The thing about Jaxxon is that they put gold over silver. When it starts to fade, you can take it to a jeweler and get the chain restored back to the silver. Silver is still a precious metal.
Mine did the same exact thing. Had it for about a year. Never take it off from the gym or shower. Got the matching bracelet for Christmas as a gift but now they don’t match at all smh
The instructions say to not wear while sweating. Mine tennis chain tarnished after a month. Tried cleaning it.. was a bit disappointed. Now the Cuban link looks brand new but I never wear it.

I'm wearing the 5mm cuban I got it in December 2022. It's fade but it literally looks like real gold. The chedar cheese color went away
It’s not gold . They dip it in gold 3 times. Of course it’s gonna fade .
Jaxxon is worth the cheap price. It's not real but it's nice. Diamonds and Gold are thousands of dollars. Jaxxon is hundreds. Wear it and enjoy.😄

14k should never tarnish. 10k will tarnish.
That's why i only use it for parties and special occasions 😊 after that it goes back to the box that way the color last longer😁👍🏽

Same with mine. I'm wearing two if them. I never take em off. Took close to a yeah and it loss its shine.

Is your chain 14k? Do you swim in them? Chlorine can tarnish gold.
2 1/2 years in mine still looks like the one on the left. But i also don’t wear it anywhere near water or sweat in it.
