I think you did a fabulous job! Inspiring!! Just a tip....I use those plastic table covers (used for parties) to cover furniture for any paint project, they're cheap!😆
These vases came out gorgeous. When I’ve used the baking soda and paint, I dab it on instead of painting it on to form more peaks and texture. Then when that’s dry I paint it whatever colors I want. Thanks for sharing😊👍
Beautiful vessels! 😍 I actually really like how you show the written instructions (in video) of how you painted them right before you paint them. That makes it super easy to understand. Thank you
You did a beautiful job on these pieces. I have everything to do these but I’ve been procrastinating big time. I feel like these types of vessels will be in style forever.
Hello, Heat Job! I love the aged method, love the colors you chose, they go with your color theme I have been doing it for a couples years, I also use a loofah as a dabber with the baking soda/paint. Hugs.
You are so creative and clever! I just love how you presented your unique ideas, tips and tricks. Plus your videos are visually pleasing and easy to follow. I’ve been making diy videos for a while but I know there is still so much to learn. I love the idea of making dupes on a budget. I don’t think we have any pottery barns near me so it’s even better that I can make my own now. I’m happy to come across a talented creator like you. I’d love to learn more from each other. Much support to you every day!
Exquisite and unique results! Great work! Thanks for sharing the techniques. I've been wanting to do this to some pottery in my house but I haven't had the confidence to start - you definitely inspired me now! I liked the combination of colors you used which all the pieces look high end.
Beautiful! I can't wait to try your technique! I also love how you show the written instructions and explain every step. If you want more texture, try mixing your paint with plaster. It works great!
Wow they all look beautiful, what a wonderful flip. My favorite is the last one, I loooove the look. What a great video, thank you for the tips. God bless and be safe. 💗🙏
This turned out so awesome! The key is finding a good shape and piece to start with. I was quickly looking for some pieces to work with and they can be hard to find. I mostly saw the glass vases. The shape is important with glass as well. Love the colors and the style of your finds.
I used Baking Powder when I did mine. It had a chemical reaction and started foaming which then lad to INCREDIBLE texture. Also instead of brushing on as normal paint, use your brush and stipple. Texture texture 😍
Love these! I have been spray painting some old pots that’s been sitting in my garage. I really love these ideas. I can’t wait to try them. Thank you for the inspiration. ❤🏺
Came out good...Try one starting with painting the vase with black satin or flat spray paint then dabbing paint with wet paper towel. Kinda the same but gives darker color...just to change it up a bit. I did a tall vase and used acrylic paint mixed with baking soda for texture.
Thank you so much for the tips I really enjoyed everything you've done. The jug was one of my favorites I bought a few pots at the Goodwill and I'm looking forward to my next day off to try all of your techniques. 😊💕👍
He really did a really good job I wish I could find a jug like that big when you had the jug one I've been looking for one forever I haven't found one yet but there's still hope for one day keep up the good work
You inspired me first of all to change up the look of my kitchen entirely because I finally found my "style"!😊 but also to do this with some pieces that have a shape I like but not so much of a finish. I'm shocked at how they came out! Thanks for making great videos and explaining so well 🥰
Yes I am inspired!!! I have several vessels I have been wanting to try new techniques on!!! Yours turn out fabulous so yes I am now stoked!!! Thanks for all the inspiration girl!!!
I love what you did to these pottery pieces. From now on I will not overlook ugly pottery as long as they have good bones. You need to give yourself more credit more credit. Saying "I don't know what I'm doing" is nonsense, lol.. What you were doing is experimenting and hoping for a win win instead of a fail. And you won!. They turned out fabulous.
You did amazing on those pieces I love to thrift so much Now I’m going to hunt out any container that could be re done like you did The colors you used are so on trend Love it Thanks you made it look so easy Thanks for that I’m not the most crafty gifted person but I think I can do this project Great video Have a great week
Great video I've done this to thrift items like statues of ceramic angels they're so slick an glossy which is nit my style gave them that worn weather look ii also sealed with clear wax and black wax for high lights and low lights with white wax it's so much fun to experiment textures

I’ll def have to try out glass to see if it gives the same effect. Thank you!

A little dark wax blended out in strategic places might really enhance the texture.
