Thanks to your videos, I have already made an incredible lifestyle change on my weight loss journey. Ive started walking, i eat much better now, and overall I use your tips and have made tremendous progress. I cant thank you enough Autumn. I feel so much better now!
If you have an instant pot, I highly recommend using it for making yogurt! I make it about once a week and it turns out perfect every time. So easy. I use a Greek yogurt strainer after making it. Turns out so thick and delicious.
Hello! Would love some recipe ideas for nut allergies, my hubby is allergic and I noticed you often sub regular flour for almond flour etc- just wondering some other substitutes that are allergy safe!
Youre so lucky to have a lemon tree! Please consider showing us recipes for homemade salad dressing. Most of what I find have junky ingredients but I need recipes. Thx.
To be fair, all vegetables are beneficial to our health. I truly adore lettuce for example, either romaine or iceberg makes no difference to me. I don't consume kale, it's too expensive where I live. As for lemons, it's ok to consume even the whole lemon and not just the juice. Also, I am confident that if you blend juiced lemons, add water, and consume it, it won't break your fast. Then again, I am not as proficient as Autumn; still, I'd like to hear your opinion on this. Cheers.
I'd say that once someone has obtained a master's degree in a given subject, that qualifies them as a subject matter expert, which is far beyond just being proficient. Cheers.
Loving your videos. I really do not like apple cider vinegar but understand that it is great for stabilizing blood sugar. Can lemon be a substitute for apple cider vinegar?
I am so curious about seafood protein because I love it so much - things like adding mussels to my eggs or having calamari and prawns with some fave sauces or grilled octopus. The protein is so lean and easy to prepare and beautifully delicious . I am so curious about what you think about seafood protein. I really love how they are so beneficial for micronutrients as well. And I especially love how I have to worry a lot less about GMOs and antibiotics and animals being fed crappy food. It's such piece of mind any time I make a seafood meal.
All of my favorite things. While I go the HomeChef route these days so I don't have to meal 'plan', eggs, kale, cauliflower, broccoli, lemons and greek yogurt, as well as, garlic, onions and tomatoes are all part of my weekly shopping trip. I like having these go-to items on hand to incorporate into my daily eats and mail delivery recipes.
I can not have eggs and have to limit the amount of dairy I have greatly. I have only a little bit of dairy weekly. But still keep up my protein needs. It can be done with dietary limitations.
This is a great video. Although I'm curious, how do you feel about celeriac? It's one of my favorites, I use it instead of potatoes. Tonight I'm making it into dirty fries and I often put it into moussaka or use it to top shepherds pie. I love vegetables they are so versatile.
I’m recent to your channel but have been loving all of your knowledge !! In my more recent quest to increase my daily protein etc I came across Yack meat . A ranch in Colorado -PBJ Ranch raises High altitude beef cattle as well as Yack . Short of it is Yack meat , has insane amount of protein higher than beef but with the lean qualities similar to venison and or elk . I’m really exited to try it - didn’t know if you had any experiences with it . Again loving your channel and tips❤
Weight loss *and* to maintain muscle? 0.8 to 1 gram per pound of your goal body weight. I'm trying to get to 125 pounds (started at 133) and eat 120-150g protein a day.
Going to watch this video again because it contains so much information! Also do you think there is a difference in the taste using 🇮🇹 italian tomatoes vs using north american diced tomatoes? I will give them a try. 10 of the 10 video 😉! Thank you Autumn 💪❤️🇨🇦
I don't think there is a considerable difference in the taste when cooking for meals, so using whatever is local to you or what you can find at the grocery store (if buying canned) will work great! There may be some variation in texture and flavor with the types of fresh tomatoes, so using what you enjoy is most important in this sense!
Hi! The vanilla protein powder will be back in stock soon! If you haven't already, you can click the "notify me when available" button to receive an email when it's back in stock! 😊
Not sure what happens in the US but here at my local Supermarket Minced meat (ground beef) is given a ‘Star rating’ So 500gms of mince that has 3 stars on it, contains way more fat than mince with 5 stars on it. Of course the price has surged ridiculously! Going from $5 for 500gms to $10.50!!!! for 500gms. But I still buy the 5 star mince. Super lean and I’m not paying for fat that liquefies and I don’t like. Means bolognese or burger Pattie’s etc, no greasy fat. I’d much rather get my fat source from cheese thanks or stuff I turf in my burger mix. It’s different every time haha
Red meat has me in the toilet several times a day if I eat it. So....can you talk about pork or turkey or fish? Those are the only animal proteins that I eat that my microbiome likes. I have two of your e-recipe booklets and cannot make the beef ones and it would be nice to see some pork or turkey recipes.
I respect marriage...I'm just saying both of your size versions are perfect to me 🔥the before and after ... that's because you're built properly and take care of yourself 💯
I am a longtime follower, but it's been troubling to hear constant references to your "postpartum weight loss journey." Many women do struggle to get the weight off after childbirth-me included-, but others can't keep the weight on through breastfeeding. If you really struggled and have a new insight into the struggles of your clients, that's great, but for those of us in plus sized bodies, a rapid return to a previously low bodyweight doesn't feel identifiable.
Your before picture kinda pisses me off lol, you were just like.. NOT anywhere even close to being overweight lol, somebody as tiny as you probably has no problem losing the weight compared to people who suffer from obesity. Your tips and tricks might work for me over time, but only when combined with 14 mile bike rides hahahaha
It would be great if you could reformulate your protein powder so that it does not contain natural flavors. Nothing natural about them and I cannot believe as a nutritionist, you put them in your protein powder.
Hi! Our chocolate and unflavored do not contain any natural flavors. All of our protein powders don't use any artificial ingredients. Our vanilla uses a natural vanilla flavor derived from natural sources. However, if you are looking to avoid natural flavors all together, you can opt for our chocolate or unflavored proteins :)
Eggs
Skeer(Greek yogurt)
Lemons
Tomatoes
Beef
Protein powder
Kale( hard to digest though!)
Zucchini
Broccoli/Cauliflower
definitely concerned about heart disease, cholesterol levels with red meat, eggs. Separate video would be great ❤
Autumn always maintains her graciousness and professionalism. Hopefully, some learn from her tact.❤
These comments...geesh.
I didn’t see any negative comments. Sometimes people just ask questions.
I would love to see a recipe for your mini meatloafs! They’ve been mentioned in a few videos and they look so good 😊
You need to write a cookbook!
The calmer you are, the clearer you think.
Thanks to your videos, I have already made an incredible lifestyle change on my weight loss journey. Ive started walking, i eat much better now, and overall I use your tips and have made tremendous progress. I cant thank you enough Autumn. I feel so much better now!
Please make a new Greek yogurt video with your updated way of making it! 😊
If you have an instant pot, I highly recommend using it for making yogurt! I make it about once a week and it turns out perfect every time. So easy. I use a Greek yogurt strainer after making it. Turns out so thick and delicious.
@@margrose5 I have seen that. 👏🏾 Autumn says she has an improved way of making it and I’m interested in seeing that! 😊
If I had an instant pot, I would definitely use that method as well!
@@AutumnBates Instant Pot is also perfect for making hard boiled eggs! No peeling problems anymore.
yes, please! its getting so expensive. I can only afford to eat 1/2 cup servings.
This is a great video! Love zucchini! We make zucchini “fries”- dip in egg and a little almond flour and bake in the oven they are so good!
That sounds delicious Joyce! 😋
i was inspired by your wire egg rack in an older video and got one for our chicken eggs too, it's so nice out on the counter!
So happy I found you on here! Since following you a year ago, I've lost almost 40 pounds and gone down 3 dress sizes! You are amazing 😊
🌞 I love this long term common sense approach to eating healthy! Thanks Autumn! ⚘️
Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️
Can you recommend a protein powder I can buy as you do not ship to Canada. Thank you love your videos
I love your protein powder🙌 it's the best!
I love eggs, but I am really worried about cholesterol. I train most days and stay active... is it OK to eat 3 eggs every day?
I have come to love scrambled eggs with cottage cheese!!
yes can you do a video on your new way of making yogurt please
Eggs with yolks or just whites for weight loss?
Thankyou Autumn Fabulous tips ❤️ What is your opinion on Berberine?
Nice one, Autumn!❤
awesome tips thanks👍
Great content! I love all your recommendations. Thanks for another fantastic upload 👏🏻 👏🏻
How much protein do you think we need?

Love cottage cheese in omelette & chicken or salmon salad

Hi i love your channel and I would love to learn about basic nutrition. Do you know any good online for basic nutrition lessons? Thanks
Please do make an update video on your new method of yogurt making! I’m attempting my own this afternoon 🤞

Should we be concerned about eggs rising cholesterol? Is that a myth?
As always brilliant information! Thanks Autumn 😊
Which ingrediens is there in your pancakes? :) What can I use instead of the proteinpowder? Almond flour, eggs, cocunutmilk and more? :)
Instead of Granola is Kamut Puffs a good topping for your cottage cheese bowl?
Autumn, i know you are lactose intolerant, do you get issues with Skyr or greek yogurt?
What do you eat with the bolognese?
Baked/sauté vegetables- zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkins, carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes- yummy 😋.
Oikos Brent yogurt is also extremely high in protein. I buy the plane which is 25 g per serving and as a scoop of flavored whey protein.
tomatoes contribute in TASTE. I agree that they are amazing :). How sad would food be without them.

That’s a great swap!
What about the anti nutrients in kale
What if you only fast monday through friday and not on the weekends? Or does it have to be 7 days a week?

Waiting for your protein powder to ship to Switzerland 🇨🇭
I wish dairy wasn’t so hard on my stomach, miss cottage cheese. Love your protein powder!
How’s the stock of your protein powder? It says it’s out of stock. The vanilla one.

Take a breath and speak slower. Your speed is tiring.
it's ironic that the commercial at the beginning of this video is for Burger King! :-)

Okay, but why the guar gum in the chocolate?
Sometimes these things are used as thickeners or stabilizers.
