Yoko Ono's "art" was a con job. She made a movie showing 8 hours of bare butts with a fly crawling over them. She made Julian Lennon bid for his letters to his father at auction after John died, instead of giving the letters to him. I consider Yoko Ono and Wallis Simpson to be the most famous climbers of the 20th century.
But why would John LET Yoko keep him from being a father to Julian! I have twin boys and if I meet a new woman I ALWAYS let them know upfront my sons will ALWAYS be in my life and if they are not good with that? Deuces
George was a womanizer. He cheated on Patti often, even tried to get with her little sister Paula. He didn't try and conceal it. Patti held out from Eric's advances for a long time. Don't paint her as the cheating wife that broke up the marriage.

Thank you. I read Patty's autobiography.💐📕 George cheated on her relentlessly before Clapton came along. George was also very cold and cruel to Patty, especially toward the end of their marriage. Such a sexist take on Patty.
what rubs me the wrong way about Yoko is John’s constant promotion of her marginal talent; always making us feel like we weren’t cool enough & that we didn’t ‘get her’…I have ears & eyes; she never impressed me too much
"marginal talent"??? Are you kidding??? That woman has "NO TALENT" whatsoever. I could eat a dozen cans of pork & beans and then sit on a microphone and sing out my bottom end better than her.
It’s all very Freudian. To John, Yoko was the woman to replace the mother he had always missed. This somewhat creepy reincarnation is the theme for “Julia”.
It’s all very Freudian. To John, Yoko was the woman to replace the mother he had always missed. This somewhat creepy reincarnation is the theme for “Julia”. John often called Yoko “mother”, in HIAWG he calls her “Mother Superior”.
Look up Cynthia's Wikipedia entry. I've posted the piece here and somebody insightfully commented that the song was about all three. It was a lament for his mother, a goodbye to Cynthia as it says "ocean child calls me", which is what Yoko's name means. Sad really.
The difference between John’s first wife, Cynthia and Yoko Ono was Cynthia had all the class and was a beautiful lady, who also gave John his firstborn son, Julian. She loved him through the early days, when they were traveling and didn’t have much money. Regardless she loved him before the big money days, but she stayed with him. Then Yoko started stalking John, even when he was out with Cynthia. I think the reason he became extremely interested in Yoko was he was also hooked on heroin and he made a mess of things.
Patti didn't cheat on George at all. She filed for divorce when Maureen Starkey, Ringo's wife, came to their house. George took Maureen into a bedroom and locked the door. So Patti called Ringo and let him know what was going on. Then both Ringo and Patti filed for divorce.
@@forza-e-honore she knew what she wanted. As long as John Lennon was with the Beatles she would have to be second. So, the best way to solve that problem was to drive a wedge between him and the others. All she had to do was keep reminding him "You don't need them, your a genius
@MFiction60 I know she gets a lot of bad press but she is clever. She was able to run John Lennon's business affairs. She went after him and got him. Lennon could see she had zero talent but gave her half the tracks on his last album. He wanted a child with her because all the photos he saw of McCartney were with his kids on the farm playing. John Lennon's father walked out on his wife and child and then he did the exact same to Julian. It must have been embarrassing for Julian his father writing songs for Sèan always talking about Sèan in interviews boasting about how he stays at home and looks after Sèan. Julian said in an interview "I respect him as a musician but not as a father"
I think something was left out, before Boyd got together with Clapton, she caught George and Maureen Starkey in the sack. That also wrecked Ringo's marriage. I doubt if the Beatles gave a rip that Yoko was Japanese, in fact she did not seem like a stereotypical Asian woman. She wanted her way. Never cared for Yoko.
I think many things were left of this. George was is favorite Beatle but I do believe Maureen Starkey wasn't the only person George cheated with, she was just the final straw and Patty had had enough.
@@11Messalinawell well she actually didn't leave George right away. He called her walking with Eric and got mad and she tried to give their marriage another chance. They separated a while later and she got with eric. A lot of the problems in their marriage were related to George's PTSD from The Beatles' touring years and Beatlemania. George was so traumatized from living in a fishbowl that he isolated himself and Pattie in his estate and didn't want Pattie to work or socialize if anyone unless they came there, and Patty is a sweet and outgoing person who likes people I didn't want to be so isolated so she flirted with Eric to get George's attention and Eric fell madly in love with her. George retaliated by having a fling with Ringo's wife Maureen who was upset because Ringo had affairs with other women partly due to his growing alcoholism.
"Yoko remains hated by millions and will remain so, long after her death. Just ask Paul, Ringo, Julian, Pattie, and others who were insiders. Julian's life was damaged by 'this demonic beast from Hell' " as one author described her.
Yoko has sold 5,225,210 records so far, which just about proves that she isn't only "hated by millions" but also loved by millions who appreciate her work inspite of all the controversy regarding her life in general. Yoko IS an artist whether some like it or not.
@@you166mhz She did not like it. George became emotionally unavailable and pretty much abandoned her. Meanwhile his best friend Eric Clapton pressured Pattie. Eric told George he was in love with Pattie, but she stayed with George until Eric wrote "Layla" for her. George gave his blessings.
May was lovely. A good heart. She got John together with Julian but when he went back to Yoko she screend all his calls. She treated Julian appallingly.
tis well documented that Ono relentlessly chased John and harassed Cyn. She claim to not know who John was and had no knowledge of the Beatles. She was talentless and hard up artist (an archived 1960s BBC piece on NY artists had the presenter loaning Ono £50. He never said if it got it back. She was hated by everyone as she was a talentless nobody who latched onto millionaire John. She had no influence on Beatles songs.
I don't know about the last line. I'd liek to know if she was helping JL write back then. They did record two virgins and she was his muse and sounding board.
@Nina5144 Obviously he was available and stayed with her until his death. Divorce happens to the best of us. Especially when we are young. The saddest part is Julian and Kyoko. Children are the real victims here.
Yoko has explained that when she said she didn't know about The Beatles, she was playing at being an avant guard elitist, kind of playing. The fluxus movement she was involved in included John Cage and it was a whole different thing from pop music. I think that makes sense. I think that appealed to John too.
Harsh words but faie enough I guess. I went to her exhibition in London last week and listened to one of her albums. I didn't see or hear much that impreesed me too much be honest.
George cheated on Patti before the Eric Clapton thing. Clapton pursued Patti before she ever responded to him. Even though a lot of people on here think that Julia is about John's mother… It's actually a combination of Cynthia and Julian together ... It's a goodbye love song to them telling them that "ocean child" is calling to him. Ocean Child is Yoko's name. It's one of the reasons why I can't stand that song ...because even to this day I can't stand Yoko and never could. I'm 70 years old and I was a Beatlemaniac at age 10 and John was my favorite and I loved Cynthia too. Yoko was always controlling and completely untalented. Her voice and music is a nightmare.
One is that George cheated on Patti constantly and with Ringo's wife Maureen. Two is that Yoko also cheated on John. She was not loyal as you say. She had another man on the side at the time John was murdered. It is well known. So this is an erroneous beat up.
John used to be my favorite Beatle but no more. The band was already on thin ice when Yoko showed up. It was very selfish of him to think it'd be okay to insert her in every aspect of the band. Seeing her presence there, their whispers and self-isolating from the others? I'd be pissed off too! No band would be okay with it. Lennon was immature and lacking in many ways. Yoko was a grenade.
My understanding is that John Lennon was originally the main inspiration for the Beatles - and he was once (at least effectively if not actually) the boss of the Beatles - until he reached a point of dereliction due largely to drug addiction, but possibly also due to Yoko's influence, at which point Paul took over as the group's natural leader in both creative vision and business acumen (following the decease of Manager Brian Epstein). But all that appears to have led to more friction than ever in the group - a clash between John's remaining if lessening dominance and Paul's pushiness - but strained all the more by John's docile allowing of (even encouraging) Yoko Ono to take over wherever and whatever she wished.
George should not have brought those McVities Digestive biscuits into the studio😂😂 He did it on purpose to tempt Yoko to steal one and devour it while sitting on Paul's bass amp🤣🤣🤣🤣
This clip has so many inaccurate statements. Patti was never an international model she was an extra in A Hard Days Night and appeared in few magazines. Julia was about John's mother. Yoko never contributed to a Beatles song. Yoko was clever she drew a blank with Paul McCartney but caught Lennon. Lennon had Mommy issues and resented the fact his Mom had died and never saw his fame. Yoko massaged his ego "Your the most talented one, you're a genius" Also she knew his mother issues. He used to refer to her as "mother." She knew how to play him. She demanded credit and tracks on his albums. He didn't appear at the concert for Bangladesh because George refused to let Yoko perform. She told Lennon you can't go if I'm not allowed perform. She had affairs behind Lennon's back( he probably knew) her ace was he idolized Sean. So all she had to do was hint that if they divorced she would get Sèan. He was terrified that she would take him to Japan. So, whatever she wanted she got.
"All she had to do was hint that if they divorced, she would get Sèan": Yoko's bluff, as in her divorce from prior husband Anthony Cox, Yoko did not get the usual maternal custody of their daughter.
Some people enjoy playing the victim when it suits their needs. Not surprising coming from Yoko. Lately she has been claiming that Paul, Ringo and George were all sexists and that's why they didn't praise her in the media back in the late 60s. Yeah Yoko, I'm sure that was the reason. Nothing to do with you being a sourpuss gold digger that would never leave.
John’s biggest mistake was trying to make Yoko into one of the Beatles, Yoko’s mistake was she felt emboldened and entitled. Thanks to these two people we lost one of the greatest and most beloved band of our time. 🙁
From everything I've learned, Yoko was certainly a factor in the breakup of The Beatles. Was she the only factor? Probably not. As far as Pattie is concerned, she was certainly the inspiration for some iconic songs, among them "Something" (Harrison) and "Layla" (Clapton).
John was a fool. Never had any respect for him as a human being. A musical genius which can't be denied. I don' like how he berated The Beatles. That's what made you rich, Dude.
Yoko Ono was a gold-digger, unstable, and eccentric. How John didn't see this is beyond me. She ruined so very much. Such a shame John didn't listen to anyone around him.
The number of songs Paul wrote about Jane Asher is rather stunning. “A love that should have lasted years.” But he was too young with too many opportunities to commit himself to monogamy. The fact that he and Linda, who also played the field quite a bit as a pop star photographer, were able to settle down with each other is rather charming.
I doubt he stopped fooling around, but they did stay together. Most likely they stayed together simply because Linda was willing to put up with his indiscretions. Maybe they even enjoyed threesomes together with groupies. Kind of like how Bowie and his girlfriend Angie both enjoyed the groupies.
And I watched a video where Patti said thar she was happiest with George. But all the chanting and ignoring of her as well as the cheating got her down.
Actually she didn't, 'Something' was not written for her, George confirmed that before he died.. Olivia tho devoted herself & George, whilst not entirely faithful with her either, behaved a lot better in his 2nd marriage
What on earth did John see in yoko ? He could had any woman he wanted ,she Reminds me of a soothsayer in a in the story of the knights of the round table , she probably bewitched him 😂
Yoko Ono and her brother, Keisuke, were spoiled, dumb brats. Their father was a Super Rich businessman. Both Yoko and Keisuke dubbed themselves “Avant-Garde” composers, musicians, free thinkers. Yeah, right🤨 She stole John Lennon’s heart while the rest of the world scratched our heads: “WTF?” Japanese fans were on to her from the beginning. At least Beatles’s fans like me in California who got to read her Kyoto-born Mom’s “Gossip Magazines“, many of which were far from sympathetic towards Yoko. America’s press treated Yoko Ono back in the day with kid gloves. The whole liberal thing😉 Yoko Ono got on my bad side when I heard she had told Julian Lennon that he was “a mistake,” The day I read that in one of those magazines was the day I decided that Yoko Ono was a real operator. Nothing more and nothing less.
Yoko's "music" was just horrifying. You know John was musical and he had to realize how dreadful she was. I think it was either a matter of seeing how much he could push the envelope, or just some sick sense of humor and personal joke. How he forced her on his musical peers was just insulting. John might have been a great musical icon but he was also unpleasant and mean, for sure.
I think he may have been getting tired of regular music and really was interested in something avant-garde. He was always changing his music in the Beatles and probably couldn't do anything more in that direction. The artist in him seemed to always be looking for something different to do. Unfortunately they just got hooked on heroin and didn't really end up doing much of anything.
I never heard about this jealousy of Pattie Boyd by Yoko Ono. She was jealous of Paul McCartney by her own admission but Pattie? No I don't think so as she was no threat to keeping her claws in John, Paul was.
That makes sense. John was not interested in Pattie and with his passion for Yoko, she didn't need to be jealous of anyone. I don't think she lacked confidence at all.
@patriciaedwards5183 yoko was competitively jealous of Patti in the same way Meghan Markle is jealous of Kate Middleton. Patti was the most envied girl in the world for a few years there for all us boomers. But yokos mission was to get rid of Cynthia first and foremost. @@JoaninFlorida No, I never envied Pattie. Why because George Harrison was dating her? I wasn't interested in George and neither was Yoko Ono. Jane Asher yeah, she had Paul. Yoko wanted Paul before she wanted John and me? I still only have eyes for Paul. No she was jealous of Paul and she's admitted it. Pattie has nothing Yoko Ono wanted. She was a model who was an extra in the Beatles first movie. Twiggy was much bigger than Pattie was As far as Meghan (her name isn't Markle anymore). I don't really get involved in the hatred for her. I don't even hate Yoko Ono and she is a completely contemptible human being.
Me either. I never heard that she was jealous of Patti. And the reasons don't make sense, either. Why not be jealous of Cynthia. People were much more sympathetic to her than they ever were of Yoko.
Unfortunately, John was a sucker for the manipulative & wicked witch, Yoko. An A1 Gold Digger. John was very nieve with her. He should have had enough sense to stay with Cynthia and Julien.
If you read Cynthia's book, John was cruel to her, destroying her works of art, and dismissing her talent as an artist, as they met in art school, pretending they weren't married, etc. She was well rid of him, and met a couple nice men after that. It's just how it went down. But, Yoko was perfect for him in that she put up with all of his craziness and they could be weird together. May put up with S, too. May would have been the best for him, but Yoko was obviously calling the shots and controlling everything all along. Obviously, it was fate with both of his sons, who are Awesome!

As the saying goes, the Cuck is always the last one to know. Not a direct equivalence, but goes under the same spirit. I wonder if John ever found out, close to then of his Life. It wouldn't seem so...
Paul didn't quit the band. John did. Paul asked him not to announce the end of the band. Paul thought John would change his mind, but he didn't. So Paul started working on a solo album and then announced the Beatles had broken up, pissing off John.
Ringo got fed up with the tension during the recording of The White Album and took off for a couple weeks in August of 1968. He and his family traveled to Italy and vacationed for a few days on Peter Seller's yacht. One day, Peter pointed out an octopus partly washed up on the shore and told Ringo about their habit of spreading their tentacles on the ocean floor to create of circle of raised sand called a "garden". Ringo was a bit high at the time and thought "octopus's garden, what an interesting idea". The resulting song on Abbey Road is Ringo's one and only solo composition for the group (although George helped him out a bit, as shown in the Get Back documentary).
Ono was jealous of Boyd because Boyd was beautiful and Ono was homely. There are beautiful Japanese women but Ono certainly wasn't one of them. I think she appealed to and got a hold on John because her 'art' appealed to his snobbery plus she sounds extremely skilled in manipulation. In fact, she reminds me of Meghan Markle (or vice versa). Both glommed onto men who had lost their mothers at an early age, both whispered in their ear about how the band, or in Harry's case, his family, did not give them 'enough credit', etc.

8:00 She co-wrote songs with John for the Beatles? Which and when? She may have inspired or suggested songs and she appears in some of the lyrics. She only co-wrote with him during their solo careers, and not very frequently at that.
and those solo careers were .... when all is said and done - bar 'Imagine' which was IMO Let It Be with different words - , forgettable, ultimately risible
Silly haters. Grow up. They're all human, and people divorce and remarry. George treated Patti like a dog and continued cheating on her throughout their entire relationship. John cheated once, Yoko booted him out with his mistress until he begged to come back. She made him wait a year. Good for her! Yoko being well educated and the daughter of the man who ran the largest bank in Japan, used her education to build up John's fortune.
This is full of wrong information! George cheated on Patti for years, including with Ringo's wife! Eric talked about how everyone knew about George's affairs. Patti left him in the end and got together with Eric. George pretended to be cool about it in public, but in fact he started using heroin to cope ! John wrote Julia about his mother Julia not Yoko! You can't blame only Yoko for her wanting to be in the studio with John, John also wanted her there with him. John was very possessive, and they had the idea that they wanted to be together all the time and never be apart, that was also very much about John as much as it was Yoko. Maybe, it was for the best, as little did they know that John would die age 40 and they would not, as they believed, spend the rest of their lives together. I'd like to say that George was the most hypocritical of the Beatles, talking about being spiritual, but in fact, he was very materialistic, womanising, drug taking, collecting mansions and cars. He had no congruence as a personality, he didn't walk the talk! There's also quite a bit of arrogance and superiority in his lyrics. People forget with George how very young he was when he started to become rich and famous! All the Beatles were still young but George was even younger, and Paul only several months older then George, Ringo and John being a couple of years older. When the Beatles broke up George was , I think, still only 27 years old !!😮
George? I thought he was a humble gardener. I know he cheated a lot on Pattie though an on Olivia too. She speaks of the challenges of the relationship and how in the end, she was glad she stayed. Take it easy on George. I think it would be human nature to get lost in the money and fame, especially given his background. I think he was lovely.
@notaclue822 yes,...but he preached being spiritual and following Eastern mysticism, turning to God...but his lifestyle was the opposite. He said one thing and did another. He never got to walk the talk. I think it didn't help him that he was still very young when he became famous and rich, as an adult he never lived a normal life as a teenager he started to become famous and then very rich. It probably gave him the feeling that he could do anything and have anything, including any woman he fancied. All the Beatles had personality flaws, but not all of them projected the image of a spiritual devotee, while living the life of a rock star millionaire, drug taking and cheating on his wife. All the Beatles were flawed as people including Paul and Ringo, Ringo became alcoholic and treated his wife badly, which is probably why she had an affair with George. Ringo said, if it had to be someone he was glad it was George she turned to? The Beatles paid a high price in a way , for success, John paid the biggest price with his life being ended at the age of only 40, by a disturbed fanatic. George and John RIP 🙏
George was at least very aware of his struggles with combining religious life and earthly temptations. “Living in the material world” and “Dark horse” both address his shortcomings.
@wilhelmhagberg4897 yes! He had inner conflict, conflicting sides to his personality. He wasn't congruent in himself. Spiritual ideas, but emotionally following his desires, collecting cars and having affairs, taking drugs etc..I bumped into him once, almost literally, in a church! I was being a volunteer at a New age type of thing, that held talks everyweek in a church in Central London. Deepak Chopper(not sure of spelling) was giving a talk. Greoge was there with Dave Stewart, I walked towards where they were and almost walked into George when I realised who he was, I just looked at him and he just looked straight at me. I was so amazed I didn't say a word and just walked past him. Afterwards, I thought I wished I'd said something. It was well after John had been murdered, he looked slightly nervous being in public, but he was probably used to people staring at him! RIP George 🙏.
I was around in that era. Rockers had groupies and people just didn't weight their infidelity the same way they do today. I also really don't think George would have gravitated toward Eastern religion with any concern for his image. I think it was heart felt. I'm not sure the Eastern religions emphasize chastity either. I think that's Christianity. I do get that you're not skewering the guy, but the Beatles all would have had women throwing themselves at them and they lived in an era of liberal youth culture where it wouldn't have been censured. I think they were all much nicer than they had to be, but they were fallible human beings after all.
What makes you think she was in poverty? She came from a well-to-do family and even went to Sarah Lawrence College. I don't get her art, but she is actually respected in the avant garde world.

Yoko was and is a narcissist And that's what they do - they separate their victim from all personal contacs from before them. I loved & still love John Lennon but he definitely had his weaknesses & conflicts out there in the open forum. Even Julian says his father was a hypocrite, not a deadly sin but one many "great" people fall victim to. I think from his student days in art school he thought of himself as a creative artist & a rebel. He began to think of his band as sophomoric & mundane. I think he began to see Yoko as his ticket into the avant garde art world, to see her manipulationn & boldness as eccentricities. But yeah her treatment of Julian shows her true soul.
Yoko, the one in charge of everything in her marriage to John, refused to hire security for him right before he got killed. Afterwards she hired a whole troop to protect her. I can't believe anybody would actually say that yoko contributed anything positive to the Beatles. That idea is totally laughable. She really did push the band over the edge to breaking up, and john enjoyed every minute of her disgusting behavior.
I remember the look on Chuck Berry's face when she started to scream one of his songs - her screaming was IMO a cover for a complete lack of musical ability. I wish Paul or Ringo would just come out and say what they really think. Julian did already.
There is nothing I can add to about the Dragon Lady Yoko Ono that the comments does not fundamentally cover about the Beatles romantic relationships except this. It's inescapable that the Fans also didn't like her presence in the studio and influtration within the Fab Four. As reflected 'Within and Without You' were we all that wrong?

The difference between John’s first wife, Cynthia and Yoko Ono was Cynthia had all the class and was a beautiful lady, who also gave John his firstborn son, Julian. She loved him through the early days, when they were traveling and didn’t have much money. Regardless she loved him before the big money days, but she stayed with him. Then Yoko started stalking John, even when he was out with Cynthia. I think the reason he became extremely interested in Yoko was he was also hooked on heroin and he made a mess of things.

Yoko being well educated and the daughter of the man who ran the largest bank in Japan, used her education to build up John's fortune.

It's a lot of bollocks here.
Well that's a simple response.

Yoko didn't care about anyone but herself. John was just her ticket out of poverty.
What makes you think she was in poverty? She came from a well-to-do family and even went to Sarah Lawrence College. I don't get her art, but she is actually respected in the avant garde world.
Yoko's father was a heavyweight at Chicago-Tokyo Bank, a very well-known and highly respected bank executive, at a subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo Trust & Co. (BOTT). I worked at BOTT and Mr. Ono's business acumen was legendary. Certainly not a family in poverty.....
@@hindahorn3425 Maybe not poor, but utterly devoid of real talent. Her rather unsavoury association with John brought her much needed "Artistic"credence...
Yoko was & is a no talent hack. I put Courtney Love in the same category. I'm usually standing up for women, but in these cases, I can't.
Yoko hated purple so George started wearing purple all the time.
So very George!😂😂😂 Thanks for that info, never knew that.🥰

@@tracyjacoby2382 I didn't either. Classic.
Imagine those two on a desert island who would out-winge the other?
That's good.
This guy makes up the narrative as he goes along!
Yoko couldn’t compare to Pattie.
Yoko was NOT faithful to John and neither John to Yoko. John wanted to divorce her but she found a way to avoid it because she wanted all Jonhs money which she finally got.
And the way being having a son born on his birthday?
@@MaryBywaters Yoko gave birth to Sean by Cesarean. She told the doctor that she wanted the baby out of her on that day October 9, 1975. So, it was not a miracle that she is giving birth on the day, John Lennon birthdate!
Julia was written about John’s mom who had a tragic accident
I can understand how Yoko managed to get John to go with her. In fact, I think he at least believed they were soul mates.
What I can’t understand is why Yoko stalked him, showed up and Cynthia and John’s home, made sure he broke ties withJulian and made sure Cynthia and Julian got next to nothing when he died.
Cynthia’s book JOHN honest & classy - a true lady
Yoko was jealous of Julian and Cynthia. According to her they didn't exist as was the case with Nancy Regan and Jane Wyman. Yolo wanted John and the fame he could give he r.
Julia is about John's mother.
John and Yoko’s relationship reminds me of Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton.
How so?
Reminds me of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Yoko, the one in charge of everything in her marriage to John, refused to hire security for him right before he got killed. Afterwards she hired a whole troop to protect her. She brainwashed him from the very beginning of their relationship. Read Fred Seaman book and you will understand better who really yoko is. 🤮
Also, a lot of songs were written by John for Cynthia...early Beatles songs.
Hello...just what Beatles songs did Yoko co-write? Was it "Yesterday", "Baby You're a Rich Man", and "Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except For Me And My Monkey"?
Oh, I remember now, it was....um...
Did Yoko write this for sympathy? No sympathy for the Devil.
Patti never interfered with their music. If anything she gave George inspiration to write lovely songs. Yoko inserted herself into everything. She had an air of exaggerated self-importance. Sad really.
That's because she was a manipulative witch.A plain woman like Cynthia just didn't appeal to John. Yoko Ono was an avant-garde artist. There is something about this woman. She was married twice before she met J.L. Both of her prior husbands were famous men. She may be a gold digger but she is an artist in her own right. She just ain't rock and roll. Read her Wiki page it's pretty eye opening. She should have stayed at home and left the boys alone.
Narcissist like Meghan Markle.
I think Cynthia, Linda, Barbara and Olivia are the best Beatles ladies- post, pre,or whenever era!! ✌️
"Many people forgot [Yoko's] positive influence on the band's music."
I haven't laughed so hard since I heard those "experimental" albums she did with John!
I can't believe anybody would actually say that yoko contributed anything positive to the Beatles. That idea is totally laughable. She really did push the band over the edge to breaking up, and john enjoyed every minute of her disgusting behavior.
yes, there you can see the proverbial cat music when Yoko opens her mouth to sing (???)
I remember the look on Chuck Berry's face when she started to scream one of his songs - her screaming was IMO a cover for a complete lack of musical ability. I wish Paul or Ringo would just come out and say what they really think. Julian did already.
And have you ever seen the video of a Beatles recoding session where Yoko is present & she starts screaming?
@@andrewashdown3541 Paul did too.
Why jealous? Pattie was gorgeous and pleasant and didn't try to be the 5th Beatle.
George cheated on Pattie first.
I know it grated on me in the doco. But then it was amusing that it opened the gates and it became a free for all. 😂
The side of the Beatles that is rarely talked about is the effect of their women on the band??? Which planet have you been on...
People wanted Patti around. Patti didn't try to pass herself off as an artist. Patti gave more than she took. Patti was a very attractive woman. Patti didn't break up any families.
I was a big fan of johns in my youth but as an older adult and after i heard i statement he made about why he got married to Cynthia and his treatment if his first son really disappointed me,i will leave it therhe because i dont want to speak ill of the dead
Poor Lennon. To his last days,, after the Man came to the door, she would hold the bag,, ' is John going to be a good boy today, if not no medicine '.
