Even if it faded completely it wouldn’t matter because the chain is still a precious metal being that is silver. I have several 14k gold chains and several 925 silver chains and I only take them off when I’m swapping them out depending on the outfit I wear. Don’t buy a chain if your going to baby it. Buy it to wear and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Nice vid.

So I splurged for a real Cuban link bracelet and needed a chain to match. I could dump 800 on a Monaco bracelet (they’re fucking dope but hollow and light) but couldn’t quite spring for the chain yet. I figure if it fades who cares I’ll buff off the plating and wear it as silver anyway. I got the 7mm one and am super happy with it. Something similar in silver from an over priced jewelry shop alone would be 500

i was looking at jaxxon for a while but i cant stand lobster clasps, so i found a video on a sixth and hill chain and they had an amazing looking clasp that had me sold, its looks great from a distance but its not perfect, the plating has some light spots, but since then i decided to go all in and buy a 9mm 23 inch 14k solid gold chain from Daniel jewelry inc. i ordered it on september 1st and i got an estimated delivery date of December 16th. im hoping the 3 and a half month wait is worth it lmao
