Given the flour to sugar ratio I was glad to hear you refer to the batter at a few points as cake. Call me old fashioned, but I'd call those beautiful mounds of chocolate heaven a cupcake. I can't help but maintain the view that muffins are way less sweet and have something relatively healthy in them, like fruit, to provide the moisture. Glad you do the you tube thing, I watch them all :)
I don’t think they’re light enough to be considered a cupcake. This is also a big portion as these are large muffins. Half of the sugar is brown which is also less sweet. They don’t taste overly sweet. But hey it’s all debatable and thanks so much for watching the videos! 🙌🏻😊☘️
