I can see why you picked up and kept each one of those beautiful rocks and petrified wood❤ Each one tells a story. I love how you wove all of their stories into one story with purpose❤ You birds are happy, i heard them say thank you myself❤

I used to run a half marathon every year near Portland Oregon called the Hippie Chick! I too am a Hippie Chick and I loved your video. Thanks ~

Birds like that rough terrain instead of the slicky base to stand on, so this is perfect in my opinion! Nice job!

I also like rocks and you've given me some ideas. Thanks 🙂
My husband and I had a friend that shared our liking for pretty and unusual looking rocks. He'd told us about a girl he'd met and liked. One day, he suggested they take a walk around a wooded area on his property. As they were walking, he spied a pretty rock that was partly embedded in the dirt. It wasn't a big rock at all. It could fit in the palm of his hand, but he had to find a stick to pry it out of the dirt. The girl waited while he worked the rock loose but she kept on and on about there being thousands of rocks laying around, that he could find a rock anytime, it was hot outside, she was tired, etc. The end of the story is that he quit the girlfriend but kept the rock.

I think just doing the top was a great idea. I love the way the different size rocks give the top texture and differing heights for the birdies.

Love this bird bath rockhound trophy combo! I'm going to try this and a solar water fountain feature. You're fun to hang out with. My type of people. ;)

She used Portland cement. It's right after the 1:00 mark.
She used 2 parts sand to 1 part Portland cement. She makes it the consistency of thivk mashed potatoes by adding a little water at a time.
