I just got the connoisseur silver jewelry cleaner for my silver chains. But, could I put my 14k gold plated 925 sterling silver chain in the silver cleaner?

How long have u had that chain and do u shower in it or sweat in it , how has plating held up

I’ve had the chain for almost 2 yrs and I’ve showered and sweat in it. It would be in even better condition if I hadn’t

Plating is holding up but my case with the chain was extreme use
