Chris- Even though I did every step you mentioned (other than using an external mouse), my FireTV Stick mouse is still inactive when I am within the Help section of Settings. I suppose one day Amazon will send an update to fix this, but it's still broken today, alas.

i dread updating my firestick it seems to undo how i want it & then spend to next couple days trying to sort the dam thing out with help from you guys i have gone for Andriod Box with more ram & Storage runs much better so far
Never add any issues until i read into the update, must be the placebo effect 😅😅

Hello, Chris. Is there a way to revert the appearance from the new UA-cam format on Microsoft Edge browser? It would be greatly appreciated. The new layout is quite unpleasant and, with only one eye, it's a complete nightmare for me.
I keep getting connection very low message using this, which is a load of bollocks as my stick is connected to my router through ethernet. Plus my tablet connection is excellent and that is using WiFi!

Hate the fire stick with a passi9n now, as this dose not work for me , don't have external mouse . Only have the stick to keep the iptv as its only work with the device
Another day, another Firestick issue ! Ironic that the new addition which purports to offer users help....doesn't work !
Plus I can't send feedback to Amazon because I can't navigate the help screen. Sigh.
