That looks real good, hope you get fully recovered from the accident. With the batter, add a little bit of cornflour and the batter will be even crunchier. Exchange the H2O with Soda Water!!
Thanks man, I usually do the soda water but will give the cornflour a crack too! Almost there only a few weeks left of physio and it should be right to fully send it! 🤙🏼
Thanks man, i think luderick taste average at best and Bream being a slow growing species in Sydney i dont think they are super sustainable to hunt anymore so lay off them most of the time. They get hammered by some people
Habe you ever tried vodka in your batter? I made it a while ago and was really shocked. It makes a very crispy, almoat tempura like, batter. Super delicious and not heavy at all. I do like my Guinness with some pollack or haddock, but Cod or Halibut in a vodka batter, smashes that in the dick any day of the week!
