totally fell in love with Chile and people when working there back in mid 80s.
Another great video from Nordhavn. As I said on James Leishman's video on the same subject; clearly a charming family, beautiful country and great to see a boat that was clearly much loved by the original owner has gone to an equally good home at last. Hope to meet up with them one day in their travels to Panama, Mexico and PNW. I did wonder how they came up with the name!
An unusual toast. The Dutchy of Lancaster is the Queens private income. There is technically no current Duke of Lancaster as this would be the Queen herself, unless the title is held by an advisor. An approximate transition would be "The Queen and her commercial interests". -41.7204612, -73.0480598
I personally like the old style videos when it's more about the boat. This actually made me believe me wanting a nordhavn was a exercise in extravagance.
R2robot for that matter sailing around the world is you can take any viewpoint and make it logical. This is the rationale for someone who buys a Ford over a Tesla when the rest of the world is still walking. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion and view and those views will not make sense to the ass end of a buffalo. If you can't tell the difference between wanting to sell around the world and owning Islands that's on you I don't care how a person sells around the world and what level of comfort personally because it's the experience but it's the other things that's distracting in this video that obviously you can't comprehend. It's the contextual element I'm talking about while you're just talking imo, but it's all good everyone has a viewpoint that needs validation.
@@christianjiancc "I don't care how a person sells around the world and what level of comfort personally because it's the experience " lol, then why are you watching Nordhavn videos? There is nothing wrong with wanting one, but the reality is, they're expensive.. an extravagance. And the people who can afford them can afford a new one can sometimes afford small islands. Who cares. So I don't understand why you're upset about me pointing out the reality. There are plenty of youtube channels of people sailing around the world fairly cheaply in 40 year old sailboats that they boat and restored. Or some that have built their own boats.
R2robot for the sake of clarity I will try to explain this or even a neanderthal can understand. I watch nordhavn videos for two reason namely because I want to and because I plan on purchasing one perhaps. As far as me not caring how a person sells around the world that comes from understanding the sickness of European westernized thinking. You seem to think sailing around the world in a million-dollar yacht is somehow an extravagance / sailing around the world in a hundred fifty thousand sailing yacht. But ask that gentleman they when you are sailing around the world in your hundred and $50,000 sailing yacht that you are trading hooks for food for if it's a difference to him. your observation about the cost is a so-called first world problem and not a problem. So again I don't care how someone sells around the world. Yes it could be considered an extravagance considering you are witnessing the realities of colonialism all over the planet and only look at it from the view of how cheap it is from you. Again this is because 100% of the views about sailing destination all comes from one segment of the world population so does a neanderthal like you cannot possibly comprehend other thoughts outside of the Paradigm of your own selfish thinking. When I go to the zoo I usually don't feed the animals so this is the end of my feeding.
Bello video Anna y Víctor... espero nuevos...gracias

Very very interesting. What is this Gentleman’s business? Does he navigate himself? Would be nice to see around his ship.
Owning a multi million dollar yacht and an island... I would say his business is a very profitable one.
When you made the toast at 6:30 mark , what was the name of the drink with the pickle inside?
Wonderful Video I envy you !!!

I mean, that's pretty much exactly what buying a multi-million dollar yacht is.
