Just got a replacement motor from liftmaster I was unaware that would have to be the one to put it in ! I don’t know what I’m doing . Sucks

What was the symptoms of the broken motor? did it still turn but wouldn't lower or lift the door?
Not the person who made this video but sorry for a late response. My garage door motor just went bad and it would not close all the way . Reprogrammed it and still would only close on its own almost all the way down but then go right back up
