@@grabbitt same here- vote for an "all-in-blender" toon-style (basic) high/low poly, sculpting, baking, texturing workflow. Maybe just take this course on an extension, I'll buy both!

For anyone curious about 3d wondering if this is the right time to learn. It is never too late and Grant here is the best in the game. Thanks to his content I've picked up Blender at 40+ years of age and today I'm creating all kinds of things. His courses are not just a video going through the steps, they are actually designed from a pedagogical point of view which means you will actually learn how this works. Like I said, the best in the game :)

Honestly Grant, you're your own worst enemy with this one xD. Why'd anyone who knows your name and has UA-cam access pay for a complete beginner's course when they could just as easily do your free introductory stuff is beyond me. As someone who's completed a paid course or two, I can categorically state that everything you grace us with for free is up there with top-quality paid content.

Awesome - I've just grabbed it on Udemy. Have you considered doing a "long" intermediate course on (just) low poly game models along the line of your mobile game asset creation videos? There's a bit of a gap in the market in this area, and I really love your asset style.
Perhaps I could add another half to this with exporting options and lighting in unity

@@grabbitt Yes it was $15 so Ive signed up and did the up sell too with some other courses. I tried learning this 6 years ago but had so much problems with the video tutorials being made from older versions and it was so difficult to figure it out. under covid lockdown for another month so hopefully will make some progress. thanks

Thanks. Yes it's more thorough and more methodical in the way it builds up. There's a bit on compositing too. I have to rush a bit more with UA-cam videos which doesn't suit everyone. But yes the sea shack is fairly comprehensive 🙂
I wasn't going to do it, but I guess I just did it. I'm thinking I might actually do this one. Edit: I wasn't going to buy yet another online course, but I did. I might actually go through this course.
