F Maj, A Min. -- what a metaphor for those of us without trained ears! It made me think: start with lots of failure and glimmers of success; nurture the child to 'progress' (like a chord does) -- or in the scientists' words, "adapt" -- to make something of their life.

yes, music is the way that can affect most children and create an outcome of kindness. Music.

Music can be interpreted in so many different ways but the composer almost always has a specific intent and most often evokes the intended response. God’s already designed a plan for our kids, as we seek Him and become more knowledgeable through His word, research and presentations like these, we gain more wisdom. This “override” probably doesn’t just apply to kids but to how we respond to all different types of temperaments we meet daily. Our response is our responsibility!

Children don't come with instruction Manuel, this is true. And Music is the key you can hear it, but the possibility of what that song will eventually sound like remains endless.

Matt, I was raised by parents whose temperament type is very different than my own so I can relate. Do you feel that you've found yourself again and have adopted a lifestyle that is suitable to your temperament type?

too complex. everyone needs all four temperaments within his reach.
delegating leadership is more effective than trying to imitate other temperaments (true vs fake)
