Sixth sense, or Police intuition? Whatever you call it, PC Roffe has it!
In this video, one simple observation snowballs into a significant drugs bust.
It’s never a dull moment for the UK’s Regional Road Crime Teams.

Alec Skinner Fair point around the fact the government don’t support the police enough, but the comment on the acid attack isn’t appreciated. The police spend every single day, every single night doing there best to assist and help the community. Every single day and night they willingly try to protect us however many budget cuts they receive and however much hate they get - doesn’t that say something? Nothing hostile meant, just a thought...
Spotted Whippeti love our police as well as trust them.
Nothing wrong with that IMHO.

Moral of this story. Keep your car in good nick and don’t make if stand out to coppers. Makes me laugh how idiots will drive cars that are on their last legs and almost a health hazard, but also carry loads of drugs in there. They’re asking to pulled over and asking to be arrested and charged
Nathan Wenlock Agreed. If you're going to break the law (not that you should) break one law at once. If you got drugs in the car, don't be drunk, make sure you have license and insurance and the car isn't stolen. People try too much at once.
And the other extreme big shiny expensive suv driven by local sted head that doesn`t have any employment...other than runnin a string of little rats grafting every kinda shit to get you high or fuck somebody up.

Are we sharing ideas on how not to be caught by the police?
If they were that clever they'd have decent jobs.

I was in Edinburgh lost, quite drunk to be honest and two police officers stopped and asked me if I had anything on me. I said "your mums undies". He then wrote me a £90 ticket and said "get her to pay that for you". Well done.
you deserved the ticket, just more proof the brain dead are easy to arrest.
😂😂😂😂

Police shouldn’t have this on you
Just because you’re nervous doesn’t mean you have done something wrong. Just saying it could be someone’s first ever encounter with the police and he could have done nothing wrong but still shitting bricks
N Stah ... Theres nervous and then theres shaking, and the smell of fear is rife....
wait nevermind, watched too much Val Helsing on netflix... lol
The police use this all the time. If someone "acts" nervous then they presume it means they're guilty. I'm a nervous guy, but I'm sure I've hid the bodies well.
It's usually not only to do with being nervous. Nervous people with nothing to hide do things that make it very clear that they are nervous, usually by overcompensating. In this situation, I'm guessing that the decision was based off a strong smell coming from the car, a loosely put together argument about his aunt's car and the way that an at the time brand new car was being driven& treated.
He was nervous because he had cocaine on him, so the police were correct.
Loyal Fire Tuts I wasn’t talking about him I’m talking in general, the Feds said that when someone is nervous you know something is wrong, that’s not always the case, I’ve been stopped before for doing shit and I have been nervous, when it was my first time

Fuck me they didn't even try to run... if I had all that gear in the motor I'd fuck off sharpish
No point in trying, even if they got away, the police know who they are.
D Jonesable They didn't though because the Golf was insured to a woman - not the men?
jack crawford yeah, a relation that would have gave his name to the police.
jack crawford plus he said he was a named driver, so on further investigation they would have found his details.
I get that but if the woman knew anything about the named driver she'd be aware that the gear and weapons were in the car and in my opinion it would make more sense to say the car was stolen - given the damage already done to the car? Because the police only knew 2 men were driving not faces etc but I get your point
I like how polite and calm the police are here!

Well given the fact that roughly 90% of the world population is right handed, it's a pretty safe guess.
I’m left handed🤔
Me too, but there's still a lot more right-handers than there are left-handers...
The fed at 4:28 looks like he smoked some ‘evidence’ as well
Good old police line 'you look nervous'. Had that a few times myself despite being completely innocent of any imaginary crime.
A friend of mine told me a similar story: They saw a very old Volvo in a bad condition so they stopped it. The driver had drugs on him+he had 2 warrants, he was on the run for 20 years because of those warrants! Moral of the story? If you are committing a crime, at least keep you car in a top spot condition!
Amazing how 95% of people watching this are feeling sorry for the two lads getting caught

All liars serve in the Police, its their stock and trade to lie all day and night. They also disproportionately represent the majority of domestic violence.

The police value honesty and integrity and it is what they are built on. It's not wise to generalise a few bad eggs to the whole of the police force.

"The car is registered to a woman, but two young men are in it, and this raises Ross and Mick's suspicions" replace young men with black people or something and they say its racism. Its not racism its knowing the fact just like it was here. If they decided not to stop certain people for fear of being called racist the cops would be failing their duties, but this is what alot of people want to protect peoples 'feelings'.
KeyboardWarrior pulling someone over for "looking dodgy/ suspect" is a lot different to pulling someone over for not matching the description of the owner
r1sh12 technically it isn't😂 UK police can stop any vehicle on the highway at anytime to check documents.
r1sh12 police don't need a reason to stop you, they can stop you for random checks anytime they like. And their suspicions were not wrong, were they?
r1sh12 they said they smelt cannabis it's the oldest trick in their book and who's the court going to believe (lying scumbag's because when a cop lies its 10 times worse than when the public lie as cops are meant to uphold the law and not break it by lying in court which they do) co-S or the average joe who been illegally searched and found drugs.
Until you know how it feels to be stopped every other week by these pigs and interigated, I suggest you shut your pathetic, ignorant racist mouth.
If only they had this impeccable attention to detail all of the time when not on a tv progamme..

Hold up are knives illegal in the uk? The auto one I would imaging (same in my state) but the second didn’t look too bad
You are allowed to have a folding (Swiss army) knife in the UK which is 3 inches long or less, you must have a decent reason to carry one and can't be under 18 unless for certain reasons. Anything longer or of a different type must be only carried by someone over 18 and for a good reason (such a work).
Those knives found here are not work knives so would never be legal to possess outside your home
I carry a 5" lock blade tactical knife in my pocket all the time. You never know when you are going to need a knife for something.
Banned knives and weapons
It is illegal to bring into the UK, sell, hire, lend or give anyone the following:
butterfly knives (also known as ‘balisongs’) - a blade hidden inside a handle that splits in the middle
disguised knives - a blade or sharp point hidden inside what looks like everyday objects such as a buckle, phone, brush or lipstick
flick knives (also known as ‘switchblades’ or ‘automatic knives’) - a blade hidden inside a handle which shoots out when a button is pressed
gravity knives
stealth knives - a knife or spike not made from metal (except when used at home, for food or a toy)
zombie knives - a knife with a cutting edge, a serrated edge and images or words suggesting it is used for violence
swords, including samurai swords - a curved blade over 50cm (with some exceptions, such as antiques and swords made to traditional methods before 1954)
sword-sticks - a hollow walking stick or cane containing a blade
push daggers
blowpipes (‘blow gun’)
telescopic truncheons - extend automatically by pressing button or spring in the handle
batons - straight, side-handled or friction-lock truncheons
hollow kubotans - a cylinder-shaped keychain holding spikes
shurikens (also known as ‘shaken’, ‘death stars’ or ‘throwing stars’)
kusari-gama - a sickle attached to a rope, cord or wire
kyoketsu-shoge - a hook-knife attached to a rope, cord or wire
kusari (or ‘manrikigusari’) - a weight attached to a rope, cord, wire
hand or foot-claws
knuckledusters
Knifes are our major violent crime weapon (guns are rare since you can only have one for sport, hunting etc) so that's why they are pretty restricted compared to other countries
I'm usually a critic of the police, but credit where is due, two good coppers doing a great job.

How the fuck did he smell cannabis but not find any? A pretty bullshit stop in my opinion.
Heretic Anthem ....
You could see traces of it in the boot in the black bags.
Cannabis smell lingers for hours if not days...
LightningPete Exactly what I was about to say. Cannabis is really potent and when in a confined space, like a car, it is really obvious. Even if you’ve smoked it outside of the car, it lingers on your clothing too.
The guys had probably been smoking they just didn't have any on them
A bullshit stop which resulted in the seizure of class A drugs, multiple weapons and a search warrant for his house which probably has more drugs inside. Okay

Yes he can. It’s called a lawful order and it applies to anyone obstructing the work of the police.

Does anyone know why some officers have Sepuras and his partner has Motorola
He could tell the guy was right handed because the knife was in his door? I'm sorry but everyone in the UK drives with their door on the right that makes no difference whatsoever to his hands.
Jug Head If you were driving round with a knife and planned on using it or know that you may have to use it you would leave it on the side your most comfortable holding it with. I'm sure there's plenty of space below the dash on his left where he could have kept it.
The officer o only said hat he's 'probably' right handed, not that he definitely is, but it's a fair assumption to make considering the placement of the knife and that most people are right handed
Lol what isit like 90% of world population is right handed chances are he's right handed and the officer said he could "easily be"
Ten Percent.
That's how many people are left handed.
It's a reasonable assumption to make.
You misunderstand, didn’t listen properly.
He said “he is probably right handed so he can reach it easily”
Which means hes right handed and incidentally its in the right door so thats easy to reach. Didn’t draw the conclusion that he is right handed from it being in the door you sausage

Wait can’t have knives in the uk?
Only if it's 3 inches or less, and a Swiss army knife being carried for a decent reason. Nor can the carrier be less than 18, unless for very exempt occasions.
Lol I live in a state with almost zero knife laws so it’s just weird for me
Sean Morse a switch blade looks really dodgy doesn’t it though? What would they be using it for?
Some people just enjoy those types of knives I just bought one in Iraq and I also bought a butterfly knife with no ill intent but I just enjoy them
Not like that and switchblades are banned completely unless blunt and under a certain length I think
Its now illegal to have dirty car with scratches on it 😅😅😅
That’s Canal Road, Bradford
Cop should have had Hi-Vis on...
Why dose every fed say cocaine like K-cain😭😭
I wasn't aware knives are so heavily punished? I have to carry a couple of safety knives bc I teach sailing - would that ever be a problem?
The police are generally understanding if you have a good reason. Generally, if the blades are more than 3 inches or the blades lock open they are illegal without a good reason. Kitchen knives in packaging that you are taking home would therefore be okay even if above 3". If they are folding and you keep them in a sailing bag that's in the boot you'll probably be okay. Here it was the fact the knives were both illegal and close at hand (plus all the drugs).
I thought at some point that this cop is Ted from How I Met Your Mother 😂
this is from bradford ahaha
3:31 if ya know 🎵
You are so polite...cops here are brutal in all situations...
Under common law it's not a crime to be in possession of drugs.
And this is why a lot of us hate the police, leave us and our drugs alone, go and catch rapists no one asks to be raped but people ask for drugs.
Pretty sure i've had knives in my door pockets on a couple occasions and the intent was never once to have it as a personal defense weapon, that's just the best place in the car to put it.
Yes I usually have a knife or too in the door pocket just because it is easy place to put it. Police logic is something else then real logic I learned long long time ago the hard way... I wonder how many innocent people get their life ruined by idiot police who jumps to conclusions like that.
Just because it isn’t for ‘self defence’ doesn’t mean it’s legal. It is not legal to have a knife at all without lawful excuse.
Griste yeah but your probably not some chav drug dealers.
Yes that escalated very quickly..
if they search your car, they can search your house? DAMN. thats something ive never heard of. they can just auto do that in the UK?

Eloquent Paradox if so name both people in the car
No. I'm not stupid. Just want people to know you are a liar.
Thing I worry about is, even if I’m completely innocent, I’d be hella nervous
Exactly, and the whole reason id be nervous is because they say shit like "you look nervous" like it proves anything.
all police say you look nervous when you get pulled over
I wonder how many stops these cops do where they find nothing and no wrong doing, and the TV program does not show it. I bet the police have a written agreement where the TV show can only show what the police approve.
No not really... Why would the producers show the police pulling someone and nothing happening? It's boring, nobody would watch it.
Exactly! Had the police found nothing, the footage would never have been broadcast. As drugs were found on this occasion, people will think the police were justified in their actions but if the general public saw how many people were stopped and nothing found, they may start to question if random people should be stopped based on things like appearance.
D Jonesable you didn't understand
uktokers they don't just do them random stops like back in the day. Had every right to stop that car it wasn't his n looked dodgy to fuck.
+ mrcoolsdream1 They do have typically have an agreement. In return for being able to film, they won't show anything that puts the police in disrepute - presumably as decided by the police.
