    Thanks for this! Loved the comparison and also loving the district green!

    Great comparison I’m really leaning towards picking up an S5 just for the sportiness.

      S5 gotta be the best car in its league. Just so pricey 💰

    The new one looks so much better, although it's helped by the black optics option and rims. Those reflectors in the headlights look terrible, good thing I don't live in the US.

      The 2019 S5 can look so much better than that.

      @@sutton513 yeah this is generally one of the worst specked S5 I’ve ever seen. They are soo much more gorgeous than this. They usually come with chrome trims or black optic trims with the S5 Cavo rims.

    The facelift looks way better. The A5 in this video looks sharp, I'd take it over the other one.

    So a used 2018 S5 Sportback (P+) and comparably used 2020 A5 Sportback (Prestige) are the same on Autotrader so this has been immeasurably helpful. Still torn and don't have an answer but I enjoyed the comparison all the same haha.

      Id say go with the S5 even if the insurance is a little more!

      @@Jackw920 I know but it's smaller things making it difficult, like
      - ventilated seats would be beautiful in summer
      - slightly better MPG
      - Sounds like the A5 is slightly more comfortable in theme and I'd be taking long drives on occasion
      But the argument for the S5, is that it's the S5 haha

    • @Jackw920
      @Jackw920  3 роки тому

      @@Matt-wg9xn thats a fair point, with the new s5 you can get the vented seats however I feel that the sport seat are actually extremely comfortable but the mpg is a bit worse with the s5, my dad didnt like the a5 that much and was glad he bought the s5

    Does the steering wheel drive the same? I owned the S5 and now considering the a5 since it’s cheaper

    • @Jackw920
      @Jackw920  3 роки тому

      Summer Breeze Yes however I would say the s5 feels lighter on its feet but the steering feel is the same

    • @summerbreeze5758
      @summerbreeze5758 3 роки тому

      I am planning to get the a5 shipped to me from another state. It’s going to cost me $$$ not cheap :( I never test drive a5 before. If you say the a5 and the S5 steering is the same then I’m excited as hell! I test drive the Audi q5 thinking all steering wheel is the same but it was actually kind of loose. I freaked out and didn’t drive it on the freeway. So I want to buy the S5 again but it’s 10-15k more than the a5. I prefer my steering wheel more tight. When I turn I can feel it turning exactly how I turn it you know?

    • @Jackw920
      @Jackw920  3 роки тому

      Summer Breeze yes, I recommend configuring the “individual” drive mode to have the dynamic steering because that will give you a heavier steering feel while also not compromising the fuel economy or smooth ride
