    I’d maybe paint each part individually then spray it with a varnish, maybe that will prevent anything from rubbing off? Not sure, I’ve got my hell blaster and a sister on the way so I get to experiment myself! Thanks for the video, I was worried about breaking the thing when pulling it apart 😆

    warm the socket joints with hot water, leave the pegs "cold". Makes the whole process even easier

    Why not heat the figure in hot water before n after assembly of parts , it helps a lot and assures u don’t damage your figure or joints.

    Is not some kind of sealant you could put over the finished part job then reassemble the marine

    Put the figure in hot (near boiling) water then it will pop apart very easily.

    I see hands for these figures on ebay but it doesn't look like the hands can be replaced. Anyone know what to do? I'd like to replace hands with lightning claws

    I painted all the parts individually and used a varnish and everything went together fine except for the legs, I can’t seem to put them on and I’ve been trying so long and now the paint is rubbing off, idk what to do??!

    • @meaculpahobbies9454
      @meaculpahobbies9454  2 роки тому +1

      Have you tried heating up the parts? Either with a heat gun/hair drier or by dipping them in hot water? That’s what I’d try next. Good luck!

      @@meaculpahobbies9454 thank you I’ll try that but do you think the paint would come off if I use a heat gun?

    • @danielprosser7834
      @danielprosser7834 2 роки тому +1

      @@EatooaProductions It will depend on the paint you used and the amount of heat. I’d not heat it up too much. It might be easier to dip it into hot water for short bursts of time

    Dose acrylic paint or any type of paint work for the mcfarlane artist proof figures

    • @meaculpahobbies9454
      @meaculpahobbies9454  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah acrylic would be fine. I’d still recommend using a spray primer first to help make it more resilient. It’s also worth mentioning that reposing or playing with the figure often will risk rubbing the paint off so a layer of varnish after painting is recommended as well
